In the past several months we have had occasion to use My First Limo four times. In those four trips we have had three drivers, Agustin, Jerry, and Maria. We have been in three different vehicles. ALL the drivers are on-time or early. They are neat, clean, polite and very professional. They are all good drivers. When getting picked up at O'Hare they are there within minutes of my texting them saying we have our bags. ALL the vehicles are immaculate inside and out. They are large and comfortable and have bottled water. As they say in Yelpish, MFL is "As good as it gets". We will be using My First Limousine for all our future limo needs. Why go anywhere else? read more

Professional, polite, and personable is Augustine the owner and our driver. He was flexible and a perfect host with opening the door, providing drinks and a usb cord. Car was like new and tech savvy with window protectors and tint. Augustine is as passionate about how pristine his vehicle is as the warm service he provides. I highly recommend this company for any chauffer services you may need!!! read more

Have had only fantastic service from them. Friendly, on time and very clean comfortable ride. Highly recommend them!!!

5+ stars for Agustin and My First Limousine Services! I first met Augustin as an Uber Black Car driver from O'Hare to my apartment in Lincoln Park, and I was instantly impressed by his professionalism, charisma, and compassion. Ever since that first ride, I have exclusively used Agustin and My First Limousine Services for my rides to and from the airport. His cars are immaculate, and he takes great pride in them. They are always stocked with water and magazines for browsing during the trip. He always helps me with my bags, and he is great to chat to on long rides in traffic! I have also ridden with one of his other drivers, Dong, who is also fabulous, professional, courteous, and kind. His fares are comparable (actually cheaper in some cases) than Uber Black cars that I have taken to and from the airport in the past. He is very easy to reach and communicate with to schedule pick ups, and he is a good, honest human being. Highly, highly recommend! read more

My daughter's boyfriend has used Augustin ( he is the owner, and only driver) for many trips over the last year and a half, ranging from short Chicago jaunts to drives to Dayton and Milwaukee. For my birthday, they hired Augustin to drive me home to Milwaukee Saturday, after great dinner at RPM Steak House Friday night. He is totally dependable, and a very pleasant guy to share a ride with. Vehicle is new, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend. read more

Just used My First Limousine Services last night and could not be happier. He was on time - got us downtown on time - and got us home safely. Traffic was HORRIBLE getting downtown and he was so professional and drove safely and never uttered a complaint about traffic. I took my mom, my sister and myself downtown for dinner and having Agustin drive us down was the best way to go. If you ever need a car service, please use Agustin. Super professional, quick to respond to my emails, and text messages, and took credit cards and/or cash (which is super convenient). Thank you for everything! read more

I could not have been happier with the service, price or experience that I had with My First Limousine. I contacted a number of limo services in the area to charter a limo for a few hours to take some family and friends to look at Christmas displays. Of the responses that I got, My First Limousine quoted a competitive price - but what sold me was Agustin's willingness to work with me and his prompt, professional communication. The vehicle that picked us up was clearly the same one that we had been sent pictures of (no bait-and-switch) and looked great in person. The driver has helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I will not hesitate to use My First Limousine again. This is what a small business is supposed to be! read more

Absolutely amazing! Family owned business which we love to support. Always arrives on time, drives cautiously but gets us on time. Owner very patient and kind! My husband and I have used their stretch limo with a larger group, SUV, and regular car limo. All 3 vehicles are extremely clean and well kept. You can tell the owners take pride in who they are and what they do! We use them over Uber or other airport traveling services. Also my pup can ride with me, he's a small maltipoo that sits on my lap but very grateful he lets us take him! read more

Highly Recommended. I have been using Agustin and team for about 9 months and they are always prompt, courteous, and friendly, just what I need in a car service. I suggest them to all. read more

