Reception was very friendly and at 2:50 letting me know I would be in a room in less than 5 mins. 7 mins later two people that checked in at least 20 mins after me were escorted to rooms. I spent 11k and literally the next day it was almost as bad as when I started. by the second day completely gone, couldn't even tell I had had it done. I'm crying. so much money down the drain. The care my son received after his surgery was amazing. We were given detailed instructions on how to care for him. Everyone at the office was sweet and always offered us coffee, drinks or cookies. I had cosmetic surgery at his facility in Lynnwood with Dr Jonov. Apparently Dr Jonov, & Dr Allegra is under Dr Sajan's umbrella. Long story short, I was experiencing a hiccup and Dr Sajan & his PA stepped in and helped me. I totally get why he has the compassion award. BEWARE. I recently did a consultation at Allure and the red flags were shocking. They have a bizarre scheduling process, moved the timing of my appointment only a day or two before (which messed up my schedule), had a janky looking office with cheap furniture, quoted me in the office 2x what they had via email, pressured me into committing to a procedure that day, and tried to get me to sign a sketchy legal form even though I told them I was leaving and would have to "think about it." Here's some more weird stuff: during the consultation, Dr. Sajan asked me what my profession was and then 1) implied that I didn't make enough money to get this surgery, then 2) tried to pump me for information on how to hire people in my industry as contractors for a side business of his. So unprofessional. When I said I was uncomfortable that the price I was quoted was now significantly higher, the person I was talking to then stepped out of the office and brought in somebody else to try their hand at pressuring me into agreeing to the procedure. No joke, like a relief pitcher. The quote was absurd. They tried to charge me a 5% fee just to purchase a service on a debit or credit card, and added a $450 line item to fly somebody up from California to assist with the procedure. Who is this person? Why can't the Allure staff perform this on their own? Looking back at the emails with their staff, I should have seen this coming. In them, there are all sorts of bizarre claims that can't possibly be true. One says, "Dr. Sajan is the only surgeon who offers [this procedure] consultations." What? The only person in the world who does? There is simply no way. The State of Washington Attorney General is suing Allure Esthetic for manipulating online reviews, altering before and after photos to make their work look more impressive, buying fake Instagram followers, threatening customers, and all sorts of despicable business practices. I had an extremely disturbing experience at this office with two, nurse injectors - Lynda and Angela. I don't normally write reviews, but I feel like the public needs to be warned about the scammy situation I experienced not only 6/23/20, but back in November as well. I am a seasoned Botox user (13 years of it consistently). Not new to this experience and can tell when something isn't done right. The first time I came in last October, I was injected by Lynda with Dysport, 90 units total in my forehead and between brows. She told me after injecting me that she probably didn't put enough between my brows. This was my first time using Dysport as I possibly became immune (according to Lynda) to Botox. She told me that I could come in for a retouch in 2 weeks if needed. Sure enough, 2 weeks later, my forehead was frozen, but in between brows there was more movement than I wanted, so I emailed for an appt. They couldn't get me in until the following week, so 3 weeks later, in November, I drove all the way downtown Seattle from Federal Way, a 30min drive for a retouch. Lynda was acting extremely rude after she brought me back into the room. Pushed with her fingers above my eyebrows and told me to "try and scowl". Well, I couldn't because she was holding my eyebrow muscles down with her fingers. She claimed that my in between brows didn't need any touch up and that nothing was moving. It was, and I took video to prove it, but let it go. She also claimed that because I was "caucasian" that my muscles were different and that was why the injections didn't take effect the way they should. Total BS. No other place has had a problem with my "caucasian face mucsles". I was contemplating not going back because of her behavior, but decided to give them another shot. So, beginning of March I went in again, but had a different injector - Angela. Angela was very nice. I spoke with her in depth about the first experience and told her that 90 Dysport units was not enough. She took out a sticky note, did a little math on that, and decided HERSELF that 105 Dysport units would get me the result I was looking for. I agreed to and paid for 105 units on 3/4/20 105 units was perfect. My forehead along with between my brows was frozen just the way I had wanted it the first time. Fast forward 3.5 months to 6/23/20. I came in for my 3rd appt here and the only injector available was Lynda. I needed my next round of Dysport and decided to give her another chance at this. Well, this is where they COMPLETELY LOST MY BUSINESS FROM HERE ON OUT. UNFREAKINGBELIEVABLE. I was planning on a new breast job, more lipo, lip and face injections, etc. NOPE. NOT NOW. THESE TWO INJECTORS COMPLETELY BLEW IT FOR THIS DOCTOR AND OFFICE AS FAR AS ANYMORE MONEY FROM ME. I figure, if you can't get a small procedure right, I won't give you a chance for a larger, more complex procedure. Lynda