Honestly came in today not in the best headspace. I've been going through some heavier stuff lately…read moreand figured a drip would be a decent pick-me-up and a way to kickstart a better water routine. Walked out feeling like I got way more than that. Dr. Jason picked up on where I was at almost right away and just leveled with me. He talked me through how IV therapy actually works and explained NAD+ in a way that made me realize I've done this three times before and never actually had NAD+ in my drip. That part alone changed how I'm thinking about the whole thing. Michelle is also super direct, which I really appreciated. She's clearly skilled (didn't feel the stick at all) and just easy to be around. I felt comfortable the whole session. I got a lot out of meeting both of them and want to come back not just for the drip but to actually catch up. This is my go-to spot now. Jason also recommended a book, Mask of 1000 Faces, and I've already started reading it. Hitting exactly where I needed it to. Thanks Jason and Michelle.

Dr. Jason and Michelle are thorough, soothing, kind and compassionate. Michelle is a skilled phlebotomist, I did not even feel the needle prick me or feel it in my arm the entire time. I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Jason. He cares about the mind, body and spirit and there is something very calming about him. They were so respectful in my home, my dogs adored them; it was a very wonderful experience, which getting an IV usually isn't. They left me with wonderful resources, they were so lovely. HIGHLY recommend and will use again. Thank You Jason and Michelle, you made a really big difference for me today.

The staff does everything they could possibly do to care for and treat patients from blood testing to doctor prescribed treatment programs specifically designed for each and every individual who enters the facility. I received a bill, that I had already paid, two years beyond the service date. I went back and forth with them for quite some time and eventually, they agreed to drop the duplicate bill. However, I don't think I should have to defend myself against payments I've already made. I would expect that the billing department be capable of keeping track of payments if this was a professional establishment. I received another bill on Friday for services from June of last year - well I tell you what, I've never received a bill for these services until now, and they had the nerve to charge me a late fee. It makes me wonder if they are really doing so poorly that they have to send bills years late to cash out on late fees? Do they need the extra $10 that desperately? I have requested a copy of the invoice number and date of the last invoice sent to me and we will see what they say. Overall, the service I received at the old location was good. The new location, I was disappointed, My bill says that I am no longer welcome back, for not paying the bill, that they didn't send me until a full year had passed. Unbelievable. RUN!

When you almost slice the tips of two fingers off, you may not first think about an aesthetics…read moreplace as where you go to get fixed. However, that's exactly what I did and I'm very happy I did it! After a kitchen accident left me with two deep cuts in the tips of my fingers, my fiance suggested we call Sarah because she's done a lot of work in ERs and has training in plastic surgery. Such a great call! Sarah was able to get me in immediately. She looked at my fingers and let me know that I needed stitches. She gave me a nerve block in my hand for the pain which was rather interesting but it made getting the stitches super easy and allowed me to relax while she worked. Through it all, she was calm and patient, moving at a pace that I was comfortable with. At one point, I became lightheaded and she helped me out, getting me to lay down on the table and getting me totally sorted. I can't say enough good things about her bedside manner! She was both professional and caring and injected just the right amount of levity for me and the situation. I've been in a large number of ERs and had far too many interactions with doctors over my lifetime. There is literally nothing I could ask for that would have made my experience better. I won't share pictures of my fingers because they're kind of gross but I'm VERY happy with how she treated me and how they're coming along. Five stars! 10/10! Sarah is fantastic!

The nursing…read morestaff disregarded my pain and were more focused on moving me to a back corner room so they didn't have to hear my moaning in pain. My wife (who's also a nurse at a different Swedish facility) asked my nurse to call pharmacy and expedite verifying my pain meds but the nurse sarcastically responded "Congratulations, you're a nurse!" Refusing to call pharmacy, and said "We can all hear him screaming..trust me". There were three nurses sitting at the nurses station periodically giggling and looking at their phones when my wife made the request. However the doctor- Casey M Krebs was by far the worst part of my visit. She seemed incapable of creating a care plan and didn't show any urgency. She seemed more focused on pacifying us for the moment and quickly leaving the room than actually helping us understand our options or initiating the process of me transferring to a hospital with urology. We were still asking her questions as she was trying to close the door and leave. It was obvious she did not like it when my wife asked any questions on my behalf, and completely disregarded her concern that the CT results showed severe hydronephrosis. The doctor said "That is not the focus. Im not concerned about his hydronephrosis, Im concerned about his kidney stones." I got such poor care that I decided to leave AMA while still in severe pain and drive to Swedish Edmonds, which was the best decision I made that day. To be honest I'm not sure the staff at Mill Creek even knew the process of transferring me, let alone doing it quickly. Once I arrived at Edmonds they took my case seriously from the start, scheduling me for emergency surgery the next day to remove the obstructive stone. My pain was well managed and my whole care team was incredibly skilled and empathetic. I am still completely disheartened with my experience at Mill Creek and would advise ANYONE considering it to go anywhere else.
