They had the flower I needed so I stopped in the following day. The flowers weren't in bloom so I looked around and got a beautiful selection to work with. The young lady that helped me was super helpful, patient, and got me out of there rather quickly. Truly recommend stopping in. Side note: it is a little confusing when you first stop in. You take a left into the hallway near the front door go right down the hallway and down the stairs. The counter is tucked behind the staircase when you're walking down.

Which means you build relationships with them and they have made operating a business in a pandemic manageable for me. Adam and his staff are friendly, ready to laugh with me about crazy industry problems and always make sure I am taken care of. They might not always have the variety of local florals that Seattle Growers might have so making your way down there is worth it for a big event but honestly even when they make substitutions they let me know with plenty of notice. When bunches have had quality issues they are quick to credit my account- when I needed a refresher course on wrist corsages they let me sit in on their house florists making them for prom and I know they are always a call away to ask questions, collaborate etc.. I don't know much about their retail side though my husband has sent me florals through that end of the business and they always last at least a week.

Not your typical florist! Everyone commented on the flowers…read morefor my mom's Celebration of Life and they really added a lot to our COL. I didn't want the standard arrangements that you see so often at funerals and COLs. Liz was exited to create something unique and personal for us. My mom loved Hawaii and loved the Pacific Northwest, so I asked for tropical arrangements, PNW arrangements, and a large display that included both. Liz did that exceedingly well! She even included horsetails with the PNW look, something that is very unique and not typically part of any arrangements that I have seen. I appreciated being able to talk to her on the phone when needed, as well as the quick response I got an emails. On the day of the event, we were short one arrangement, so her team put together an additional arrangement on the spot. The final bill surprised me! I thought we would be paying much more than the final amount turned out to be.
