Premier Trolley did a great job with our wedding this June! Jennifer was easy to work with and our driver Ryan did an awesome job. I would recommend them to anyone that needs trolley service. read more

Premier Trolley was great for our wedding last weekend! Jennifer was very responsive, kind and helpful. She was flexible with a last-minute journey change due to an issue with our hotel. Trolley was very cute and clean, our driver was great and prompt. I wish the AC had a little more oomph for a hot July day, but everything else was perfect. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for transportation for a wedding or other event. Thank you! read more

This review is for our driver, Patrick. We've now had 3 different drivers from Premier and Patrick is by far the best. He was very communicative and safe. A 5 star experience every time! I have booked a trolley multiple times with Premier Trolley and it has been the best choice. Booking is very easy, simply call the number and share what date, time and number of people you want and they will do the rest. Our driver Sam arrived early and was really fun and nice to our group. He also was very accommodating and great at communicating. I highly recommend booking a trolley for any occasion! read more

Premier Trolley was great to work with! They were able to stay within our budget and the trolley brought us all around the city with no issues! Our driver, Tom, was timely and responsive, so there was nothing for us to worry about on our wedding day! Would definitely recommend! read more

Everything was fantastic - Jennifer made sure everything from the initial inquiry, the booking process, and communication all along the way was perfect. On our wedding day, Luis, our driver, was exactly on time (even early!), very flexible with taking us where we wanted to go, extremely knowledgeable about getting around Chicago on a very busy weekend, and made sure the entire wedding party could enjoy the time stress-free! The trolley was pristine, very comfortable, and had a great sound system which we easily accessed via bluetooth. Premier was excellent to work with and made this part of our day amazing and fun! read more

We hired Premier Trolley and Limo to pick up the bridal party from the church after the ceremony, drive around our town to take pictures, and then out to the reception. They were very reasonable, easy to deal with, on time, and just perfect. The trolley itself was beautiful and clean. I would highly recommend them! read more

Premier trolley was great! Used them for my birthday and Jennifer was great for planning and very timely with keeping me in the loop. Edgar the driver was fantastic. Highly recommend Premier! Reasonably priced for a large group and great pickup service. Very relaxed as well on the actual trolley. I've been on other trolleys and theirs are a bit more upscale. read more

We used Premier Trolley for our wedding day and we had a great experience! The driver was friendly and helpful - he made sure that we were exiting on the right side of the street and helped us clean up at the end. read more

That wasn't a review of rates, it was a review of the shady practice of bait and switch when someone asks for a party bus and you're given one rate, then have it raised when the business is told what the event is. Nothing would be different between the bus or the service. I asked why was it more and was told "uhhh it's because it's a wedding." Wrong. Found a great place that was given the exact same questions I asked you and was given the same quote and clearly a better experience. I hope things have changed, good luck read more

Mr. Simmons and staff do a fine job of catering to your group's individual needs to ensure you and your party have an unforgettable evening. We enjoyed our event with Premier Trolley and Limo - we will be back again! read more

Absolutely amazing service for our bachelorette party!!! Our driver was timely and provided us with good ideas on where to go, given we were from out of town. Price was also very fair and the trolley was spacious. The driver let us be the most annoying woo bachelorette girls without complaint. Highly recommend, it was a highlight for sure! read more

If I could give this trolley company more than 5 stars I would! I spoke with Tom on multiple occasions, he was very responsive, very funny, and was open to me changing trolleys on multiple occasions. I got this trolley for my 30th birthday and I could not have asked for a better night. Robert (our driver) arrived early, had things set up for us, and was so flexible! We stopped at 7/11 to get ice, no fuss at all, stopped at two other stops but everyone wanted more time on the trolley. What better than a beautiful summer night, drinking all the drinks we want, blasting music of our choice (speaker system was superb), the trolley was clean, seats were comfortable, but honestly we were all standing most of the time. Robert and Tom were so patient with me and my group. We could get quite "rowdy" or sloppy whatever you want to call it, hanging on things, dancing all over the place, screaming, being loud, and just having a good time - Robert was friendly the whole time (tip your drivers!). Nonetheless, I have a feeling this is going to be an annual thing since all my friends had a blast, and the ones that couldn't make had severe FOMO, and the ones that did had stories for weeks (hangovers too...). I would highly recommend this trolley company! Their rates are reasonable, service is great, and their trolley's are unique and nice. read more

