Dubious or poorly trained staff for a company that supposedly cares about preventing fraud. The entire staff should be ashamed for their part in taking my mothers money. If they had any morals they would realize the poor press this act can bring, but here we are: Do NOT buy here, they'll happily take your cash and leave you in the lurch, they're just as culpable as the scammer in taking an elderly ladies hard earned retirement money and joking about it. I fully intend to spread the word with every review site I can find for this store.

I have had a horrible infection that would not go away. Neither my primary care nor urgent care doctors could treat it, so it was vital I get in to a dermatologist. Apparently, there is a major shortage of dermatologists in the area, because I could not get an appointment with anyone in a 50 mile radius, despite calling at least 20 clinics and doctors. I was near tears when I called the Peninsula Skin clinic with Dr. Rasmussen, and found out that they, like everyone else, have a long waiting list. Melissa at the front desk must have heard the desperation in my voice, because she worked with me to find a solution and a time to come in. After my calling all those clinics, she was the first person who showed some concern and empathy. This caring attitude was present with all the staff during my appointment. The person who actually treated me was a Physician's assistant, Bill Bies. He understood that I needed prompt treatment to address all possible issues, along with taking samples and setting up a follow up appointment. After struggling with this infection for so long, it was a relief to find competent and professional care combined with empathy.

That is concerning on its own, but the lack of communication made it even worse. Instead of confirming availability before having me wait, I was told I would need to drive all the way back once they decide to stock it again. At this point, it seems smarter to transfer the prescription somewhere more organized and professional. But the real cherry on top is that my pharmacy I would normally use won't even try a normal prescription transfer with this location, they state that it's impossible to get ahold of anyone here so I have to have my doctor in a whole new prescription. This place is a sad joke.

Sometimes they lack smiles but some people just aren't naturally bubbly and while that's a deal breaker for some customers it doesn't bother me. Great products. Great prices. Customer service is a very personal experience.
