Amazing service. Had a flight cancelled and rebooked for next day; they were flexible in adjusting our reservation. Then the day of our new flight; airline offered an early flight and WSL again was fine in adjusting our reservations, with it not only being an earliler flight but to a different airport (Midway vs O'Hara in Chicago) read more

They always take longer to pick up at O'Hare than other services, but we mostly tolerate it for the clean car and $85 trip fee. Today they took OVER 35-minutes after their text saying it would take 15-minutes. I called them at 25-minutes and the dispatcher made up some story about a back-up for a ticket booth. I must have seen 50-people walk out of the baggage claim and get into their limo. No one else had limos 35-min after they called. The driver shows up and repeats the same nonsense. It's offensive! Don't lie to me. You over booked and couldn't get back to the airport. Apologize and discount the ride. Like I said, they always take longer. Now, I'm done. Too many other options out there, and I won't tolerate being lied to. read more

West Suburban Limousine - Limos Near Me - Winfield, Illinois

We've been using West Suburban Limo for 15 years and they are always so consistent and professional. A true joy to not stress out about getting to and from the airport! read more

I used them for several years with no issues. But now my husband has mobility issues and I ask them not to send a step-up vehicle. I thought they finally got it right but NOT. Won't return calls or acknowledge their error. Look elsewhere if you have mobility issues. read more

Always on time, always clean vehicles, always courteous drivers. Highly recommend this service! We use them any time we go to ORD

Would not recommend. Upon arrival, I had to wait 15 minutes outside for my driver. in 93 degree summer heat. In a Chicago winter, that would be brutal. If they have your flight information, I don't understand why they can't pick you up in a more timely manner. They also don't offer a "track my driver" function, so you have no choice but to wait outside. Driver was very aggressive, making for a very jerky, whiplashy ride. I woke up this morning with a sore neck. After a long day of flying, this was the last thing I needed. Also driver kept GoogleMaps navigation prompts playing at top volume throughout the ride. Very annoying. read more

Looking for a ride... anywhere? West Suburban Limo has you covered! We had them take us to the airport recently and they did a phenomenal job. I booked them via email and they were happy to accommodate my specific request for a stretch (you know, for the kids). The driver showed up early, was polite and helpful, and got us to O'Hare quickly and safely. I've used other car services in the past but this one had the most well-kept vehicle I've been in; squeaky-clean inside and out! Same goes for our driver, dressed in a suit and playing the part. On top of that, the cost was a bit cheaper than others! I've added WSL to my rolodex (yes, I used that term) and will be using them in the future. read more

I have been using exclusively for 10+ years. This week I had (3) fails on separate rides & will find new service or Uber Black. Pick up at Midway told 30 minute wait driver had car problems (took uber instead) Pick up to airport the driver was 10 minute late - sloppy & car was disgusting. Pick up at Midway told 20 minute wait driver had car problems (took uber instead) THREE strikes in one week. I can understand a one off but this has become a pattern. I will find more reliable service. read more

Best limo service around! Reasonable, very Professional, and cars are immaculate. Arrived on time and great drivers. Very caring. Always use West Suburban! read more

Very simple service to use and their fee was much cheaper than parking the car somewhere at O'Hare. The drivers were courteous and helpful. A no-brainer next time we fly out on a trip. read more

West Suburban Limo is great value for the money! I've been using them for over 10 years and they have never let me down. The only challenge is that you need to book early-- sometimes a week in advance. Post Covid, it seems that they have a smaller fleet compared to pre-covid. read more

Competitive pricing compared to Uber or a taxi. Roundtrip to and from O'hare kids, luggage, stroller, car seats etc and they were able to accommodate a beautiful car. The drivers were experienced and they texted and emailed confirmations and reminders which is nice. read more

On time and friendly, competent drivers. The price is comparable to other limo services, but these guys are the best.

