Their service may be first rate, BUT this company was by far the most expensive as far as researching rates from Naperville to Midway. $92.40 for the most inexpensive type car. If your company is paying the fee on a business trip, fine. But if your trip is personal/pleasure, and the cost is yours, you can do much better, likely with the same level of service and vehicle. read more

We used Agapi for our guest shuttle services for our wedding this past weekend. Agapi was very competitive on pricing and packaging and put together a proposal that truly met the needs of our wedding. For example, they allowed us to forego the 3 hour minimum time limit and instead split the minimum into 2 2-hour periods for guest transport before and after the wedding. My only criticism is that our main contact was sometimes unavailable via email. But at the end of the day, everything was executed perfectly. The driver showed up on time, was very professional, and there were no issues. I would recommend Agapi for any of your transportation needs in the Chicagoland area. read more

We used Agapi Limo for a birthday cruise to a restaurant. 5 adults and one 9 month old in our group. Our driver was Niko. We worked with Christine, online. After looking at several other companies I felt the most comfortable with Agapi. The price was reasonable, the people were very considerate. I tend to correspond via email if possible and they returned all of my emails questions promptly. This feels like a family affair, although they have many vehicles. Our stretch was immaculate, just beautiful. Driver waited for us to have dinner at PF Chang's, which, because we were having such a good time, went way over our allotted time. This place is AMAZING! From the first phone call they were awesome! I was planning a special birthday for my husband and Christina sent me pics of all of the vehicles that would hold our party. They are so beautiful, it was hard to pick. She even went above and beyond by helping me find fun places to go on the special night. She and I agreed that we could talk all night. When the limo picked us up, John the driver was prompt and professional. He even took the kids, who weren't coming to the party, for a spin in the limo. When we got into the limo, there were special napkins and party favors in the theme of the birthday. I had the pleasure of using Agapi Limo for my sons Junior and Senior Prom. My son has special needs and I needed to find a reputable company that could ensure this all for him. Well, Agapi was over the top amazing and their service was impeccable. They made my sons Proms so memorable. John, arrived early to our house on each Prom night. He went out of his way to take my son, his date and his friend to several locations for the most amazing pictures. I never expected this...I was surprised! He also made sure that my son took his much needed medication. After the Prom, he arrived early to pick them up and ensured their safe arrival home as if they were his own. My review is on a referral I made to them of friends needing a reliable limo for their wedding day. With a lot of driving and pick ups, they were getting pricey quotes and a lot of rejections. It's really unfair that I can only give Agapi Limousine 5 stars as they are far superior in quality and service. My review really should be 2 reviews as I have so far used their company twice since the new year. It all started in January when I needed a limo service for students at our Junior High School. The fundraising company that was to supply the reward for our students completely flaked on us and I had to scramble an find company in a hurry. I don't know if it was fate or what but I'm so glad I found Agapi. They were able to accommodate us and the service was outstanding. The kids had a great time and our driver John was wonderful. The second time was most recently in March. My family and I had a vacation planned and since this was my first real vacation in 8 years that did not involve going to a relative's home, we opted to use a limousine service and do it right. I did not hesitate to contact Agapi again. My first interaction was request for a quote via yelp. I got an answer back really fast and after a couple of messages back and forth, I was instructed to contact Christina in the office. Never in mind would I have imagined that she would remember me. Christina helped me book our airport round trip and proved herself to be one of the sweetest people I have ever spoken with. In a world where the term "customer service" is open to interpretation, she has been a breath of fresh air. John was our driver on all occasions and he is such a lovely gentleman that I can't say enough about him. He has been punctual, professional, and courteous and I found him to be wonderfully kind. Great communication at every turn. Confirmation emails including invoices, emails and I even got confirmation texts on my phone. You can not go wrong using the Agapi as your choice limousine service. They are outstanding! Alas my only regret is that I may have no occasion any time soon to use them again and therefore will find myself deprived of their service.
