Excellent service, professional, and on time. I usually use a limo service on business trips, but not so much so on personal vacations. This time I decided to use one on my vacation to Chicago and am I glad I did. To make my reservation a few weeks in advance, I called EJ and his responsiveness/professionalism clinched it for me and I went with them. Their pricing was competitive. We were picked up on time at O'Hare and the driver (Ver) gave us the lay of the land on our drive into the city. When we mentioned we liked Chinese food, he suggested a dim sum place in Chinatown. He was pleasant, informative and professional. On our way home, we were also fortunate to have EJ pick us up. Despite the horrific traffic and rain, EJ got us to O'Hare ahead of schedule. He even got to our hotel 15 mins before our scheduled pick-up time and was waiting for us when we came down earlier than expected. Conversation on the way over to the hotel was great! This concierge service was amazing!! I'm new to the city, so my mom was super worried about me, but the driver was so welcoming. He picked up my bags from baggage claim and upon arrival at my apartment he brought my suitcases all the way up to my second floor unit. He was so professional and the car was fabulous! He provided water and gum for the ride from the airport to my apartment. He navigated flawlessly and played great music. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My wife and family were in Chicago for the marathon in October. On short notice EJ was able to get us reservations on Saturday evening at Pazzo's Cucina for some Italian food before running on Sunday morning. This was no small feat considering that 40,000 other runners were looking to do the same. EJ is a delight to be around and a complete professional.
