I booked an 18 person party bus for my wedding, and was glad I did. We only had like 10 people, so we were super comfortable. Dan was great to deal with during the planning phase. Yolanda was our driver, and she made the day run so smoothly. She arrived to our pickup location early and was so nice! We arrived to the venue and photo locations without incident. It was also nice having drinks and ice already on the bus. We were able to enjoy the day because we were in great hands! read more

We rented a trolley from them on a busy holiday weekend and we couldn't have been happier with the trolley and service.

We booked a white trolley for our wedding party for before and after our ceremony to take photos around the city. The driver and security guards were SO accommodating and friendly to our large group. They were timely too which was so important on our big day! read more

Thank you so much to Dan and Absolute Dream Limousine! Planning a wedding is stressful and planning one during a pandemic is even more stressful. Dan was so flexible and worked with us up to the day of the wedding. We almost didn't have our wedding due to last minute regulation changes, but if it wasn't for Dan and our other vendors pulling through for us we wouldn't have had the beautiful wedding we ended up with. read more

Absolute dream was amazing! We had a September 2020 wedding and everything was as seamless as it could be for 2020. We reserved the 28 person trolley about a year in advance. Dan showed up about 30 minutes early on the day, but waited until our party was ready. He was nice, flexible, and very accommodating to our group. He made extra stops and let our group hang out on the trolley at the venue until we needed to go inside. We felt safe with Covid and felt like the trolley was worth every penny. Our group had the best time and it was great for photos. Definitely recommend! read more

Dan was so helpful in planning my son's wedding day transportation. Being that this was the first wedding in my family, I had a lot of questions. Dan always had suggestions and ideas for good photo opportunities. We booked pretty far out from the wedding date, but 2 weeks before, he sent out a confirmation email to confirm pickup times and places. The trolley arrived on time and was fully stocked. They even let my daughter add to the supply of refreshments. The trolley was beautiful and fun, and wish the wedding party had more time to spend on it. Would definitely recommend. read more

Very easy to work with. Trolley was in great condition and super clean. Driver got to our pickup location about 20 min early and even helped us decorate the inside of the trolley. Great experience, would def recommend. read more

We had a terrible experience with this service' and being long time customers we were shocked to be called "pathetic" customers by Dan Baxter when we notified him of our layover and flight home being delayed. The driver arrived early at the airport with the wrong flight and due to tech issues my dad's text response was sent at 5:05pm while we were still airborne. And they didn't send another driver we had to pay for another company altogether and I proved the delay and the response to the driver dispatched and on their Facebook page they insulted me and my family then deleted the thread of responses. I'm disheartened at his attitude towards us read more

When we called to inquire about prices, the guy was very rude. We found someone else who actually had manners and proper customer service. And Dan, it was your company that I called and we never talked about prices because you couldn't get off the phone with me fast enough. When I have a bad experience with a place, I feel the need to let other people know so that don't waste their time or money. I'm entitled to my opinion as you are yours. And I am standing by you being rude (as you are being right now) and will make sure I let everyone know about my experience. I have only reviewed 3 things total and 1 was a great review. The nail ship is dirty and you can look at the other reviews for the same place. And I didn't think shitty was a bad word. read more

Ok, I am not the most organized person in the world. Good thing Dan came to the rescue! I wasn't exactly sure where we wanted to take pictures when I made the reservation for our wedding 11/19/2016, and he was flexible enough to let us fill that in at a later date. Then two weeks before the wedding, I realized we needed more space, and he was wonderful with helping me make an additional reservation. They were prompt at each pick up and drop off time. Came to my rescue with lots of cold bottled water (super important during a wedding as everyone seems to be dying of thirst), had plenty of beer for the wedding party to party with as we made our way to our destinations, and finally had a red carpet champagne toast that was super cool for pictures. I would definitely recommend them! They made our day fabulous. Thanks for helping us get our party started early!! read more

My wife and I shopped around and found ABSOLUTE Dream Limo Company to be the best deal going.  I loved the price and she loved all the rave reviews.  And all of the reviews were spot on!  Our driver, Shelia, was on time, adored by all of the wedding party, got us where we needed to be on time, and did it all safely.  All while we had the time of our lives on the bus!  Trust me you can't go wrong with ABSOLUTE! read more

We highly recommend Absolute Dreams Limo! The driver, Barry was on time, very professional and knew his way around downtown Chicago! The experience overall was great from the red carpet, "Just Married" sign and champagne waiting for us after the church to driving between our wedding photo destinations. Everything about the service was 5 stars and top class! The trolley itself was very clean and well taken care of. If you are looking for a trolley for your wedding, highly recommend Absolute Dreams Limo! They provided complimentary water, beer and champagne, along with being able to connect your phone to play music. Dan was also very helpful in providing details during booking. He was very knowledgeable and very responsive. Thank you Dan and Barry for a great experience!! read more

I was looking for a party bus for my daughter's 11th birthday party to take 18 eleven year olds and two adults to and from Benihana's. I put out a bunch of feelers and as soon as I talked with Dan, I knew he was a perfect fit. He was so wonderful to work with every step of the way. The party bus was amazing and Dan made the experience even that much better. It was such a special night and a memory my daughter and her friends will have forever. It takes a special person to have patience with 18 eleven year olds, and Dan exceeded my expectations! I would recommend him to everyone I know and hope to use him again in the future! read more

The service was excellent. New, clean beautiful vehicle (we had the 28 passenger party bus for a prom event ) . Timely arrival and departure. Immediately responsive management. Professional attitude across the board. I had booked with a less expensive option, then was scared off by reviews of breakdowns and cash demands at the point of service. Dan was easy to work with and very professional. Highest accolades. They are a little more expensive but worth it. read more

100% hands down would recommend Dan and Absolute Dream! Dan was beyond helpful with coordinating the correct vehicle, was patient and continued to update the contract (changed locations and time requested) without hesitation. Was beyond accommodating for our entire bridal party and followed the contract exactly- no issues with timing or locations! It was AWESOME to walk out of the church to see the red carpet with bottle of champagne set up for us as we got on the bus with the "Just Married" sign; and the complimentary beer and water was an awesome touch! And to top it off, Absolute Dream was the most affordable and had the most perks of any other company! 10/10 would use again- HIGHLY recommend! Thank you so much Dan! read more

We worked with Dan and Absolute Dreams Limo Service for our October 2017 wedding. It was top-notch service all around. Everything was timely, our driver was friendly and upbeat, and he was well-versed on the hop on/hop off procedure for wedding pictures. (Although my favorite was the champagne/red carpet greeting coming out of the church). If you want reliable and fun transportation-- this is your bet. read more

I have to express my disgust with the service I got from this company. I called for a Limo pick-up and ride to Midway airport for Christmas day 2018. I called 3-4 days prior and spoke with an employee of the company. He took all my info, explained what the cost would be and that someone would pick me and my husband up 12/25/18 at the agreed upon time. He said he would send me an email confirmation which never came. That should of been a red flag. The day of departure no one came. I waited 15 minutes and called. The employee that answered said there was no reservation to pick us up. I explained all, how I spoke with an employee. He just said well I don't have you down to pick-up. Said he could try and get me a ride in about 45 minutes. I said forget it I would call an Uber who was at my house in 5 minutes and half the price. I would never recommend this company.