Premier Trolley and Limo was an absolute dream to work with! From the very beginning, Tom the owner made us feel so relaxed and at ease. He was super helpful in assisting us with finding a trolley that would fit our 30+ bridal party and plus ones for our wedding! He was incredibly transparent with letting us know which trolleys would be air conditioned and which ones were not which was greatly appreciated. He also was incredibly responsive, and even answered our emails/phone calls on a Saturday when we originally inquired about his service. Day of, our driver was Angie, and she was incredible, she showed up right on time and even was able to adjust the time frame a little bit by arrive earlier than what we had planned. She was incredibly professional and was able to accommodate the schedule, taking us to the church, pictures at a nearby park and then finally to our venue. The trolley was beautiful and we had lots of compliments of how fun the entire trolley ride was and how incredibly easy it made the transportation process for everyone in the bridal party. Another great perk is that cups, coolers and ice comes with the trolley! It was so great not having to worry about all of that day of. Tom is so fun to work with, and he will definitely take care of you! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone who is interested in booking a trolley for their big day! read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! We booked a trolley for 24 people and my sister's 30th birthday. It's 100 degrees today and they KNOWINGLY sent a trolley without air conditioning when our contract explicitly stated we would have it. When we called they said there was nothing they could do and they would possibly send maintenance to repair, but no guarantee. We paid almost $1K for the trolley and received the worst service possible. We chose this company instead of numerous others bc of the reviews, but please know it's a terribly run company DO NOT BOOK with them, there are much better options available. read more

TL;DR Price: 5/5 Drivers: 5/5 Professionalism: 5/5 Tom (the owner) and his team went above and beyond to ensure our trolley was an easy and delightful experience. We had 120 people and 3 massive trolleys, but he made the entire logistics a breeze. The drivers were also fantastic and also helped us clean the trolleys at no cost. Finally, Tom also gave us the best price of any trolley company by far (trust me, I called all of them). Thanks again Tom and team! read more

I used Premier Trolley last Friday for the first time and it was an absolute blast! The driver was on time and polite. Everybody had a great time and truly enjoyed themselves. Their Christmas trolley was perfect for a festive trolley for the holiday season. All in all, I'd recommend Premier Trolley to everyone! read more

We took a group out on one of Premier's trolley's just before Christmas. We had a list of places to stop in the city and our driver made sure to work with us to fit in everything. He had a lot of knowledge regarding the best routes to maximize our time. The trolley itself was spacious and I liked the way the seating was situated, great for a big group to interact with one another. I highly recommend Premier Trolley and Limo!!!! read more

I rented a trolley through Premier for my birthday and I couldn't recommend them enough. Jennifer was very communicative on the scheduling and billing side, and our driver Joe was exceptional. We bar hopped around the city and if a place was too crowded to get into, he was happy to make an on-the-spot change to the schedule and go somewhere else. The price per person was super reasonable and they provided 2 coolers + cleanup for us. I will definitely be using them in the future! read more

I've probably been on over 15 trolleys in my life, and I have to say that I had the best experience working with Premier Trolley. Tom was great with getting me responses very quickly when I was setting up the event (company outing for us). I believe our driver's name was David, and he was super nice and easy going. The trolley arrived and dropped us off exactly when and where we needed him, and it was one of the nicest ones I've ever been in! It was super clean and the layout was more of a true limo, with two long benches facing each other. This made it easier for everyone to interact with one another, and I had people come up to me at work this morning talking about how great a time they all had. Would definitely recommend for any occasion! read more

We used Premier Trolley for a birthday party. The trolley arrived right on time and was beautiful inside. The owner was very easy to work with and made the booking experience enjoyable. Our group of 15 had another group activity that fell apart at the last minute. We contacted Premier Trolley the day before our reservation and they were so accommodating. Our trolley was fantastic. It arrived on time and our driver was fun and flexible with our schedule. Give how last minute everything was we had low expectations and were so pleased with this company. Would highly recommend them if you are interested in renting a trolley! read more

