Dr. Pratt has ruined important parts of my life forever. I had breast augmentation done 3.5 years ago by Dr Pratt and I've been in a state of depression ever sense. Because of Dr. Pratt, both my breasts are permanently numb from the nipple down. The entire bottom half of both my breasts are numb. Making it uncomfortable to hug or cuddle and unbearable to touch which makes intimacy/foreplay/sex a challenge. This review reflects his personality and bedside manner. He performed wrist surgery on me. I had 3 steel pins through my wrist and when it came time to remove them, without explaining anything, he simply reaches in a draw, pulls out some Craftsman locking pliers and makes a move towards my pinned together wrist. I pull back and say, "whoa, what exactly are you going to do?" Only then did he feel it was necessary to go ahead and explain the extraction process. I get that it's totally normal and he's done it 10,000 times but this was my first time so how about walking me through it... That was the most glaring thing but I'll say his general personality is kinda like a wet sponge. That said, I can't complain about his work, my wrist works again. read more

Stay away!! I had a mommy make over. When discussing my breast I requested size C cups he got irritated and said it's about body size not breast size; I got DDs!!! My tummy tuck was to fix my crooked scar from my C-Section. My new scar is HUGE and dark!!! Almost twice the size he said it would be. He doesn't do what he says he will; my love handles that were supposed to be brought in, are still there and look odd since my stomach is flat. He never sent me my before pics even though I have requested them over a dozen times. When ever I tried to express concerns he completely negated them or made them out to be your fault. Had to pay (again) for my left breast to be redone and they still don't match. My left one is heavier and a size bigger. He says, "they are sisters not twins." I say, they should be twins. I had a wonderful experience with my breast augmentation. They look amazing and I get compliments all the time about how natural they look and how well they fit my body. When I first went to Dr. Pratt, I wanted really big unnatural looking boobs, I figured, everyone would know I had a boob job, so might as well go really, really big. I went to Dr. Pratt to remove implants I had gotten 9 years early from the now closed, Avalon Clinic in Lakewood, Wa. Over the course of 9 years I was beginning to noticed changes in my body that couldn't be explained through normal aging/diet/etc. I'm in my early 30's and was beginning to experience hair loss, trouble losing eight, cycle disruption, digestive issues, excessive anxiety and inflammation. I honestly didn't even know I had inflammation until after my surgery when I discovered I lost 1/2 a shoe size! My vision even improved! I had a mommy makeover by Dr. Pratt this month. I did a lot of tease arch for over a year to find the perfect doctor for me. I am very very happy I chose Dr. Pratt he is very professional and answered all my questions. He made me feel like I was in great hands. His staff is really nice and caring from the first visit I felt welcomed and comfortable. The day of surgery I was nervous and had lots of anxiety after talking with his assistant and the nurse anesthetist I felt at ease. I went home the same day with plenty of meds and feeling ok. I was a little worried about what I was going to do at home if I had questions but early the next mornings Dr Pratt himself called to make sure I was ok and if I had any questions he answered all my questions and was very kind. On the third day his nurse called and checked on me again to see if I had any questions and to see if my pain was being managed, I felt very taken care of. I received flowers to my house from him and his staff which meant a lot to me that they would care to send flowers. Also on The fourth day I received another call to make sure I was doing ok and if I had any questions. I now had my one week follow up and I look great I am swollen but healing great again he answered all my questions and asked if I am happy so far which of course I am I look so much better than when I started I know that there is still a long road to recovery but I'm glad I chose the perfect team to help me through my recovery. Dr. Pratt is a true artist. He is an excellent doctor but also takes a conservative approach. That is very rare in this field. I am from Southern California but chose Dr. Pratt. He has an excellent, caring and professional staff. His office has it's own on site operating room which is the best way to go. I went to Dr. Pratt to fix a procedure I had done by my Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon. He did an excellent job fixing/correcting my problem and in fact I then used him again for my daughter. She is 27 and I flew her up here from So Cal to have him perform some major re-constructive surgery. He did a fabulous job and I am very great-full to both Dr. Pratt and his staff for her excellent result and good recovery and health. read more

Dr. Pratt was phenomenal in providing options when I came in to discuss revising a breast reduction I had 15 yrs earlier by a different surgeon. Over that time period, I felt my DDD had become saggy and unattractive. I was pretty sure I did not want implants (since I already had enough size to share) but I wanted to somehow "lift the girls" without losing too much curve. I also wanted excess skin (not fat) removed from my upper abdomen (vs a tummy tuck). He was incredibly patient, detailed and took an enormous amount of time pre-op/post-op to make sure I was happy with his plan and the results. I'm thrilled to report his talented skills allowed me to keep my curves but regain attractive shape. He even went thru my old scars so I didn't have even more scars to manage. As a 53-yr old, I now strut my stuff as I feel like my outside matches how I feel inside. I was recently at a Cancun resort/topless by the pool and had my hubby of 20 yrs sincerely say I had the best bod in the pool. Even a few 30-yr old gals complimented my "natural gifts". I've thought about updating my review for over 2 years now. Usually I would let things go, but I don't want anyone to experience what I did. The receptionist told me to write a review on Yelp immediately after the surgery, a couple days, which I'd like to point out that I was still on drugs and hadn't healed at all. I was so thrilled to have new perky breasts that I wrote the review, not considering that they would be anything but perfect. Also, I really liked his nurse Christine , who no longer works there. For the most part I do love having smaller breasts, life is easier and the surgery did go well. However, Dr Pratt had a horrible bedside manner. I was told before I went about his attitude but that he was the best, so I went. After I was healed there was obvious revisions to be made. He even pointed out the puckers on the side and between my breasts (right at the cleavage). It looked like my cleavage was square with the extra skin and the sides were "dog eared". So I went in to get the revision in his office, to make a long story short, he tried to talk me out of fixing a side of the cleavage and basically refused to fix the the sides saying that no one would see that. I felt like I was playing "Let's make a deal". When I insisted he do the cleavage area and I guess don't worry about the sides, he said very snarky, well, I could have done this by now with all the talking we've done" and left the room. I looked at the nurse and said " omg, he's mad at me for wanting to fix this AND he was about ready to cut on me in his office!!!" She assured me everything was ok. He had changed me to the last appointment of the day (I had all of my appointments changed every time I made one). I felt like he was in a hurry to get out of the office for a long weekend. To this day I still need the revision on the side, and the cleavage still has extra skin. To add insult to injury, the office staff totally messed up my financing...and that's another long my story ! I've had more people recently that have asked me who did my breast reduction and this reminded me to let everyone on yelp know the update. I had been considering a tummy tuck for several years.
