We recently used 312 Limo for our wedding day, and they were absolutely amazing! Our driver, Peter, was so friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire day. He was right on time, an excellent driver, and made sure everything went smoothly for us. The bus was extremely clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. Peter even provided cups for us, which was such a thoughtful extra touch and very much appreciated! We had such a great experience with 312 Limo and would 100% recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and friendly transportation. Thank you, Peter and Dan, for helping make our wedding day even more special! read more

The 312 Limo was an absolute pleasure to work with while arranging transportation for my wedding. Dan was extremely responsive and helpful while helping me navigate our tight itinerary. The pricing was fair, and the customer service really differentiated 312 Limo from its competitors. Emsi and Dan were wonderful to work with providing shuttle buses for my daughter's Wedding. They were on time and very professional. I highly recommend 312 Limo. Thank you for making this day special. read more

I was on party bus duty for my daughter's recent high school dance. I priced out a few companies with party buses and 312 Limo was the most reasonable price. To be honest it was still a little expensive considering they were driving from Wilmette to Northfield to Glencoe, but less than the other: $840 for a 3 hour minimum for a party bus of 28. We also didn't need it for the entire 3 hours, but the options I found were either one way or 3-4 hour minimums so this was the best deal. I found their communication to be stellar both via email and text. The bus driver was on time and the kids had no trouble locating the party bus when they came out of the dance and I've heard it was one of many party busses. A few of my daughter's friends hopped on for the way home and commented that this bus was way nicer than the one they took to the dance from another company. Overall, it was a success. The parents could have easily driven these kids ourselves, but the party bus elevated the experience and the kids all seemed to enjoy the VIP treatment. read more

312 Limo provided shuttle services for our wedding. Communication leading up to the event was prompt, clear and easy, and Dan was great to work with and flexible when we made a slight change to our late night reservation. Both drivers were helpful and courteous. We had also worked with our hotel to provide an additional shuttle to the wedding, but the hotel shuttle showed up at the wrong time--meaning the 312 Limo service stepped in to save the day and get everyone to the venue on time! I would definitely use 312 Limo again in the future and recommend them for your wedding or big event. read more

Highly recommend The 312 Limo! I booked two buses for my wedding, and everything went perfectly. Both buses were early, the drivers were friendly, the buses were clean stocked with ice and drinks, and we had zero issues. Dan was also incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the planning process, which made one less thing for me to stress about on such a busy day. Thank you for making our wedding transportation so easy and seamless! read more

For the finale family event for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, we wanted to surprise them with a limo into Chicago for lunch and to the cathedral where they were married. After researching local companies, I decided to go with The 312 Limo, and everything was an exceptional experience. After setting up a quote online, I was able to reserve the date and put down a deposit. All the policies were clearly explained and the communication was in a very timely manner. Since the limo was a surprise for my parents, I was able to note that when making the reservation, as well as select the stops and approximate timing for the day. I received confirmation reminders prior to the reservation. When the big day arrived, I received a text from Harris letting us know that he was down the street. He wanted to be sure that he didn't arrive too early and spoil the surprise. I was able to let him know how the timing was going, and he was ready with the door open as my parents came outside. They were so surprised that it didn't really sink in until they got inside and saw how incredible everything looked. There were waters and sodas with ice for us, and Harris had set the air at the perfect temperature. The ride to lunch was so smooth. Even in horrible Lake Shore Drive traffic, Harris navigated through the turns like a pro. He opened the doors for us and we agreed to communicate when we had 10-15 minutes of lunch remaining. Although getting our bill for lunch took longer than expected, Harris was so patient and had the limo ready when we finally made it downstairs. From there, we made a quick stop for photos at the church where my parents were married and then headed back home. Harris was absolutely outstanding for the whole afternoon and made the trip flawless. I will definitely be using The 312 Limo if I ever need a ride for a special occasion in the future. My parents are still gushing about how lovely it was, and it made the end to their 50th wedding anniversary celebrations truly memorable! read more

I have used The 312 Limo company two years in a row for the Hinsdale Kitchen Walk and they never disappoint. Dan was great from start to finish! The process of initially meeting him, to booking my wedding, and having Bradley as our driver was a great experience. They were able to accommodate last min requests and I had no issues at all. My wife and bridal party had a blast and I recommend them for any party bus bookings for a wedding. Thank you Dan and Bradley!! Till the next one read more

We are very happy with our experience. We got the 26 person bus to take our family of all ages to a Cubs game. Our driver Jason was on time and accommodating. He was even able to pick up us a little earlier than we planned which was great after a long day. The bus was clean and stocked with waters. Air was pumping which was nice on a hot day. Communication from the company was great, I appreciated all the reminders and confirmations. I definitely recommend this company and give it a 10/10 experience. Thanks again 312 Limo! read more

My sister hired this trolley company for her wedding, and we were shocked with the service provided. The driver was not in the correct location at pick up time, which was annoying but still understandable. However when we boarded the trolley, it was absolutely trashed from what obviously appeared to be a prior wedding party the driver had just came from. Beer cans and plastic champagne cups littered the floors and the seats, bubbles and programs were left everywhere, and the seats were sticky with alcohol so people were unable to sit down. After telling the driver, he seemed disinterested so the family and bridal party were left to clean up the mess. We had to run into the hotel and grab paper towels and trash bags, further delaying our arrival to the church. Additionally, the driver was not efficient in driving and we were late to the church and the reception. We understand mistakes, but when reaching out to the company directly to rectify these issues they were dismissive and argued they fulfilled their service, which is why I'm leaving this review. Customers should beware!!! Don't use this company and create any additional stress for yourself!!! read more

