I spent nearly $4000 (more than I have ever spent in an outpatient setting for filler and botox). I apparently had a brand new Aesthetician doing the work. I should have known something was up on my very first visit. The Aesthetician told me to schedule to come back in 2 weeks. (I at first disregarded that, as I have always just had injections, and that was that.) I realized however, that all the work they did was lacking one thing, the one exact issue I was trying to fix! Which was an easy, calm the lines down above my lip. So I went back, and they charged me for that-and guess what, it didnt work. She tried filler and botox! I did write an email to the center and complained. I was called back in a few days by the Receptionist and told I could come in "if" I could meet one of two appointment slots. Never again. read more

If I could give Dr. Krueger 10 stars, I would! He is a life saver! For the 1st time in my life, I can breathe!!! I've had sinus problems for YEARS! I'm always congested, mouth breather and I ALWAYS get sinus infections! My face hurts, my teeth hurts, my ear hurts, my head hurts, everything hurts! Allergy meds don't work, nose sprays don't work and even antibiotic sometimes doesn't work! So one day I've decided that I've had enough! I've seen an ENT at UWMC about 2 years ago, didn't f/u bec I have decided that I no longer want my care at UWMC. So I googled for an ENT doctor in Seattle. Dr. Krueger showed up with outstanding reviews so I was like "Wow, this guy must've been really good." So I called that same day and Bonnie answered the phone. I was able to get in right away. Their little office is located in Mukilteo close to the ferry terminal. The first thing I noticed at Dr. Krueger's office was the darn air freshener! I've had this problem for so long that my sense of smell had become VERY sensitive. Perfumes that I used to like, I can no longer use. My poor husband who likes to shower himself with cologne had to stop too. hehe Bonnie greeted me and gave me ppwk to fill out -she is such a nice lady and very prompt in answering the phones! Kaitlyn took me back and then I met Dr. Krueger. My first visit, I don't know if I like him yet but I liked the fact that he ordered a CT scan of my sinus to establish treatment. I've seen 2 ENT MDs in the past, 1 suggested nasal sprays and 2nd suggested surgery on my 1st consultation (without any imaging). I was impressed. 2nd visit was to review my CT scan and yes, I do need surgery. I wasn't able to do the balloon sinuplasty because my insurance doesn't cover so I decided to go with the traditional surgery. He did a septoplasty, bilateral turbinate reduction and bilateral ethmoidectomy and I think he fixed my deviated septum as well (I'm pretty sure that's what he did...?) Anyway, I was super nervous about the surgery because this is my FIRST SURGERY EVER. He was teasing me about how nervous I looked when he was explaining to me what he was going to do. I was very nervous. Surgery day, I went to Edmonds Center for Outpatient Surgery (I had a very positive experience there as well and wrote them a nice review on Google) I only remembered the pre and post surgery since I was knocked out and I'm not going into details about that because that's more meant for the centers review. Let's focus on Dr. Krueger and his awesomeness, shall we? But I want to share with ya'll how GREAT my post surgery went! First of all, I was stressing out about the post surgery because I have an infant and I am a nursing mother. I was worried that I'm going to be in too much pain, that I have to pump and dump my precious milk etc. I was so surprised how well it went. OMG! The worst days will be the 1st 2 days after surgery. My throat is the one that hurts the most actually. My nose was ok, it was hurting a little bit but nothing too intense. Plus, I just felt tired and wanting to sleep due to the general anesthesia. 2nd, I've got this intense headache and eye pain from pressure and maybe too much sleeping. I couldn't even stand to watch TV and I was in and out of sleep from the pain meds. I was able to nurse my baby the day after surgery (new guidelines per anesthesiologist) with no problems. 3rd day, I feel better and I was actually already out shopping for Christmas tree hehe and I just get better and better everyday after that. No more pain, just congested (still not ok to blow my nose). Today, I had my 7 day post-op appt and he removed my nose splint. I CAN BREATHE! OMG its like a miracle! There's air coming in everywhere! HAHA! I am so thankful for him I was getting all emotional earlier but I was able to hide it! I feel so great like I have a brand new nose! HAHA I am so happy that I went to Dr. Krueger for my treatment! Him and his staff are just exceptional! I couldn't be any happier! Today, my husband probably heard me say "I can breathe! There's air everywhere!" a million times already and I already warned him that he's probably going to hear this for a few more days. I went to see Dr. Krueger initially for snoring and found out that I had a very bad deviated septum as well as one very large turbinate. Dr. Krueger was great explaining everything and prepping me for surgery. The surgery (Septoplasty, turbinate reduction) in December of 2018 also included Pillar implants to help with my snoring condition. The whole process from start to today has been great, given it includes surgery, the team at the clinic has been very helpful with scheduling and explaining everything about the procedure. Recovery so far has been better than expected and look forward to less congestion and snoring in the future. Would highly recommend Dr. Krueger and team. read more

