Service is always on time and always texts when on their way and have arrived. The drivers are friendly.

I definitely recommend them. My fam and I needed a ride to ohare and back for a vacation. We opted for the large black SUV and everything was great. It seems when you request black car service, the drivers know you're not in it for a conversation, and honestly that was nice. I've taken lots of limos in the past and it's usually a gab fest. We enjoyed the silence. My one suggestion would be that they send you a text, or call you, the night before to confirm your ride. I didn't receive either and ended up calling at 9pm the night before just to make sure all was good. The driver did text me exactly at our pickup time the next morning and arrived promptly for pickup at my house. read more

On time, no hassles, clean vehicle, pleasant driver. Delivered what they advertise. Would use again.

Peter is excellent, we have used American Limo Naperville for 20 plus years and have always been satisfied with all are rides.

There were 7 of us needing to go from Lemont to Chicago for a wedding. The drivers arrived 30 minutes early without any rushing just there for us when we were ready. The two vehicles were beautiful brand-new Cadillac SUVs. The 2 drivers were polite and accommodating to all of us. My mom Aunt (83 years old) and friend all had no problem getting into or out of the vehicles. One of the drivers even pulled into a gas station for one of the guests to use a bathroom. Water & mints were waiting for us. The seats had warm and cool settings for each of us to adjust to our own needs. I was overly impressed and will be calling American Limos again. read more

My family and I have been using this limo service for over a decade. The drivers are always timely, communicative, polite, and very personable. Peter is the driver we always request because he knows my family well and is absolutely delightful. The SUVs and town cars are luxurious, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend American Limo Naperville! read more

Had them take my wife and mother in law to Ohare, the pick up time was 5:15am. They were on time and very professional. They also picked them up and were again on time and very professional. I got a chance to talk to the driver and he said what a great company American Limo Naperville is to work for. He said that the owner was a great guy who did a lot for veterans. It's always great to hear that the guys like the boss and the boss respects his guys. This is the only limo service I'll use from now on. read more

Excellent service. Drivers were extremely nice, on time, and helpful. From scheduling to end of trip was smooth sailing!

The driver was on time and drove well. The car was clean and comfortable. Booking the ride was easy. Calling for the car was simple and notification of car's arrival was helpful read more

I have tried a number of limo services through the years and this one is a definite winner. It takes a bit to get to an actual person when you call, but worth the effort. Punctual, clean vehicles, no lingering smoke smell in the car, driver does not have smoke smell on his/her clothing. Now here is my question. Since you ask for a phone number to let me know the driver has arrived, why won't you just call my house number rather than send me a text on my cell phone? I get modern technology, but maybe, could you offer that option? Cell or home? I do appreciate the written e-mail confirmation in addition to the confirmation number. I would recommend them and will use their services again. read more

Above and beyond the service one would expect. The person who takes the reservation was so pleasant and customer-focused. I forget her name now, but she was excellent. They worked with us on several changes due to changes in scheduling at church, restaurant and pictures. Great place. Great car. Great driver. Excellent service! read more

Absolutely outstanding! I cannot say enough about the professionalism with this company. Peter was my driver and I was beyond impressed from the initial phone reservation to the final airport drop off. I have used several different car services in different states and American Limo of Naperville is by far the best. Peter was on time and did several confirmations from the moment I booked until the time of pick up. Peter was so courteous and polite. I typically don't talk the entire ride but because he was so kind and truly engaged in our conversation, we ended up chatting all the way to the airport. I will be recommending this company (no one else compares) to anyone who is in need of excellent, worry free transportation. read more

We have been working with Peter and his company since the beginning. American Limo Naperville always exceeds our expectations. The scariest thing when you are traveling is knowing you can get to the airport on time. American Limo Naperville always sends a text message reminder the night before, again as the car is arriving and finally when it is sitting on your driveway. This always removes the fear. I never worry about my car arriving on time As President and Owner of J & C Travel Inc, I always appreciate working with companies I can trust, American Limo Naperville checks all the boxes. Thank you to Peter for his support of our Troops and the military men and women who serve our country and protects our freedoms. Jo Marie read more

Great service. Been using them for several years, always on time, clean vehicles and great communications.