Used them to and from our recent trip. Prompt professional and nice vehicles. Thanks west sub limo

Our driver to airport was outstanding. Our driver back from airport was horrible. Took the most ridiculous way back to our house adding time. Very jerky stop and go. Did not say hello when we entered car. Did not seem to want this fare. So, be careful with who you get. This last guy was awful read more

I have used west suburban for over three years and have been overall pleased with them. They have always arrived at my home or work on time or early to get me to the airport. Their drivers have been professional. But two of my last three returns from the airport have been delayed longer than expected, suggesting to me that they may not always be at the airport or may have been managing multiple reservations. I don't know that; I am speculating. In my last call to the dispatcher, I found the person unprofessional in tone. The dispatcher said "if you are unhappy, you can find alternative transportation" home, which I elected to do. I texted the company that I was doing that. A different employee called me upset that I had left, claimed that the dispatcher hadn't said what was said, and stated that they would charge me for the ride anyway. I received a text a little later and the person apologized and said that they would not charge me. I texted back and apologized for being upset and asked that they charge me so that the driver would be paid. I give them four stars because I've overall been really happy with them and want to keep using tMost of the time they have been great and reliable. It's been two years since my review. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the company. I wanted to change my review from 3 stars to 5 stars as a reflection of their consistently good service. read more

This is our go-to company for private car service. I refuse to even look at other companies at this point. I've never had a problem getting ahold of someone when I call. Their drivers are always on time if not a few minutes early. Vehicles have always been clean. A couple have begun to see some wear on them, but still clean. Their prices are very reasonable. read more

Have used West Suburban Limousine several times in the past few years. Great service, drivers have been great. Always on time, our last flight was running 30+ minutes behind schedule, but West Suburban was there within five minutes after getting our luggage. read more

Don't even think of using another limo service! This is the only one you should use. They are always on time. The drivers are very professional. The cars are immaculately clean. I have been using them for years and I have never been disappointed. read more

As a business traveler who needs to get to and from the airport on a regular basis- on those longer trips when I opt not to drive and to take a car service, West Suburban Limo fits the bill nicely. Oh sure- I used to use a competitive service located out in Naperville, but after several missed pick ups, long waits and drivers who didn't know the area, I switched to West Suburban and never looked back. Most, if not all, of their drivers are independent contractors who own their own cars and take pride in the service that they offer. The cars are clean, modern and the drivers are courteous, speak English and don't make me feel like I am on the Indy 500 as we go down the tollway. The other thing I like? They save my profile information so I don't have to tell them every time not to send a "stretch limo" (so uncomfortable and impossible to provide direction to the driver in). A Town Car will do just fine and can also better navigate the old bridges and brick roads nearby where I live. Car service isn't fancy- just a practical necessity if you travel. And West Suburban with its competitive pricing, good service and consistency does it right. read more

If you are a frequent flyer and live in the suburbs as I do - I highly recommend West Suburban Limousine for your airport travels. I have also had great luck using them for getting to workshops in the city when the train schedule did not fit my agenda. I have been happy with the drivers provided, but Masood and Alex are the best! They are always on time, courteous, the car is always clean, and they are genuinely nice people. It is like having a friend pick me up from the airport instead of a service... read more

Great ride! Family of seven with four big bags to/from ORD. They were on time. The limos were clean and comfortable. The drivers were professional and friendly. I have already forgotten the name of my old limo service. It's all about WSL! read more

Dear West Suburban - when I made a reservation with Donna yesterday afternoon, we went over everything twice since I wanted to be 100% sure she had all the details correctly. I guess I should've gone over them THREE times since the car never showed up to pick up my passengers this afternoon. When I called WSL and spoke to the dispatcher, he rudely told me that the pickup was scheduled for 5:15PM, not 4:15PM and they couldn't get a car there in time to pick up my passengers. EPIC FAIL. read more

Easy to book online. By phone a little annoying, but once you are set up once they have your details. They can put in two #'s if you are booking for someone --- a # for you, and a # for the person they are picking up. Always have been on time picking me up at my house. Clean cars and professional drivers. read more

Gemma's Rules #327: always get the same driver! I should also say that they have never been late, never made me late, and never made me feel like I should have my will and health care advanced directives in place, once I step into the limo. Thanks again! read more