Just arrived at the airport after calling to book the trip last night. The car was great, there were water bottles and it was very clean and roomy. Very nice black car service, I was able to work during the ride but maybe on the way home I will have more time to chat because Augustin seems like a very friendly guy. I asked for a pickup at a certain time but he recommended leaving a little earlier due to traffic which I found helpful and a good idea since he's the expert. He is located about 8 miles from my house and the cost was reasonable, what I would expect for a trip to O'Hare. I will definitely be using this service for my return trip. Update: return trip was just as good. Highly recommended! read more

I used First Limousine Services for my recent wedding and Agustin was so nice and friendly! He was punctual, even though I was not, he had no problem waiting for us. He made our ride to our wedding so fun and he was very affordable! Would absolutely recommend and use again for future needs. read more

Best ever! Augustin is so professional and friendly. On time, with beautifully clean and comfortable vehicles. Definitely will use as often as I can, and very highly recommended!!! read more

My experience with Agustin (two trips so far) has been the BEST ever. All of the other Yelpers' comments are correct. My review would be 6 stars, if Yelp would allow! I am accustomed to limo service, with my 30 years in a corporate career. Agustin is the ultimate professional - in every way. In addition to having the most comfortable, clean car, Agustin does not use those horrible Febreze plug-ins. He recognizes that they cause health issues to people with allergies (me), and he will never use them. That is very considerate. I plan to use Agustin exclusively in the future. I am so glad to have found this company!!! read more

Augustin is a true professional, Excellent service, Clean Limousines. Highly recommended

Great service! Both Agustin and his wife were safe and excellent drivers and very friendly. The car was clean and comfy. I would definitely recommend especially if your looking for a safe ride for your family. Thank you Agustin! read more

EXCELLENT service! Prompt, friendly, and an overall great experience. My family has been using this service for a few years and I highly recommend for any event or airport transportation. Vehicle is clean and there is plenty of room. From events in Chicago to airport transportation, this is the BEST service! read more

Agustin was my Uber Black Car driver from O'Hare to downtown Chicago last night. He was very courteous, polite and professional. I appreciated that he kept me updated on where he was as Thursdays at O'Hare can be a nightmare and traffic coming through the terminals is usually pretty bad. Agustin offered me water right away which surprisingly not many do frequently anymore. Agustin's kind personality made me want to engage in conversation with him and I had a great time hearing about his family and talking about travels. I enjoyed my ride with Agustin so much that I asked for his business card to arrange for a ride directly with him the next couple of weeks. It's a bummer that I am leaving Chicago for good in the next few weeks because being an almost-weekly traveler, I could have and would have used Agustin for all my travels! read more

Agustin is the epitome of professionalism. He is my regular driver of choice now for short and long distance trips. Whenever I approach his vehicle, he is always standing by the door, holding it open for me. I sit down, he closes it, gets in the drivers seat, and off we go. His vehicle is brand new, spotless, and he makes sure the front seats are pulled all the way forward to maximize the leg room in the back. Fresh bottles of water in the cup holders always await me. He is punctual, humble, and courteous. I'm very picky when it comes to picking vendors for my personal life and my business, and there's nothing about Agustin and his service that I'd change. read more

My family and I used, My First Limousine Service, recently and had a very good experience with them. Agustin and his wife, Maria handled different trips for us and both times they were on time, neatly dressed and professional. The vehicle used both times was a very late model GMC, Yukon. I would not hesitate to use them again. Recommended. read more

My father suddenly became ill in Texas, so we needed to take a flight out of Chicago unexpectedly the next day. This meant having someone pick us up at 3 AM for an early flight. A friend of mine referred me to Agustin Garcia. We called him the night before our flight, explained what we needed, and he was there at 2:55 AM! He was courteous, handled all of our luggage, and was a very safe driver. He picked us up in a beautiful, luxurious Suburban and got us there with plenty of time to spare. On our return trip, we simply TEXTED him the day before, gave him our flight information, and that was it. Our flight got in 25 minutes early, and Agustin knew that! He texted me as soon as we landed stating that he was ready to pick us up. This time, he was in a brand new Lincoln Continental, that was loaded. What a beautiful car, a spacious back seat and comfortable ride. He got us home safely and was very sympathetic to my father's passing. No doubt, My First Limousine will be my first choice for car services for any trip that I need. read more