10 out of 10. They were so professional, and able to get us the most perfect transportation for my dads 80th birthday, after being ghosted by another limo company. When booking they were so accomodating and great at communication, they driver text me when he was leaving and called when he thought be might be late. He was on time, and so nice. They had a cooler of ice waiting for us, waters, and made sure we we had everything we needed. Would absolutley book this company again. read more

312 Limo sent the wrong size buses for my group without any communication. Due to their error, the buses left our start location late, but no time was added to our reservation to compensate. Instead, the drivers insisted the buses needed to return to their start location half an hour earlier than the contracted time because they failed to leave a buffer before the next reservation. Drivers did not seem knowledgeable about the routes, and even went to the wrong location at one point, refusing to listen to the passengers who pointed out their error. Another bus dropped passengers off in the wrong location, though luckily only a few blocks away. Overall, 312 Limo was incredibly disorganized and unprofessional! Absolutely wild response from Dan! Yes, it was 312 Limo, and you personally spoke to people from my group when the wrong buses arrived and during the later mishaps. read more

The person who answered the phone was rude and tried to argue me down about them, not taking a dollar out of my account but didn't give me a price and he telling me no they didn't they don't do that and talking over me and being rude and then when I asked to speak to his manager, he's like I'm just gonna cancel your reservation and if you actually wanna book an appointment, that's why I called to book an appointment. He was just very rude and yeah, I wouldn't book there. read more

Do not use this service, though an improvement might be for the company to not use the driver we had. Driver went home early and did not honor the contract. He did not ask those who had paid for the service if that would be okay. It was not. Driver did not know where he was going and was consistently late for shuttles. Wedding guests were left stranded after the reception as he decided to go home. read more

l had a great experience with 312 while booking for my friend's bachelorette night. Dan kept communication through booking-- sent pictures and videos and answered all questions respectfully. The price was very reasonable-- wanted a reasonable deposit and accepted the rest of the payment before the event. He made the experience stress free! Olu , our driver, was professional and accommodating-- He was a great communicator and navigator! The trolley was clean and a perfect set up for us all to enjoy dancing and singing together. Will definitely recommend your service to anyone looking to take the party around the city! We all loved it! read more

We had a great experience working with Dan and the team at The 312 Limo. They were very accommodating and the communication leading up to our wedding day was great. We got 28-passenger trolley for 3 hours to take our bridal party around the city for photos and to transport guests to our wedding venue. Our driver, Bradley, was courteous, helpful, and great getting us to all the locations. The trolley was comfortable, my phone seamlessly connected to Bluetooth and the music sounded great, and overall it was a great ride. While we brought our own beverages and snacks, the trolley was outfitted with the basic package of water, ice, and champagne which we certainly enjoyed. read more

Was on time, took care of my group, and honored our requests. Would definitely recommend and use again.

everything was fantastic except the color (White - more for weddings!) vs. the specifically requested BLACK, for our formal corporate event. We had confirmed the van to the point of asking for pics of the actual van (which were promptly supplied). Never received a call to let us know, only found out as it pulled up. "... hmmm, who's getting married" was remarked. Lack of a call was a stunner, especially since EVERYTHING ELSE WAS "5 stars". read more

We used The 312 Limo for my husband's 50th birthday, to take our group to/from The Salt Shed. I had lots of questions during the quote/booking phase, which were always answered promptly. We hired The 312 Limo for our wedding on March 9, 2024 and are SO glad we did! We got a 28 person party bus and a 54 passenger coach bus. The party bus was for bridal party and VIP's and the coach was used as a shuttle to and from the hotel/venue. They were early and ready to go, so kind, communicative, the buses were clean and comfortable, and there was not one issue. If we ever need a transportation company again I will not hesitate to use this company. I have also only heard amazing things about them! I hired this service for my son's wedding last weekend and they were 100% perfect. I was nervous as I was planning this from out of state and wanted to ensure the limos would be on time to take the wedding parties from the hotel and to the venue and back again at the end of the night. I chose 312 because of their 5 star rating on The Wedding Wire and they did not disappoint. Ravin, our driver contacted me ahead of time and asked for contact names and numbers for each trip (he made 2 from the hotel to the venue and one at the end of the night). He stayed in touch via text and was right on time for the pickups. He was also very patient as the bride and bridesmaids were a little late. In addition, we had a number of large boxes which had to loaded in the limo and unloaded for both trips. Ravin was so patient and accommodating! The limo was clean and offered a bottle of champagne and glasses. The bridal party immediately connected the audio system to their playlist and they all had a great time singing (loudly). The 20 minute ride was smooth and comfortable and on the trip back he even accommodated the grooms request to take them to another venue for an after party. Can't say enough about the friendliness of the driver, the prompt arrival and communication. You made the day a little more joyful! read more

I did quite a bit of research before booking The 312 Limo, and it paid off! We had a trolley of 30 people on a Saturday night and it was such a success, thanks to Dan's coordination and Larry (our driver), who encouraged us to have a fun time celebrating a birthday event and driving all over the city. Dan was very responsive via email and was sure to get us the best option for the night we planned. Larry has been driving trolleys for 10+ years - he was early to arrive at the pick up location, very informative, and kept the good vibes throughout the night. Our wedding was 9/17/22. Needless to say if you are planning a wedding or any events in this new day and age you understand there may be some challenges. 312 Limo was great through out the entire process. Our wedding schedule shifted a few times within 72 hours of the event and 312 responded with such professionalism. When our ride and driver showed up, everything was beautiful and the driver had a great personality. He was able to navigate through massive congestion and traffic with ease and we didn't notice a thing during our travels. The interior and stereo were great and it was the perfect way to start off our wedding. I would use and highly recommend using them in the future. read more
