Dr. Scott is amazing! I had a breast reduction and couldn't be happier with the results.

My RN, Hunter Wanner, is truly amazing. Since my veins can be difficult to find and I bruise easily, she always takes extra care and makes sure I'm comfortable and doing okay throughout the process. I highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be signing up for more services in the future.

I had my initial visit at their location in Kirkland, (NW Face & Body), but my injector (Dr. Khezri) works at both NW Face & Body and The Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery, which I also visited as well. I had lip filler injected by Dr. Khezri, and my initial experience wasn't great. He was unprofessional and rude multiple times throughout the appointment. His demeanor caused me a deal of anxiety, having never had lip filler before. I contacted NW Face & Body about my experience, and they apologized. Over the course of the next week, I continued to have concerns over the state of my lips. Even during the healing process, they looked nothing like they were supposed to. I had a curled pale border on my top lip, my bottom lip had a painful bump, I was puffy above my mouth, and I developed a "duck" like appearance. At one point they started becoming painful and burned. I contacted NW Face & Body with my concerns multiple times, uploading photos to the portal and sharing my symptoms. I was repeatedly told that I had nothing to worry about, they looked fine, and all of my symptoms were normal for the healing process. The last time I contacted them, I was called in the morning and asked if I could come in to be examined by Dr. Khezri. After being directed to the wrong location, paying for parking, and then having to drive 30+ minutes to The Gallery, I was seen by the Dr. for just a few minutes. I brought up all of my concerns, and again was told that they looked great, and I had nothing to worry about. I made an appointment with a highly rated injector in the area for a second opinion. This new provider observed the following; I had extremely obvious migration above the lips, they had been overfilled, I was injected superficially along my entire bottom lip causing painful lumps, I had visible filler in my lips, and I had been injected into the wet mucosa (a common cause for migration, and carries a risk of causing vascular occlusion which causes necrosis). I had them partially dissolved for $300, with the intention to dissolve more on our follow up. After making my demands, and some back and forth, I was provided a refund for my filler and my first dissolving appointment. Even after dissolving, I continued to suffer from the same painful burning and lumps. I visited an Overlake urgent care shortly after due to the symptoms I had been experiencing since my initial injections. The Dr. observed a bacterial infection in my lips called Cellulitis, in which I was prescribed antibiotics for. This singular visit will end up costing me another couple hundred dollars alone. Because of the bacterial infection, I need to have the rest of my filler dissolved sooner than expected, which will cost me another $300. If I choose to get filler again from a different injector in the future, I will be starting from the beginning. In addition to the financial burden this has caused, I've dealt with a deal of physical pain, and it's greatly affected my mental health as well. Rather than having the lips I dreamed about, I've suffered health issues, deep insecurities, and a financial loss. I completed research on the company itself, and found that NW Face & Body, The Gallery, and Seattle Plastic Surgery, is the same company as Allure Aesthetics, just under a different name for each of their locations. Allure was recently sued and ordered to pay millions of dollars for having clients sign NDAs preventing them from writing any negative reviews online. They were also caught having their employees edit before/after photos posted on their website, and falsifying fake positive reviews. I think you should consider this before booking an appointment with them.

I am an expatriate who lives in remote areas without great healthcare, so it is important that…read moreduring my short time in the US I am able to see doctors. I have had a horrible infection that would not go away. Neither my primary care nor urgent care doctors could treat it, so it was vital I get in to a dermatologist. Apparently, there is a major shortage of dermatologists in the area, because I could not get an appointment with anyone in a 50 mile radius, despite calling at least 20 clinics and doctors. I was near tears when I called the Peninsula Skin clinic with Dr. Rasmussen, and found out that they, like everyone else, have a long waiting list. Melissa at the front desk must have heard the desperation in my voice, because she worked with me to find a solution and a time to come in. After my calling all those clinics, she was the first person who showed some concern and empathy. This caring attitude was present with all the staff during my appointment. The person who actually treated me was a Physician's assistant, Bill Bies. He understood that I needed prompt treatment to address all possible issues, along with taking samples and setting up a follow up appointment. After struggling with this infection for so long, it was a relief to find competent and professional care combined with empathy.