It may be unfair for me to write a review as I never made it to the actual pickup. I have a regular car service I typically use and have never had a problem with, but I found this company online and it was a couple dollars cheaper and I liked that they donate part of the proceeds to veterans. I made the reservation online for a round trip airport drop off and pickup. The process was easy enough although the web design was a bit cheesy. When I got the confirmation I noticed that the dates were reversed and the pickup time was off by 30 min. I might believe that I reversed the dates, but I know I put in a pickup time 30 min after the flight was scheduled to land. As there is no way to change anything online I called the next day. The call took more than 10 minutes. First he had to "sync" his computer to access my reservation. While he was working on that, he asked "why I would make the reservation online". Seemed like an odd question until after he adjusted the reservation he continued on to tell me that HE was able to send a new confirmation immediately instead of the online booking that took a couple hours and that he gets paid by the reservation and now he had to fix MY reservation and wasn't even getting paid for it. I decided to cancel the reservation. I don't need to deal with that kind of lack of professionalism when I call. read more

I used American Limo several years ago when I was doing some travel for business and was quite pleased with the service. This summer when my Son got married and needed a ride to a hotel near the airport overnight, I called American Limo and they provided a Limo to pick up my son around 9PM and take them to the Hotel. They were picked up with a stretch SUV and had a good ride. Naturally, American Limo is the company that I will use for rides to the Airport when my wife and I go on vacation. read more

I've used American Limo for many years. We live near North Central College. We are a part of the Friendship Family Program offered at NCC. We have hosted students from England, Sweden, Kosovo, and now Japan. If those students need to get to O'hare or Midway, Peter is more than happy to take them for us and for pick ups as well. All the staff is friendly, courteous. The cars are immaculate. Service is exceptional. And when we choose to travel, American Limo is the #1 choice for our travels to and from the airports. Best limo service we've used. Prompt, courteous, excellent service. Peter and his staff are great.

We recently used American Limousine for rides to/from O'Hare for our vacation. I was a little nervous because last time I used a limo service w/ a different company, they were an hour late and we had a horrible experience. They were less expensive than American Limo, but I realize you get what you pay for! American Limo was GREAT. I booked easily online and received email confirmations. I also got a text message with the driver's name and direct phone number the morning of our pick up and when he was on his way - I loved the updates! Our driver was about 10 minutes early and arrived in a nice, clean SUV with bottles of water waiting for us in the backseat. Our flight was cancelled on our way home and just as we were re-booking another flight, I got a voicemail and a text from American Limo asking for our new flight information so they could make sure to arrange for our pick up - very proactive which I really appreciated. Our new flight got back in to O'Hare early, so I called our driver who was so polite and apologetic that he wasn't there yet (not his fault - we got in early!). Even though we were early, we still only waited about 15 minutes, which was more than acceptable to me. Both drivers were pleasant, professional, and PROMPT! I would definitely use them again! read more

I recently used American Limo Naperville for taking my wife and I from our home to the airport for our honeymoon and we were VERY HAPPY with this company and our driver! Our driver was very friendly, professional, and sociable!! We enjoyed talking with him and he was very funny and took care of us by loading our bags, opening our doors and just being very polite! The car was very nice and clean and did not smell of smoke!! The driver was right on time and even made a stop at starbucks so we could get some coffee which was AWESOME and he received a tip on top of the gratuity that was already added in the original price! He deserved it!! This company is great and we love how they donate money to military persons in need!! They provide a great service as well as giving back to our military vets and I will use this service and recommend this company to anyone needing a limo driver!!!! Highly recommend this local company! read more