seats me down, we have small talk, and then I proceed to tell her to do the same thing Angela did last time as it was perfect. She tells me it's going to be $395. I get confused because that's not what I paid before for 105 units and asked her what for exactly. She pulled out this wrinkled up, pink sticky note from some place (my file???) and claimed that that quote was for 120 units of Dysport. I told her that I only got 105 units last time and not 120. I asked her where she was getting that number from as she was arguing with me about it like she was there and witnessed this. She wasn't, and she proceeded to show me the sticky note with 120 scribbled that Angela had written on and stuck in my file 3.5 months prior. I said, "That is where you are getting that information??? I think you should ask Angela what she did because I did not agree to 120 units back in March." I was HORRIFIED that these injectors are not keeping track of where and what amount they are injecting into patients and going off of sticky notes from months prior. Lynda goes to get Angela and they both come back into the room after a few minutes. Angela then claims that she gave me 120 units. I did not consent to that, nor was I aware that she had done this. We agreed to 105 units. She might have done 120 units, but I do not believe that for one second. I was frozen, but not that frozen. Then Lynda then claims that I owe them $60+ because they actually only charged me for 105 units instead of 120 units. I thought she was joking and realized they were not. I literally could not believe it. I was FUMING PISSED at this point and they could tell that I was not going to just let them hustle me. I have never experienced such incredible bedside manner and continual care after the procedure I had which was a major surgery that I believe only he could do as I was denied by two other consultations. I've been going to Allure Esthetic for lip fillers since early 2018 and have always been happy, but my recent experience particularly warranted a review. I saw nurse Gyna for the first time and she was amazing! I've only ever used Juvederm before, and after explaining to Gyna that I wanted to subtly improve my prior work, she recommended Restylane and was super careful to not overdo my lips. I explained to her that I go into shock super easily with needles, and she was beyond understanding and allowed me to listen to music to help me be calm. Unfortunately for some reason this specific time was super difficult for me and I almost went under multiple times (must not have eaten enough). Gyna made sure to give me breaks, fan me when I got clammy, and gave me some juice afterwards. Never once did she make me feel like an inconvenience, and I will forever appreciate that. In the end, my lips came out perfectly and we even had some extra filler on hand to fix my bothersome smile lines! From the first time in Allure's office over 6 years ago, I was astounded by the level of care, professionalism, and compassion (BTW my results still look amazing!). Earlier this year, I received the same level of care I have always received and come to expect from this office. I'm an RN but still I become nervous going into any medical office as a patient. Usually, my heart is racing, I talk too much, and make terrible jokes. However, the environment is calm, and I quickly became comfortable enough to be myself (with only a few terrible jokes hahaha). The office and medical staff are consistently professional, kind, and supportive from check in to check out and even when I call. I feel valued when I am there. A quality that I value is that if they don't have an answer to any of my questions, they will go find out and follow up with me. It's okay not having all the answers but the willingness to find out really resonates with me. All of the offices I have visited are well organized and clean. When meeting with Dr. Sajan, I can clearly see that he is devoted to his patients, empathetic, and holds himself to high standards (truly loves his job). He is soft spoken and has a calm demeanor which assists with my nervousness. In the exam room or over the phone, he's always been very understanding, listened to all my concerns, and I have never felt rushed. During this last visit, he made sure I completely understood the positive or negatives of each option so that I could make an informed decision. There was an additional procedure I was inquiring about. After the examination, he was very forthcoming, explaining why having a certain procedure would be negative and possibly harmful to my body frame and genetic make-up. I was sad that my body tissue wouldn't cooperate but ELATED that he wasn't going to do surgery, just to do surgery. I am GRATEFUL for his high ethical standards, that even when it's an answer I wasn't happy to hear, he was HONEST! (I now make jokes that my ass is so flat, that I can't even buy one LOL. I had to type LOL instead of LMAO, because that's not what happened my ass, it's a genetic problem. Hahaha) All joking aside I admire his honesty and the integrity he displayed. I don't think I have had this ever happen with another practice, but to ease concerns, he takes time out of his schedule to make phone appointments. I had questions regarding meds or treatment and yes, a nurse could have called and relayed a message but instead he called me. I felt like I mattered. Nothing has faltered over the years, and I continue to receive honest, compassionate, empathetic, and supportive care from the heart. I will continue to look to this practice for all my related health concerns. My husband and I are also seeing another physician in this