Basically, they are Private Equity scammers who take advantage of seniors and the uninformed. ALL their offices operate this way. If you choose to support this kind of business, they're the ones for you. My experience with a non-doctor who rushed through the excision in my back was poor too. Mark Twain said it best about suckers. Look up the quote about people fooled.

She seems to genuinely not understand how ambiguous or unprofessional she is. We asked her repeatedly, "What is included in this membership/package?" Every time, she would get cagey and dodge the question by replying with, "What are you interested in?" She regularly included extra services that were not part of the membership, but never consistently, making it impossible to know what we were actually paying for. We actually witnessed this exact scenario play out with another customer a couple of months ago. We arrived for an appointment to find a frantic woman standing at the front desk hitting the bell over and over again. The owner literally called my phone from outside, hiding in her car behind the building because she refused to face the customer. She told me on the phone she couldn't understand why the woman was upset about an unexpected bill, insisting her prices were clear. They are not. The exact same thing just happened to us. My wife discussed a potential future treatment. Without providing a written estimate, discussing a price out loud, or obtaining explicit billing authorization, the owner immediately charged our credit card $1,280. When we reached out to dispute this massive charge, she claimed "all sales are final" for a service that hadn't even been rendered yet, claiming that the price was posted on flyers in her office yet refused to let my wife view the flyer in the room to confirm the pricing, and flatly refused to provide a copy of the foundational contract we supposedly signed months ago. Her justification was that because the price was on a flyer on the wall, she had the right to charge our card without asking. Furthermore, we discovered we were being billed a $299 monthly membership fee each, despite never signing a membership agreement or contract. We have initiated a formal dispute with our credit card company for unauthorized billing and services not rendered, and we are filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Washington State Attorney General. Hanging a flyer on a wall does not give a business the right to run a customer's credit card without permission. The operations here are completely unethical. Save yourself the financial headache and go elsewhere.

The treatment room offers calming music, a robe and a very comfortable chair. Dr. Bowers explained each step to me before beginning said step. It helped me to feel chill out. He was super gentle and really supportive in helping to make sure the process was as comfortable as possible. The only thing missing was a foot massage and Mai Tai. =) Dr. Bowers provided clear expectations with what I could expect in the coming days, which helped me plan ways to hide my freshly lasered face from all human witnesses. (Seriously, who wants the whole world to know my secrets? I'm only telling you because I know you wouldn't tell a soul!). I purchased the skin care product offered for collagen healing, and that stuff works like magic. My skin now feels smooth and it glows! At the end of the session, Dr Bowers and his team presented me with a generous welcome gift. I've never been treated so well by a medical team! They've really put careful thought into their entire process, and they prioritize clients having an excellent experience. This may be long, but it's for good reason!! I had an absolutely amazing experience here! This was my first time doing Botox. First of all the place is so clean and inviting! Once I got checked in, I was lead to a very cozy waiting area where I was offered various beverages from Lacroix to one of the best latte I've had from their very fancy coffee maker and various snacks to choose from! As soon as Dr. Thoa Fenton was ready she invited me in the room to go over all of my wants and needs. She proceeded to thoroughly go over everything she was able to do for me that day as well as what to expect post Botox. She also told me about the amazing products she offers in store like Alastin Skin Care tinted sunscreen. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase anything. What stood out for me the most was that Thoa asked me before my treatment if I had a fear of needles, which I most definitely do! She took the time to ensure that I would have my eyes closed and that she communicated in each and every step (and poke) until she was done. This made the appointment very memorable and safe. I continue to see Dr. Jane Yoo for all of my skin concerns, and I continue to be very happy with…read moreeach and every one of my experiences at this office and with this doctor. I most recently visited Dr. Yoo late last year. I had a weird growth on the bottom of my lower lip that I was fervently hoping would go away on its own, but it never did. It looked a bit like a blackhead, but it was something else, because it was there for many months. Dr. Yoo told me the technical name for it when I saw her, but I don't remember what it is. It wasn't really changing in size or appearance, and unlike a few moles that Dr. Yoo has removed, I really wasn't concerned about it as a medical issue. Dr. Yoo let me know that because it was a cosmetic issue, I would need to pay the full fee for it. She estimated the fee, and it seemed reasonable, so I went ahead and got it removed. It took 2 separate appointments, and the final cost fell exactly within her estimate range, so I appreciated that. My growth was removed, and I needed to return for the second visit in order to get the stitch taken out. I was concerned by how my lip appeared when I returned, the area where the growth had been looked darker than I'd expected and a bit more red as well, but my concerns were addressed and allayed, and within another 1 - 2 weeks after the second appointment, my lip looks as though it never had a growth at all, which was the precise result I was most hoping for. Dr. Yoo's MA is very personable and professional, as are the excellent reception staff. The waiting room is pleasant, the checking in process is seamless, and I am always seen by the Doctor within a timely manner. I plan on continuing with Dr. Yoo as my Dermatologist for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend both Dr. Yoo and this Office.
