So I politely emailed asking for a receipt, and the response was immediately and unnecessarily aggressive, that it was my fault I didn't set the right filter on my spam folder. I thought potentially I was misreading the tone of the email, so I emailed back asking again for the receipts. They responded with even harsher words. Then they literally called me up to yell at me, and accused me of being rude. After I hung up, they emailed me again to criticize me. This is a man I have never spoken to before, who had absolutely no reason to be upset with me. I have rarely dealt with anyone this aggressive in my life. It was genuinely insane and borderline psychotic. I would be very careful with this company, the man has intense rage. Seriously, it was bizarre and frankly, scary. I have the emails to back it up. After doing research I narrowed it down to 3 companies who were all within $10-$20 price of each other and the other two had about 4X the reviews mostly positive but EJ took the time out to answer a lot of my questions in detail and put me at ease with my concerns where the other guys gave me one word answers and made it seem like they were out just to make a quick buck. EJ was very easy to communicate with and gave me some pointers about the city. I hired EJ to pick me up at the airport with a meet and greet and then also pick me up at my hotel to take me back to O'Hare. He even texted me the morning of my departure to ask me if I wanted to be picked up a little bit earlier then what we discussed when booking due to traffic being a little heavier than normal. EJ goes out of the way to make sure their customers are satisfied next time i am back in Chicago I will definitely use EJ and I have saved their number in my contact list. At the time my Ma & Pa lived in Mt Prospect near Camp McDonald & River road. I would drive to Golf Mill where I would take a bus to Jefferson Park for my trip downtown. The Jefferson Park hub is a major transportation center not just for the Blue Line Train, but all the buses that come to the terminal. In addition there is a Metra train stop at the Jefferson Park location. Back in the day when I worked downtown I relied on the Blue line for daily commute. What a nightmare to have to drive downtown, fight the traffic & then pay $30-$40 dollars for parking. Why when you can kick back on the train without all the aggravation. The train goes all the way into O'Hare to the Northwest, downtown along Dearborn then swings west to the end of the line at Forest Park.
