I needed a limo to take my family and I (group of 10) to a special event downtown from the southside of Chicago. Daniel - the owner, was very patient, kind, and professional. On the day of the event, the driver Nijaz, kept in communication with me every 15mins or so letting me know where he was as he was running a little late. We went out to celebrate my father's 60th birthday and we had a blast the driver was really fun and courteous and overall he was very accommodating to all of our request. I have ridden with many limousine companies but VIP Chicago them all as to be the best one out of all of them because of the kind of care and honesty that they conduct their business. We were quoted prices that were honored to the very end and the management was very nice to deal with. Working with VIP Chicago Limo was a breeze from start to finish. I first contacted them on Yelp and received a response very quickly. I used their limo service to pick up family members from O'Hare with the drop of downtown. My family's flight was delayed a couple of hours so I contacted them on Yelp again and was informed it was no issue. Close to the delayed arrival time, I received a text from the driver letting me know he was in the vicinity and would be ready as soon as he received a text from me. Once my family had collected their bags, I text the driver and he was there within a few minutes. The stretch limo was beautiful inside and out and my family loved the experience. This company illegally solicits business at O'Hare airport, claiming to be a taxi, and then charges 3x the normal charge, only telling you this once you get to your destination. I was charged $150 for a ride that only cost ~$50 the following 3 times I took nearly the same path. Please do not support them breaking the law and swindling customers by giving them your limo business. read more

Last week I had to return to Chicago for business and used VIP Chicago Limo for the 2nd time. Like on my previous visit, their service was exceptional! They picked me up at 6:30AM and were with me for very long day, I finished up after dinner at 9PM. Yet the driver, even through the evening remained courteous, professional and promt the entire time and really went above and beyond. Their rates are good, service is OUTSTANDING. The Driver really made the night. I was doing a last minute booking for new years eve and this place more than delivered. First off, the communication was great right from the start. I couldn't have had a more seamless experience. The pricing was reasonable especially considering the time of booking, and the limo came as promised! Now what really made this a five star review was the driver. Mr. Valentine showed me what a true professional is. He arrived early, contacted me via text or phone call (asked my preferences before hand) and was very professional. I was really impressed on how he carried himself as such, but was still down to earth and made himself approachable. That is a hard line to tackle but he nailed it. He drove flawlessly, was very considerate to our needs, even as some were kinda last minute. He announced our stops right before we got there, made bathroom breaks, he was just superb. The reservation process was easy and on point (and got really competitive price quotes,too) - discussed all details of the reservation and received confirmation. On the day of the event the driver arrived earlier, was polite and well organized. Same driver picked us up for the return, and also was earlier at the place, so we were even able to adjust our schedule that worked out better for us. Our service with VIP was for my best friend's bachelorette party. We had a last minute cancellation with our hired limo service, so I found VIP to be very comparable to the other service we had booked, whereas everywhere else was a lot more expensive. However, our entire service from our hotel back to the suburbs, we were holding our breath as our limo driver was texting and driving, and watching a movie! Unacceptable when you are driving a 26 person vehicle and responsible for the lives you are transporting. Not to mention, we were not given any sort of credit or anything for the incident. Pricewise, I would say go with them, however if you want to travel safely to and from your destination, do not. Very disappointing. read more

I talked to Daniel who seemed nice enough & guaranteed I would be picked up at 2:45am for a 5:00am flight. The morning I was to leave, I received a call from Daniel (2:00am) stating he cannot locate the driver to pick me up. He asked if I had a back up plan to get me to the airport...I had not.