practice soon. I visited Dr. Sajan's office in 2019 to inquire about his services, based on online reviews found on yelp & google. I found Dr. Sajan's personality to be pushy and his ethics questionable. Before your appointment they ask you to pay a non-refundable consultation fee & then requested I sign an agreement that prevented me from speaking freely about my experience w/ Allure. I signed it and never wrote a review, until now. The Attorney General of WA filed a lawsuit against Allure, stating that this agreement violated the law. The lawsuit held up and patients were given a payout, roughly equivalent to the non-refundable consultation fee they had to pay BEFORE being asked to sign this agreement. To top it all off they "threw in" a quote for a service I didn't request. IMO this was tantamount to suggesting I needed a Brazilian Butt Lift. I thought that was rude and not at all what I was asking about. read more

He is knowledgeable, he informs you of all risks and prior to any surgery you can review his work on SnapChat. He completed my care and follow up visits (I was a special case) on his private time. I had a breast augmentation consult with dr sajan a year ago and it didn't feel right. When I googled local doctors ironically his came up as first "top reviews" and it felt like something isn't safe here. His consult with me was 10 min rushed and he seemed not interested . I then thought I'd go see dr jonov and his consult was better and he took his time but I ended up not booking mainly due to the business model. I was told to just put implants where in reality I needed more of Breast lift and not implants . My gut was right because I just saw their office is being sued by state of WA for fake reviews, non-disclosure, and he isn't even board certified . How's he allowed to do nose jobs, gender surgeries is beyond me. I ended up getting Botox there but ultimately I went for breast work at another local surgeon in Seattle . My experience with Dr. Sajan goes above and beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of when I first considered starting my transition process. I am FTM and about 4 months post-op for top-surgery. Dr. Sajan and his team took one of the most nerve wracking parts of medically transitioning & made it a smooth and painless experience. I booked a consultation AND treatment for dermal fillers, and waited an entire month for my appointment. 5 mins into my appointment, the PA informed me "she would not have time for my treatment" due to me being 11 mins late. She refused to make time for either treatment (lip and cheek augmentation) due to interfering with another patients appointment. The next scheduled appointment was over a month away. Poorly organized service! Update - Yes I was reached out to by the plastic surgery office to be offered cash to delete my review. I don't need your $500. In the future please provide your customers with great service in the future. No matter who they are, what race they show up as, what biological gender they are, or what you think they can afford. I've been thinking about Laser Hair Removal for YEARS but was deterred by the pain aspect. Finally got around to booking an appt, and Kyla, the esthetician made it such a pleasant, comfortable and easy process. The stinging sensation/ pain was very brief and manageable. My experience at Allure Esthetic was not very good. Within the limitations of the TOS, I will explain what happened to me. I have been holding off on writing this review for a little over two years. The "Why?" will become clearer later in the review, but suffice to say, Allure Esthetic is being sued for intimidating patients for leaving negative reviews. I consulted with Dr. Sajan several times between 2019 & late 2020. Initially, when I found him on google, I was impressed by his online presence and review quality. Looking at his clientele, I was excited to potentially alleviate some of my body dysphoria from losing a massive amount of weight in my early teens and thusly, having extra loose skin. Meeting with Dr. Sajan requires a $100 fee (which is standard) and a Non Disclosure Agreement (NOT standard). This essentially says that you will not post negative reviews or defame them for any outcome you deem unsatisfactory (this is in direct violation of the 1st Amendment). If you sign the NDA, you are also agreeing to allow to waive medical privacy rights and allow any of the partnered MDs to work on you if you are unhappy. As previously mentioned, Attorney General Ferguson has filed a lawsuit against the practice in 2022. This facility is being sued for intimidating patients to remove negative reviews and ordering their employees to make 5 star reviews. The information here is readily available online. After my consult w/ Dr. Sajan, he sent me to his colleague Dr. Craig Jonov to look at my legs. I was taken aback, as I was primarily drawn to the practice for Dr. Sajan. I agreed to see Dr. Jonov despite my reservations. After I met with Dr. Jonov, I immediately knew we would not gel. His personality and methods did not align with what I was seeking. It's important to have a good working relationship with your surgeon, so I made it clear to the front office coordinator that I did not want to work with Dr. Jonov. After I made that clear, the office coordinator went on the defensive and would not allow me to speak with either of the doctors. She told me that "Only Dr. Jonov would be allowed to work on me." I was frustrated and confused. It was ultimately determined by their "Medical Board" that they would not have me as a surgery patient. I am very happy that I did not have surgery at this facility. Here's why: 1.) Despite the claims on their website, Dr. Sajan is NOT A BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON. He has NOT undergone a GENERAL SURGERY residency, which deals with surgery all over the human body. Instead, he did an OTOLARYNGOLOGY surgery residency. This residency is primarily focused on surgical intervention of the EARS AND THROAT. Which, you know, that's great. Good for him. However, he is an Otolaryngologist who uses the title of "COSMETIC SURGEON." 