I have now been on 3 Premier Trolleys and have only had excellent experiences. For my birthday I specifically requested limo-style seating which Tom easily accommodated. The trolley was spacious and comfortable, there were 2 large coolers that fit all our drinks, and our driver Angie was so much fun. I will definitely be using Premier for all future trolleys! read more

Rented a trolley from this company over St Pat's weekend for a surprise 50th birthday party and it was worth every penny. The trolley was the perfect size for our group of 27. They provided two coolers to help hold our "road pops" and had great space for our additional cooler and snacks. Edwin, our driver, kept his cool in some of the craziest traffic and was incredibly accommodating to all of our stops - including Soldier Field, The Bean and Wrigley. The Bluetooth sound system was acting up a bit, but we just hooked up to the Aux cable and jammed as we went. Ride was smooth and the price was right. Thanks read more

This company saved my party! I had originally booked a trolley through Double Decker Trolley and they lost my reservation two days before the surprise party I was planning. The staff here was so amazing and the driver was very accommodating! They are a little more expensive than other companies but I will definitely use them again because of the amazing service!! read more

Definitely recommend using Premier Trolley and Limo! Tom so was helpful in getting everything set up and making sure we had all the information needed. Our driver, Manny, was so much fun and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable for our group! We would definitely request Manny as a driver when using Premier Trolley and Limo in the future. The trolley was so clean and nice, with plenty of space for dancing and a great Bluetooth sound system. Premier also supplied 2 coolers for any drinks and snacks. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we would definitely do it again! read more

I used premier trolley for a surprise party back in May. Everything from booking the trolley months in advance to ending the night at a favorite bar was perfect and went smoothly. Tom, the owner is incredibly easy to work with and truly wants you to have an awesome time on the trolley. I rented the Marilyn Jean and it was gorgeous! Tom let me stop by early in the day to set up a few decorations and stock the coolers with ice and seemingly endless cases of beer. Our driver was the awesome too. He called me 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up time to let me know he was outside and where he was located. When the whole party got on he was lots of fun and always mindful of a bathroom pit stop! When my friends and I decided we wanted to do a Christmas trolley pub crawl this winter there was no other option than premier, between their service, quality, and price they are all around the best. read more

I used them for a 30th Bday Bar Crawl/Scavenger Hunt party. Tom the owner was so friendly and laid back. It was clear that his main focus was to make sure we had fun. They were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Our Driver, Tim was absolutely amazing and was completely engaged with our group the whole time. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a trolley;) read more

DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE!!!!! We booked a trolley for a large group. It is clearly stated in my contract that the vehicles are regularly maintenance and checked to ensure they are working properly before a scheduled event, and that AC is provided in the trolleys. The trolley arrives to the event, on a 100 degree day and there is no AC on the trolley. When we asked the driver to please turn the air on because the vehicle was 100 degree's, he lied and said AC was only allowed for wedding parties. The driver then went on to tell us he informed the company the air wasn't working prior to leaving, and it was a 100 degree day. The company told him that it didn't matter, we didn't need the air. Wow. We then contacted the company, and they told us there was nothing they could do and they would possibly send maintenance to repair, but no guarantee. FYI, no maintenance was ever sent. The trolley was over 95 degrees the entire ride. Horrible customer service, they did nothing to help us, and did not want to help us. It was a horrible service and a terribly run company. DO NOT BOOK! So many other, more reliable, trust worthy companies to go with. read more

I've used Premier Trolley and Limo for three separate events (two birthdays and a bar crawl) and it is far and beyond the best trolley company out there. The drivers are super nice, incredibly professional and flexible to help you plan your event. The booking process couldn't be easier and I've always been able to get the time/date that we wanted. The price is on par if not cheaper than other companies as well. Easiest/best party you'll ever have!! read more

I rented the Marilyn Jean on my wedding day to transport the bridal party from our ceremony in the suburbs to our reception in downtown Chicago. It fit 18 of us and would not have wanted to squeeze in any more. It was reasonably priced, on time, safe driving, and accommodating for our many stops (several stops to take pictures - and an unplanned stop to get more booze). We had a great time celebrating on the trolley and would definitely choose Premier Trolley again! read more

