My husband and I used Esco Driving Services now about 3 or 4 times. I originally found them because my driver I hired bailed on us a few days before a vacation and Dave was the first person to respond to my request a quote message. We instantly booked and our driver Itahy was early in picking us up for a very early morning flight. Seeing how friendly and reliable they were, they are now our go to driving service. We've had Dana and Dave as drivers and everyone has been amazing and always on time. Very nice comfortable vehicles, and drivers that engage in good friendly conversations. You can't ask for anything better! I highly recommend them to everyone! read more

I booked Esco Driving Services for transportation from O'Hare to the downtown hotel for a conference and then return trip. They quickly replied to my request, the payment process online was efficient; notifications and reminders were prompt. Plus, the driver (Dave-owner) and Veronica were extremely professional, prompt, very clean car interiors too. I recommended them to colleagues staying at the same hotel and they raved about the service. I highly recommend without reserve Esco Driving Services, Inc. for your transportation in Chicago and surrounding area. read more

Esco got us to the airport for our insanely early (5am) departure. Our driver David was very responsive, and a good communicator. His car was spacious and clean. I had absolutely no worries about his driving. Originally I was going to Uber it, but no one picked up the drive, and as it got closer and closer to my flight, I decided to book with Esco. It was very reassuring to know I had a ride and not only was Esco was the same rate as Uber, I had the extra security of not publicizing to the Uber driving universe that my house would be vacant. read more

Dave was our driver and the owner. He was on time, reasonable, kind and got us there on time. Thank you!

Arranged to take my wife and I out for a very needed date night away from kids. Was arranged several weeks in advance. The first sign of trouble should have been when he emailed me a week in advance and told me he would pick us up that afternoon. That almost gave us a heart attack. But all good in the end. Fast forward to last weekend. He arrived on time and we had a nice conversation on the way to dropping us for dinner. After dinner he picked us up and took us to the concert venue (Hollywood Amphitheater). When he got there he didn't know where to go. But that wasn't a big issue. I didn't expect that. He dropped us off at one of the numbered gates and told us he would be back after the concert. We told him to text us with issues and confirmed he had our number (which he had used previously). We went into the concert and had a great time. Very needed time. We came out and expected to have to wander a bit, but that he would communicate with any issues. What happened next was something out of of movie. When we walked up to where we were, there were other drivers who had been parked there, but he was not around. So no big deal, we called him. At that time he could not tell us where he was for us to even walk to him. He had at least 3 hours at a small venue where we were paying for his time that he should have been figuring out where to park and communicate with us. Instead it took an hour for us to finally find him in a parking lot next to the stadium. At that point, only a few cars remained. It put the skids on what had otherwise been an enjoyable evening. We didn't deserve to pay for this. I paid his bill, including his added 15%. He's a nice guy. But I would not want him as my driver. He doesn't know where he is going. He isn't organized. He doesn't communicate. I had a choice of many drivers that night. They would have had me home an hour earlier after a night with my wife. He refunded 1 hour of time and that was a nice gesture. But that isn't what I paid for or wanted in a parking lot at midnight in Tinley Park. I did not want to post this review as I think he is a nice person. But I also don't want someone to pay for and receive what happened to us. It was not ok. read more

I hadn't used a livery service before. The owner David got everything set up and communicated wonderfully. It was nice to know we had a ride all scheduled and ready for us and not have to fight for an Uber after a concert at the United Center. Our driver Itahy was on time, communicative on the pick up location and had a nice clean car to pick us up in. Will definitely use them again! read more

Excellent all around car service - best in Chicago, from now on, Dave will be our first and only call. Very clear communication, reasonable fee, punctual, knowledgable, and polite/personable. Dave added to our great weekend getaway to Chicago, making the round trip to the airport enjoyable and stress free. - Matt Curran read more

Really happy to have found Esco Driving Services. I often take early flights out of Chicago and don't love using Uber/Lyft for these trips as I have found them unreliable. Esco Driving Services made my trip a breeze! Dave arrived early and got me to my flight with plenty of time to spare. He was super professional and fun to talk to. I am looking forward to using Esco Driving Services for my future flights and will be recommending their services to all friends and family! read more

We had a great experience! The driver was always on time and the communication between myself and the driver and the business owner was clear and timely. An all around very good experience. Highly recommend them! read more

I had an excellent experience with Esco Driving Services. Dave (the owner) responded to all communications in a timely manner. He also worked quickly to address my concerns about securing a driver with a vehicle that could accommodate my mobility challenges. Drivers for both my airport pick-up and drop-off arrived on time and texted to let me know when they were approaching my location. I recommend Esco Driving Services and would use them again (especially Blanca!). read more