I used WSL for my wedding on 08/29/09. I had heard nothing but good things from this company and decided to go with them.. The overall service was fantasic! Andy came to the North Aurora house 15 minutes before schedule and was very courteous from the start.. I agree with the other person that said it didn't feel like you were on the Indy 500. We had plenty of time to spare to get to a south side Chicago church and our driver took his time and we joked about which way to take.. (I'm a seasoned Chicago driver as well, and I could think of about 10 different ways to get to any location) Very courteous in opening my car door, and even picked up my train so it wouldn't hit the floor! Mass has ended, go in peace... and my new husband and I walk out of the church and find that it was decorated with my wedding color of pink and a "JUST MARRIED" sign on the back! The champagne was ice cold and Andy was standing here with 2 glasses! We get in and we actually made a last minute change in photo location and Andy didn't seem bothered.. "anywhere you want to go..it's all good with me!" and when I made him go around a street, he did the coolest and smallest 3-point turn (it did in fact take 3 turns) in a stretch limo I''ve seen. And the privacy window came up.. Again.. no hurry to get to our reception hall, which was 28 miles away, and even had time to check into our hotel.. my newlywed husband and I enjoyed almost all the champagne and really enjoyed our ride... And so our time with Andy ended... thank you Andy, and thank you WSL.. we will be going on our honeymoon really soon, and we'll be contracting a Town Car soon! read more

I am surprised to see a few negatives here. Have been using West Suburban exclusively for 9 years. I use them on average 10-14x per year. To both Midway and O'Hare. They have NEVER been late (usually they are early). I have never had a dirty car or poor driver. I have had to wait at the airport, but usually not any longer than other people in the limo zone. And several times I have arrived home in a stretch limo when a regular car wasn't available. Always amusing to my neighbors. I have had a variety of drivers, rarely the same one twice. My only wish is that they kept track of how often I use them, some sort of loyalty program would be nice. read more

I have used WSL twice. They always show up on time. I like that, because I am anal about time. I tell you 6:00, I expect 6:00, NOT 6:05. So far right on time. My only complaint is that the back of the stretch limo that we need to load all 5 of us into, is COLD. It is winter in Chicago people, heat the back. Complaints of this were met with grunts. If you don't want to heat the limo, then please provide blankets or something. I almost lost a toe to frost bite. My kids were miserable. We are using them again shortly. I will update if we get a warm limo. I did call request the warm limo, I didn't realize that it was heat optional. So, if you use them and need a stretch, request the heated one. But, they are on time, and the drivers seem to actually be able to drive. I agree about it not being the Indy 500, which is great. Fix the heat thing and I would give 5 stars. Update... Our ride home was fantastic. I am adding a star. They made super sure the limo was heated. It was actually a bit hot, but I wasn't complaining. Better to sweat than to freeze. The driver was personable and everything went really smoothly. We will use them again, if they keep things toasty in the back, perhaps the 5 stars I promised! :) read more

I would agree with Damian that WSL has quick service, good prices and competent drivers. I'd also add, safe, polite, friendly and the cars are always nice and clean. I've never had a problem with being late for a flight with WSL or having to wait long after arriving from a trip for that matter. All in all, if you're looking for a nice, affordable limo service I highly recommend West Suburban Limousine. read more

The wait time is incredibly long, multiple parties have been picked up by other ride services and yet here we wait. Won't be using them again. Landed an hour ago and have been waiting 45 minutes, no apologies and no reason for the delay. I had used them for years but the last few rides have been progressively worse. read more

I have used West Suburban many times over the years and they have never let me down. Service has always been prompt, professional, and courteous. Smooth, efficient process getting set up with them. The driver was waiting for us at midway on a busy Thursday afternoon. Our wait time was less than 5 minuets. Nice, clean, comfortable stretch limo. Great experience with WSL. Driver was kind and arrived on time. I would definitely use them again.

Rude customer service. I just had a conversation to book a limo for a party. Just requesting rates and the reservation person this Tuesday at 8:20 to me to hold on she wasn't finish talking. And all I was trying to do was have a limo pick up my friends so they could surprise their mother on her last day at work and take her out to dinner. And this rude person told me that the route didn't make sense because the driver would be back tracking. I don't care what way he has to go if we are paying him. All I wanted was a quote . I won't ever be using that service. Rude rude no way to speak to a customer. I'll be looking elsewhere read more

My daughter and I were attending a Trisomy 18 medical conference in the Chicago area and we were lucky to have Nick Karash #37 for our driver. His car was clean and classy and he was a delightful gentleman. I am never comfortable riding with someone I don't know, but Nick made us feel very safe. I requested him for our return trip to Midway and was happy to see his smiling face. A lot of people are uncomfortable around those with special needs like my daughter, but Nick treated her with kindness and respect. We were exhausted from the 5 day conference but Nick made the ride to the airport fun. He also had walked us and our luggage to the desk at the hotel and took us to the curb side check in to make sure everything was going to be alright. Thank you Nick, you are one of our favorite people in the world! read more