SInus malfunction? I recommend Dr. Krueger's surgery. I'm very glad I declined the more severe corrective version that was available decades ago. I was hit in the face by a baseball 5th or 5th grade. That was what probably cracked up a few sinuses. For the last decades I have had continuous sinus infections. The same technology that allows heart surgery via tubes threaded into the heart thru veins now allows sinus surgery with tubes threaded in thru the nose. So, in my own dialect, I signed up to have my sinuses 'RotoRooted' out. The accurate term, balloon sinuplasty, does not do the operation justice, though the 'Roto' part of my wording implies drilling and there was no drilling. I find anesthetics to be often worse than the pain they prevent, so I took them only day of the operation and was awake during the procedure. The anesthetics were delivered by pill and nasal spray. Once they took effect I could hear the doctor chipping away bone that blocked sinus drainage and felt only a few pokes, maybe 4, of very short term. The experience had a comfort level similar to large tooth filling, more comfortable than a root canal. The pokes I felt were similar to the dentist's first poke with the needle. (This operation probably made any future dental work more comfortable, since breathing thru my nose is easier and I won't have to breathe thru a mouthful of steel tooling!) There was no pain after the pills wore off, though my short term memory was suspect for a few days after anesthesia. I did experience nosebleeds for two weeks, normal. Before the operation I had difficulty sleeping on my side, a sinus would always clog, and some sleep apnea when on my back. So I usually slept on my back. Now I think that sleep apnea machine is on its way back to the factory. Five stars plus two thumbs up. read more

She is extremely careful in choosing products she thinks will best suit your skin, yet not making you feel as though you need to spend a fortune to do so. Even though this is new procedure relating to sinus issues he made me feel extremely comfortable and confident about the end result. Dr. Krueger is very professional and certainly makes you feel as though you are his highest priority during the time he is working with you. An extremely warm and caring individual. And I can't leave out Bonnie, the receptionist who clearly exemplifies being the "director of first impressions" and Dr. Krueger's nurse who certainly helps put you at ease no matter what procedure you are there to have done. I am so impressed with Dr. Krueger and his prompt diagnosis and knowledge of my condition! In July 2014 I was in a car accident where I was rearended and received a concussion with loss of consciousness, bad whiplash, constant headache and other continuing problems. I have NEVER had sinus problems, but last winter I had horrible headaches, a lingering cough for over five weeks, and I felt worse than I ever have in my life! One of my lungs collapsed from the coughing. I had problems breathing and lost my sense of smell also. When I went to Dr. Krueger, he examined me and found that my nose had been broken in the accident, but I thought the nosebleeds I had were from the concussion. Dr. Krueger immediately saw my problem and that my nose had been broken and my sinuses were not properly draining, thus the sinus problem and headaches now made sense. Dr. Krueger was sincerely concerned about me and told me he preferred not to put me under general anesthesia because of my age. He recommended a balloon synoplasty surgery in his office to correct the problem. I can now breathe much better and my smelling is also getting better. I will recommend him to anyone who needs his expertise and procedures. I called him after midnight after my surgery and apologized for waking him up. He warmly told me that I was welcome to call him any time of day or night when I need to. I love his warm, sincere concern for his patients, and his staff is wonderful too.
