I couldn't recommend Limotainment enough. My husband and I needed a bus big enough to accommodate 25 people for our wedding. It ended up snowing all day and Limotainment still showed up! We worked with Mike and he was awesome! He helped us organize transportation and went through all the details. He even let me call him later in the day on a Friday to talk about transportation. Such a nice and accommodating man. Our driver for the night was Priest. He was professional, fun, and efficient. It snowed ten inches on our wedding day and we arrived at both the ceremony, and reception safely and in a timely manner. We also had someone leave a belonging on the bus and Priest came back to drop it off. He was truly the best! 100/10 for Limotainment. A friend and I recently rented the Blue Trolley Party Bus from Limotainment, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. While my group and I made the best of the situation and enjoyed ourselves simply because we were together, the condition of the trolley and the service provided were incredibly disappointing. First, the photos and descriptions on the website are very misleading. The trolley looks modern, clean, and well-equipped in the images, but in reality, it appears to have had little to no upkeep. The bar areas were dirty, there was no ice as promised, the TVs didn't work, and there was no light show. The heat and defrost didn't function, which made for a very uncomfortable ride on a cold night. Additionally, the blinking lights throughout the trolley suggested an electrical issue, which was not only annoying but also concerning. On top of that, the driver was rude and unprofessional, further souring the experience. While the company did issue a $200 refund, it was nowhere near adequate for the significant shortcomings of the service, especially considering we paid $930 for three hours. I suspect the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this company are not entirely genuine, as my experience does not align with the five-star reputation presented online. I hope this review serves as an honest account to help others make an informed decision. While I appreciate the partial refund and the memories my group and I made in spite of the circumstances, I would not rent from this company again. If Limotainment wants to maintain their reputation, they need to improve the upkeep of their vehicles, ensure amenities match the advertised descriptions, and prioritize customer service. Attached are two photos of how the trolley looked when the lights were off, and then when they popped on all by themselves. You'll notice the old fashioned, kitchen-like fixture in the ceiling. Just a few days before the big day, Mike called to let me know that, unfortunately, the bus had broken down and they wouldn't be able to provide the service as planned. While that kind of news could have easily added stress to an already busy time, Mike went above and beyond to make sure that didn't happen. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but here we are. We hired limo-tainment for transportation on our wedding day. In the beginning, Mike was great to work with and very communicative. However, things changed leading up to the wedding day. A week before, I emailed Mike a couple of times and left him voicemails because I wanted to discuss wedding day logistics and also had a couple of questions. As a bride, I was stressed because he was not answering me. Two days before the wedding, I called and he finally answered. On the day of the wedding, the trolly arrived on-time and the driver was Priest. The trolly was not clean - right when a bridesmaid sat down she got a stain on her dress. We asked the driver multiple times to turn the air down before he actually did. When the driver went to pick-up guests from the hotel after he dropped off the bridal party at the venue, he did not know where to go, so he kept calling the best man asking him where to go (this was coordinated with Mike before the wedding day). After he picked up the guests and dropped them off at the venue, the driver kept calling the best man (again) demanding a tip... If you are booking a special event, spend a little more money and go with a more professional company. read more

Earnest and Mike for the win!! With only two weeks before Chicago's St. Patrick's Day celebration, I was desperately calling every trolley company hoping for a last minute reservation. Upon connecting with Mike of Limotainment, a company I had not booked previously, I was impressed with his prompt and helpful service. I was able to book a trolley in 30 minutes and Mike even extended a 24hr deposit return in case we couldn't fill all the seats. The price for three hours is very reasonable with several trolley styles. We booked a 26-person limo-style trolley, which has a seating layout that's much more inclusive compared to traditional trolley cars. Fast-forward to the day-of our event. Our driver, Earnest, was superb! He was so helpful. I had not pre-planned a trolley route so Earnest took us on his favorite drives, complete with several bathroom stops. He handled the rowdy group with patience, humor and was an all-around good sport. I cannot recommend him enough - in fact, several people tipped him twice! I can only speak as a guest, I don't have any information about cost or booking, but the experience is excellent. The bus was new and beautiful, very comfortable seating for a good number of people, multiple coolers in different locations for your bottles and cans, cup holders and thoughtfully ,space for your coat and purse that doesn't interfere with the party. Our driver was nice and the ride smooth. The only downside is that the quality of sound on the stereo once the music gets loud is pretty poor. I had a great experience. He followed our request at time of booking (in May) to not use strobe lighting due to a groomsman having a seizure disorder, and we didn't even have to remind him 5 months later!