First class car service! Very clean, comfortable and punctual service. I have used them for the past few years and I have been extremely happy. I highly recommend this service. read more

Agustin and Maria are wonderful! I recently flew into O'Hare; I arranged for My First Limousine to pick me up and take me to the west suburbs. My flight arrived 30 minutes early and Augustin pulled up to pick me up 30 seconds after I called to tell him which door I was exiting from! Prompt, courteous and friendly service, along with spotless vehicles, bode very well in my book! Maria arrived to pick me up for my return to O'Hare, on time, and with a big smile! I highly recommend My First Limousine and will hire them again, excellent in all aspects. read more

Augustin is very professional and on time. He even reminds you the day before your return to schedule him (because I forgot). I am grateful to have him as my go to for all my airport rides . read more

Agustin has been professional, punctual and completely flexible to my needs. His transportation is luxurious. His company is pleasant and he has great style. He is the only person I have drive me to and from the airport. Recently I was stranded in Minneapolis after a cancelled 3PM flight. I had made plans with Agustin the day before to get me. The flight finally left at 11:20PM and after the worst airport day Agustin was there at OHare (12:40 AM) waiting at the airport with his awesome Yukon and a bottle of water. He told me "Relax, you will be home soon." Best driver ever. Thank you Agustin. read more

Exceptional service. Very pleased with the ride to and from O'Hare. Agustin was kind, friendly and extremely professional.Very prompt and was waiting when we came out of the airport, all I had to do was text him the door we were at.. He carried the luggage to and from the car and then to my front door when we returned. He assisted us getting in the SUV. Vehicle was spotless and very comfortable. I would not hesitate to utilize My First Limousine Service again and highly recommend Agustin to anyone needing limo service in the area!! read more

This is the first time I've used this service, but definitely not the last. Augustin was prompt, which is very important when you've been traveling and you're tired. He was polite, courteous, and professional. Plus his vehicle held 4 people with large bags, and it was new and CLEAN. I would definitely recommend!!!! read more

So far so good, this is part 1 of 2 of my review. All I've done with this company is schedule my rides to and from O'Hare. First off I was blown away with all the other 5-Star reviews that this company had and the reviews that were written. When I called it rang and rang and I ended up reaching a voicemail, I decided not to leave one and just send them a quick emailing requesting a call back. I'd say within 45seconds of me sending an email I got a return call from My First Limousine Services and it was Agustine. He was extremely polite on the phone, made me feel at ease and really streamlined the scheduling process. He has two vehicles a Lincoln Sedan and a GMC SUV, I believe. After scheduling the rides and pick up times I mentioned that my husband and I have golf bags which are a little over 5ft in length and I was worried they wouldn't fit in the Lincoln Sedan. He quickly stated that he would bring the SUV to ensure we had enough space and confirmed our pick up at at 4:30am! Shortly after our phone conversation (2-3minutes) he sent me an email confirmation. I am really looking forward to using them this Thursday and will be back to write my review on the actual pick up and drop off! read more

Augustin took me from O'Hare to Romeoville in rush hour traffic on a Tuesday evening. He was prompt, polite, and has a beautiful SUV. The ride to my destination was very comfortable, at an affordable price. I highly recommend this service. read more

We used Augustin's services for our wedding. Augustin's wife was our driver and they were both very accommodating with our schedule and provided extremely fair pricing for the services. We needed a car to pick us up from my house prior to the wedding to take me and my husband to the ceremony site which was half an hour away. After the ceremony, we needed a car to drive us less than five miles to the reception site. There was a two hour window between the two drives. While Augustin did not have a standard pricing for what we were looking for, he was willing to make it work. We were very appreciative of the high level of customer service he provided. The car was very spacious and clean. We couldn't have been happier. Also, when I was first communicating with Augustin and asking about the quality of his cars, he offered to bring the car to me so that I could see for myself if it was to my liking for our wedding day. Overall a great guy running a very friendly family business. read more