2.) The Board of Plastic Surgery is recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), whereas the Board of COSMETIC SURGERY is not and has it's own governing body (ABCS). This important distinction is hidden sparsely throughout the Allure Esthetic website; interchanging the terms "plastic" & "cosmetic" as if they mean the same thing. Dr. Jonov is ALSO a COSMETIC SURGEON and NOT A PLASTIC SURGEON. Info all available online with zero bias. I do not recommend this facility and urge anyone looking for plastic surgery to find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. The quotes I received at Allure were almost twice what it cost to have my skin removed local to the Seattle/Bellevue area by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Do your research. read more

This company only has a 4.9 rating because they force you to sign a non disclosure form (a form stating you legally cannot leave a bad review) prior to being seen. I had an appointment today and was turned away very rudely because I refused to sign this form before speaking to the doctor. I simply wanted to understand their need for such a form from the doctors perspective as no other plastic surgery office I've been to requires such a form. The "manager" refused to let me speak to the doctor, refused to let me speak to another manager and continually denied this was a legally binding document. The company did not send me the paperwork for review until 3 days before my appointment via email (which included a weekend). The "manager" claimed they inform patients via a welcome email (which I never recieved) of their policy they if paperwork is not completed 100% they will not allow the consult and will not refund your money. They are holding my consult deposit hostage because they are filtering bad reviews with legal forms. I'd be VERY concerned what else they are hiding in this practice. As an RN I believe first and foremost in honesty and integrity in the medical community which Allure plastic surgery clearly does not have. Over 10,000 people signed these NDAs. *Threatening to take legal action against patients, telling some patients it would sue them for monetary damages if they refused to delete their negative reviews. *Offering patients cash and free services or products for taking down their negative reviews. *Requiring patients who accepted these bribes to sign a second non-disclosure agreement stating they could face a $250,000 lawsuit if they continue to post negative reviews. *Editing "before and after" photos to make the results of its procedures look better than they actually were. *Applying for rebates on behalf of its patients without their consent and keeping those rebates. Allure used hundreds of fake email accounts to register for rebate programs intended for real patients. Allure received thousands of dollars every month from these rebates -- rebates that should have gone to patients. My personal experience having a consultation with him for a revision of gender affirming chest surgery was easily the worst medical experience of my life (I'm a family doctor myself). He said that after revision surgery, my scars would be 'thick and crooked", my chest "would not look pretty" and that it would look "worse than average" after revision. He said that he had done hundreds of such surgeries, but he refused to show me any photos to help me understand the potential results. He was cold, judgmental and cruel. I definitely felt like he didn't want to do my surgery bc it wouldn't look "pretty" in his eyes. He has been a major surgeon in gender affirming care for a long time in the Seattle area--and word is finally getting out that he is not actually interested in patients, he's only interested in "pretty" results. I would not recommend Dr. Sajan. He is very money hungry. Also he is extremely fat phobic. I went in for a surgery consultation and he essentially looked at my weight on paper and expressed little interest in me. He said "but thanks for coming in." I thought he was done as he pretty much said that but yet He then proceeded to STILL take me back to the exam room only to make me feel worse and examine me and scrutinize my body even more only to tell me that I was not a candidate for the surgery and I needed to lose 65 lbs. Excuse me but the purpose of what I was having done had to do with fat transferring. His PA then came in and was going to talk to me and I then said "I'm done." Very rude and DO NOT RECOMMEND, especially if you are plus size. I walked out crying. Little did he know, I had consulted a surgeon before him that was willing to do the procedure I needed, but was exploring my options. I would give zero stars if I could. Dr. Sajan is the A-#1 best plastic surgeon ever! I have had two surgeries done by him on my stomach, arms and breasts and he has worked miracles! He is extremely nice, down-to-earth and his bedside manner is impeccable. I trust Dr. Sajan 100% with any procedure. I had my consult, told him what I was looking to have done and just let him work his magic. I feel comfortable enough with him that he could ask me any question and my reply would be, "Whatever you think is best".