David accommodated a very last minute booking. Yalisbeth, our driver, was communicative and on time. The weather was awful as was traffic and she navigated both situations safely and expertly. Car was clean and roomy. Great experience! read more

We recently engaged Dave from Esco Driving Services for a Roundtrip to Midway Airport (MDW). We were traveling with two suitcases, two cats in crates and the departure time was very early in the morning. All communication from/with Dave was thoroughly professional, kind and prompt. He arrived early and texted us immediately. Dave helped us with our bags, offered us water bottles and had nice music playing in the car. The car was a comfortable, clean, oasis of calm. Nearly two weeks later, the return trip home from MDW was provided by his wonderful colleague, Blanca. Blanca also was thoroughly professional, kind and prompt. We appreciated her patience with Southwest Airlines' ever-changing arrival times on the day she picked us up at MDW. Her car was also clean and comfortable and the conversation was fun! If you need driving services, ESCO is the one to call! BRAVO and BRAVA! read more

Overall excellent job. Dave was polite and professional arranging the car. The rate he provided was very competitive and was lower than his competitors. The only unusual item was the booking process. In order to ensure our booking we had to use a third party service to process payment. However we were not charged until the service took place. That said, it was not a big issue and we felt comfortable with proceeding with the service. Dana, the driver, was on time, and professional. She drove my wife and I to the airport. She communicated the night before to let us know when she'll arrive and the type of car. The car was clean and it had plenty of room for the luggage. Honestly she was great. I recommend Esco to anyone needing a limo, or taxi service. read more

David communicated well throughout the process. He picked my son up to take him back to school after winter break. With me being 2000 miles away, I was concerned about my son getting a safe ride home in the middle of the night. David was considerate and understood my parental overprotection. He was kind and helpful to my son and he was very professional. I would call upon his service again and recommend him. I believe he is very conscientious . read more

We had an excellent experience. Our driver, John, was on time (that for me means 15 min. early), on an early Sunday morning. David communicated with me in a very timely manner. I was a little worried - since the pandemic many businesses lowered their level of service. Not the case here. Thank you so much, next time will text again, when we need super clean and super reliable drive to the airport. Price is very fair too. Thank you! read more

The driver was friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience with great service. We will use next time we come to Chicago.

David and Veronica were exceptional. I scheduled four round trips for the weekend , different pickups from both O'HARE airport and Midway for a family wedding and it went so smoothly . I even messed up on contact information but David was still able to accommodate us . The price was reasonable and the personal /professionalism from both drivers provided everyone with peace of mind. We couldn't have ask for anything better. I highly recommend using this service. read more

Dave was very communicative, friendly and a good driver. The car was clean and comfortably fit my family of four. He arrived a few minutes early, helped with our bags and offered us water. He made great suggestions for things to do, as we had time to kill before our train. I will ride with him again in the future! I also forgot to mention his price was more than reasonable, especially for the service we received. read more

Arranged transportation to and from Ohare for a family trip. David was punctual, communicated promptly and effectively (even knew the minute we landed!). Zero issues, smooth ride and cost effective. Highly recommend this company for your transportation needs! read more

This was an excellent experience from initial contact. This was a roundtrip service from O'Hare to downtown. Both cars were clean and appeared in good repair. Dave took my flight information so he was in the know when my flight was delayed 2.5 hours. Thank you for getting up in the middle of the night to pick us up! Sorry we were not chatty. Quick responses, professional service, safe driving. Dana did the return ride to the airport a few days later and it was the same with her, quick responses, professional, safe driving, & great conversation! I'll forgive her for her NFL team choice...lol. I am so glad that I found Esco Driving Services instead of having to rely on those other ride services. Thank you Dave and Dana!! read more

Quick response, professional service, and great communication. Highly recommend. Alexis was a great driver. David provided clear communication and was super helpful in arranging our ride. It was our first time using a car service and they were just great! read more

Amazing service! Dave was very responsive, professional, and helpful. He contacted us before each ride so we weren't worried he would appear and arrived early each time. He even gave us suggestions for our visit. Highly recommend him! read more

I had to book a last minute flight/transportation (less then 24 hours) for my parents in their early 70s. They were part of the the whole Southwest Airlines mess over the holidays. I could only get them a flight into O'Hare and their car was at Midway Airport. Dave was on top of everything. His responses were fast and he was so incredibly accommodating for my parents. He kept in communication with me to let me know he had spoken to my dad when they landed. (My parents aren't technical and hardly ever use their cell) I was a bit worried. They enjoyed their ride with Dave and said he was very kind. Dave even sent me a text to let me know he had just dropped them off at their car. I highly recommend Esco Driving Services! read more
