What a frustrating waste of time and gas. I drove all the way from Poulsbo to pick up a prescription, only to be told to wait while they "filled it." About 10 minutes later, they came back and said they didn't actually have a basic medication in stock because they had mixed up the brands when checking the shelf. That is concerning on its own, but the lack of communication made it even worse. Instead of confirming availability before having me wait, I was told I would need to drive all the way back once they decide to stock it again. At this point, it seems smarter to transfer the prescription somewhere more organized and professional. But the real cherry on top is that my pharmacy I would normally use won't even try a normal prescription transfer with this location, they state that it's impossible to get ahold of anyone here so I have to have my doctor in a whole new prescription. Tried calling the pharmacy during the day. Recording said 3 people were ahead of me for 22 min. The number never went down. Tried calling again at night, waited 12 minutes with no mention of anyone ahead of me so I went into Walgreens. I let them know the CVS out of stock delay caused me to run out of the prescription nearly a week ago. They said they had it in stock and they would transfer the prescription and it would take 1-3 days. Day 3 evening, I have heard nothing from Walgreens and CVS called to tell me my prescription was in and to go pick it up there. Walgreens needs to do better. This stuff is important. I am convinced the one and only reason people go there is for the drive through. And location is good. read more

I went in to get my pictures and everyone was friendly and attentive. The cashier greeted everyone coming in and was very pleasant.

The staff is probably 25% good but the other people are rude The pharmacist was talking down to me after I told him what the doctor said. He proceeded to tell l me that the doctor was wrong! In addition, when I explained how the prescription was filled for the past couple years, he said I was wrong (aka lying). and before that the human with the rainbow colored hair was extremely rude. I received an automated voicemail and text message from this Walgreens stating my RX was ready for pickup and is open until 8pm. I drove to the pharmacy at 1pm to find an enormous sign at the window stating there was no pharmacist on site and that the pharmacy was closed and to get the RX filled at another location. The break times posted on the window didn't start until 1:30pm. Regardless the pharmacy is closed for the day and now I can't get my RX until tomorrow - that's if the pharmacist shows up for their shift. Why on earth would I get a call that my RX is ready for pickup and upon pickup learn the pharmacy is closed for the day?! read more

Every month I fight Walgreens to fill a certain prescription. Today they said the prescription was ready; Tim drove to town to pick it up. They said it was not ready and they then needed to close for a meal break from 1:00PM to 1:30PM. He needed to hang out for over an hour waiting for their sorry asses to get back into serving their customers. I called at 1:30PM, on hold for 14 minutes and was advised it was ready. I said to the person on the phone " I know this is not your fault but I fight this every effen month". She said to me, "you said the F word and I am hanging up". They need to get the speaker fixed in the drive-through so that customers can hear and communicate better. The tall, blonde, heavyset pharmacy tech is so rude and yells at you! I've noticed it several times, but tonight, she was especially rude and unhelpful to us. She really needs a lesson in customer service. Also, when we had to interrupt the pharmacy tech and the pharmacist to try to ask a question, they were rude & dismissed us...when all they were doing was standing around and talking about Holiday stories! Came in to get a prescription that was supposed to be ready the day before. The pharmacy tech initially said that it was on order, I informed her that it was ordered 4 days ago and I was told it would have arrived by the day prior at the latest. She went and looked, and she said that it had come in. She then proceeded to say it would not be ready for another 20min, when I've had it filled immediately before. So frustrating to not have people care about their customers or give proper customer service when a problem could have been easily resolved. Will definitely be switching to a different pharmacy as I've had multiple problems with Walgreens off silverdale way and bucklin hill road. read more

My son scheduled a covid vaccine appointment. He arrived early and was told they didn't accept his health insurance. They denied him the vaccine and told him to "Go to Target or someplace else". I called in and waited on hold for about 15 minutes before talking to anyone. I asked why this happened and about just billing it as uninsured. The pharmacist apologized and acknowledged they can bill it. So, back in he goes and gets the jab. Why wasn't this done in the first place? Wasted over an hour of his time for what? 4:00 on a Tuesday afternoon I spent a good 10 minutes waiting in the drive-thru line. No big deal. When I roll up to the window it takes the staff like 5 minutes to inform me that there was a problem with the script my doctor wrote. They wouldn't even call my doctor for me like every other pharmacy would. I went to Target and got it filled NO QUESTIONS ASKED. read more

I called Walgreens pharmacy in Silverdale, WA yesterday to transfer my two prescriptions to Walgreens (from Rite Aid, also in Silverdale, where I had a bad experience. Feel free to go read my review for them as well, and be warned). I had a brief two-ish minute phone conversation with a Walgreens pharmacy employee named Lindsey. She was efficient, polite, and professional. She took my information, told me they would call Rite Aid and start the transfer. She asked if I needed the prescriptions the same day, and I said yes, if possible. It was pretty late in the afternoon so I knew it wasn't much notice. I received an email notification from Walgreens WITHIN THE HOUR stating my prescriptions were ready for pickup. My husband went right over and picked them up. Done. Thank you Lindsey, and Walgreens for hiring her. I appreciate you. New loyal Walgreens customer here. read more

This is the only pharmacy that is open 24 hours in my area so they get a minimum of 4 stars just for that. It is in a newer building and the store is actually quite clean and organized. I have been in there a few times now and everything has been great. They have had everything on hand and prescriptions are filled pretty fast. The lady who answered the phone on 3/24 12:30 PM was very rude when I called about my prescription. Hung up the phone before I could finish my sentence. Was on hold for 10 minutes only to be talking to an unprofessional and rude employee. Hopefully management sees this and make any train employees better! read more

Open 24hrs is a plus but it may just take that long to get your Rx. I've actually been here several times and each time they have only one person to serve both the drive-thru and the walk-up counter. This equals S.L.O.W. Plus their speaker in the drive through doesn't work well, so conversations had to be repeated - even slower. I'm transferring my Rx to Rite Aid. read more

Ordered a canvas. Said it would be ready at 11:10 pm sat up in excitement got there at exactually 11:10 and found out hadn't even been started. After she declaired that she had been busy and didn't notice it then said the computer was down. After that she left and went to the break room for ten minutes. Came back and I asked a rough estimate she said 8:30 the other person clocked on at 8 am and to give him 30 minutes to make it therefore showing she wasn't going to even do it. I'm so disappointed, frustrated and saddened by my experience with this Walgreens. 2 days ago I ordered pictures of my sons dad from Snapfish that were supposed to be ready that evening (I had an order number). He was to pick a couple to take to grief camp with him tomorrow (his father is no longer with us). Since I commute to Seattle and work part time in Bremerton I thought this would be the ideal situation for me. The info on Snapfish states that they are open until 12 am. I stopped by at almost 11 pm tonight (after a long day at work) to realize they are closing. The manager was involved with an unhappy customer as I walked in...she did help me when I asked about getting my pics. Unfortunately they did not have any pics. Didn't even ask me for my order number when I told them I had one. They were more interested in closing and going home instead of helping me with a solution. I asked if they work with Snapfish and the manager said that she wasn't sure. I will not ever shop this store again. I'm in tears and left scrambling for a solution for my son with only a few hours before he leaves for camp tomorrow. Terrible customer service!!! read more
