Ok, I am not the most organized person in the world. Good thing Dan came to the rescue! I wasn't exactly sure where we wanted to take pictures when I made the reservation for our wedding 11/19/2016, and he was flexible enough to let us fill that in at a later date. Then two weeks before the wedding, I realized we needed more space, and he was wonderful with helping me make an additional reservation. They were prompt at each pick up and drop off time. Came to my rescue with lots of cold bottled water (super important during a wedding as everyone seems to be dying of thirst), had plenty of beer for the wedding party to party with as we made our way to our destinations, and finally had a red carpet champagne toast that was super cool for pictures. Absolute dream was amazing! We had a September 2020 wedding and everything was as seamless as it could be for 2020. We reserved the 28 person trolley about a year in advance. Dan showed up about 30 minutes early on the day, but waited until our party was ready. He was nice, flexible, and very accommodating to our group. He made extra stops and let our group hang out on the trolley at the venue until we needed to go inside. We felt safe with Covid and felt like the trolley was worth every penny. Dan was so helpful in planning my son's wedding day transportation. Being that this was the first wedding in my family, I had a lot of questions. Dan always had suggestions and ideas for good photo opportunities. We booked pretty far out from the wedding date, but 2 weeks before, he sent out a confirmation email to confirm pickup times and places. The trolley arrived on time and was fully stocked. We had a terrible experience with this service' and being long time customers we were shocked to be called "pathetic" customers by Dan Baxter when we notified him of our layover and flight home being delayed. The driver arrived early at the airport with the wrong flight and due to tech issues my dad's text response was sent at 5:05pm while we were still airborne. And they didn't send another driver we had to pay for another company altogether and I proved the delay and the response to the driver dispatched and on their Facebook page they insulted me and my family then deleted the thread of responses. When we called to inquire about prices, the guy was very rude. We found someone else who actually had manners and proper customer service. And Dan, it was your company that I called and we never talked about prices because you couldn't get off the phone with me fast enough. When I have a bad experience with a place, I feel the need to let other people know so that don't waste their time or money. I'm entitled to my opinion as you are yours. I was looking for a party bus for my daughter's 11th birthday party to take 18 eleven year olds and two adults to and from Benihana's. I put out a bunch of feelers and as soon as I talked with Dan, I knew he was a perfect fit. He was so wonderful to work with every step of the way. I have to express my disgust with the service I got from this company. I called for a Limo pick-up and ride to Midway airport for Christmas day 2018. I called 3-4 days prior and spoke with an employee of the company. He took all my info, explained what the cost would be and that someone would pick me and my husband up 12/25/18 at the agreed upon time. He said he would send me an email confirmation which never came. That should of been a red flag. The day of departure no one came. I waited 15 minutes and called. The employee that answered said there was no reservation to pick us up. I explained all, how I spoke with an employee. He just said well I don't have you down to pick-up. Said he could try and get me a ride in about 45 minutes. I said forget it I would call an Uber who was at my house in 5 minutes and half the price. I would never recommend this company. Called Absolute Dream to take my 85 year old mom to the airport and pick her up again. I called and left a message and the owner called me back in under 20 minutes and actually apologized for taking so long because he was at the dentist. Now that's good service. He was early to pick up my mom and helped her at the airport with the skycap. When she returned, she had her cell turned off so he called me to let me know. When he found her, he called me back to let me know he had her and everything was okay. Okay, I'm rambling but they took great care with my mom, chatted with her and made her feel comfortable, and I really appreciated it. We used Absolute Dream Limousine for our wedding this past June and we have only good things to say! They were very prompt with their response, kind, and accommodating. Since our location was near Oak Forest they were able to pick up the groomsmen and my husband at his house to drop them off at the church prior to picking up my bridesmaids and I at my house. Our chauffeur Dan showed up on time, which is always a plus. The all white trolley was something different than the traditional red and green color that I'm used to seeing and I loved it! The inside also stood out from others, the seats had cushions and cup holders. There was also a platform in the back of the trolley you can walk out on to take pictures. It was a super hot and humid day and the air conditioner kept us cool the entire time. After our ceremony before boarding the trolley, our chauffeur Dan had a red carpet rolled out with champagne to toast. It was a lot of fun. The pictures turned out amazing! We used them because they were recommended by my sister and brother-in-law and we also got a discount because we used the florist next door (Catherine's Garden). Dan was very accomodating and extremely responsive with questions and requests before the wedding day. On the wedding day it stormed like crazy. We couldn't go take pictures at a pre-selected outdoor location, but the driver had no problem taking the long way to the reception to kill some time and making a 20 minute drive last an hour.