Overseated, packed; rude He also said that his trolley fits only 25, but he lets more than 30 people ride on it all the time - which seems careless and everyone is packed in like sardines. I didn't book the trolley because the service rep was incredibly rude - I asked if they would *consider* a discount on the price quote and he started shouting at me about how it was already so cheap and what did I want of him. If this was the attitude BEFORE booking, I'm wary of what it will be after. read more

Fantastic service. The owner (Tom) is hilarious and is always willing to cut deals and work around the needs of his customers. Our trolley ride ended up going way over the pre-determined time that we had set up but he was willing to completely wave the late fee because "it happens" and just wanted to make sure that we had a good time. Our driver (Geraldo) was also very friendly and completely understanding of our tardiness. The trolley itself was also gorgeous. Definitely will go to them in future for any Trolley-related needs. read more

I booked a trolley over the weekend for St. Patrick's Day and we had an absolute blast! The driver, Mike, was fantastic and let us change our plans on a whim without any hesitation. Tom, who we booked with over the phone, was so great and helpful with all the questions I had. This was the first trolley I have ever planned and will look forward to booking with them in the future. Thank you Tom and Mike! read more

Brides, I recommend staying away. They were the first vendor I booked for my wedding over 1 year ago. They were at an expo and running a deal on their beautiful vehicles. I was so excited to have their special trolley be a part of my big day. Unfortunately, the customer service / professionalism did not match the beautiful vehicles they offer. After providing a deposit and receiving the invoice, I was not sent a contract. When I called to ask for it, Richard told me not to worry about it because my date was still a year and a half away but he would send it if I insisted. After receiving the contract there were a few items that weren't clear but he answered and I signed (and was still excited). That feeling went down starting in August when I was reviewing the contract and saw that hours of service were not outlined. I sent an email asking about it and received no response. After 23 days of silence, I followed up again. After another 21 days of nothing, I followed up again. I then got a response that he was out of town and would be back a couple days later and would respond then. A week later he called me and said he didn't remember who I was / what expo he gave me the deal at. I told him I needed 4 hours of service so he on the fly figured out a new price. Within 2 weeks I received the new contract and was going back and forth since I felt $120+ / 30min was high. I then tried to negotiate based on another company's rate and was told he would just refund and I could use someone else. The final straw occurred when I asked for a counter-signed copy of the contract and he refused. I let it go for a few weeks and asked again when I was ready to pay in full. His response was "I am afraid we are not the company you are looking for. We have had 30 emails between us regarding a single trolley for your event. We will refund your money on Monday." 5 months before my big day. You all might want to consider hiring a customer service professional to handle future clients. read more

We had a great experience using Premier Trolley for our Boystown Ice Follies event. From always picking up the phone on the first ring to working out every last detail of our event, Tom was the king of customer service. On the day of the event, our trolley driver showed up early and helped me put up two sponsor banners on each side of the trolley even though it was snowing and freezing cold. He did the same thing at the end of the day by helping me take down the banners and then drove me to each trolley stop to pick up our sandwich board trolley stop signage. The trolley itself was clean and attractive with its wood interior. The driver could not have been nicer and made the experience very pleasant for our event participants. Since we are the chamber of commerce for Boystown, we will be using Premier Trolley for all our future events. I always thought that a trolley service would be too expensive of an amenity to offer our event participants. I was shocked at how reasonable their pricing was. I am a convert. Thanks again Tom! read more

I booked my reservation for a trolley a month in advance for my birthday. The staff was extremely nice and the prices were the cheapest out of all the trolley services I looked into. I was super excited along with 24 of my friends who were joining. Then on Tuesday, 4 days before my Saturday Trolley I get a call saying that 2 trolleys broke down over the weekend and that they had to cancel my reservation. It was extremely upsetting that I put so much time and effort into planning this event and then last minute everything falls apart. I called and asked for other Trolley recommendations and they laughed saying they do not have any information like that. I would highly not recommend this Trolley service! read more
