Yousef was my driver and he just happens to be the owner too. He was prompt and was great with communication. He text me before I departed from my home destination with clear instructions, and continued the great communication until I landed and was safely in his vehicle. The 45 minute ride from the airport to the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. Yousef has a great personality and we chatted most of the way. I don't head this way often, but I would most definitely consider calling Chicago Lux Limo again if I were and needed a safe, reliable ride.

Because of an unexpected major illness, (the treatment leaves me exhausted and I am also a single…read moremother), I needed to find a transportation service to drop my son off at daycare and get to work in a timely manner. After an exhaustive search and few reliable leads, I settled on KidCare transportation. It has been one of the WORST decisions, I have ever made. From the onset, Kid Care transportation has done nothing but provided me with unreliable and unprofessional service. 1. When arranging the pick up and drop off, one of the owners Janeth told me she would be going on vacation, but that she would call me in a few days. She NEVER returned my call and I ended up speaking to another owner Kobe after sending an email expressing my disappointment at the unprofessionalism and inform them that I plan to write them up on Yelp. Then Janeth calls me from Ghana saying she did not lose my number, but that she was on vacation. She does not apologize for the miscommunication and is in fact very confrontational. She asks me do I still want the service, desperate because of my illness, I tell her I do and we agree to start again. Because of her miscommunication, she agrees to waive the registration fee (I informed her that it was the least she could do after I how I had been treated). 2. Because of him transitioning to a new classroom, I change the date of service from Tuesday 9/5 to Wednesday 9/6. I am outside from 7:10 - 7:20 and the driver is not there. No one calls me to let me know that they will be late. I call Janeth and she informs me that I gave her 9/7 as the start date. I told her that was incorrect and I ask her why she never called me to confirm that date and ask her if this is how she runs her business. She offers to send a driver, but I told her it is too late and that a neighbor took him because I am going to be late. 3. On the first pick up, the driver appears to not understand English very well, because when I ask him why he does not put my son in the booster seat correctly, he ignores me. He does not put the strap across his chest, only his waist. I correct him and he changes it. This makes me nervous for my child's safely, but because of my illness I ignore and try to give them the benefit of the doubt. 4. On Monday, September 18th the driver is about 20 minutes late and does not arrive until almost 7:30. He is supposed to arrive by no later than 7:15. He does not call or alert me. I call Janeth and she tells me she will call him. I ask him why he did not call me. He tells me that I need to call Janeth. I end up being 5 minutes late for work. Once again, Janeth is confrontationally on the phone and does not apologize. 5. On Tuesday September 12th, the driver arrives on time. As usual I ask him to call me when he drops my son off. At around 7:38 I realize that I have not heard from him and I call him to ask did he drop him off yet. My son's drop off is 10 minutes from my house and he needs to be there by 7:45 in order to get on another bus to his preschool. The driver said he had to make another stop and that he was on his way. I inform him that he will have to bring him to the other location because he will miss the bus. He says yes. I follow up with Janeth and she agrees that he needs to go to the other location and she lets him know. Later that afternoon, I get an disturbing email from my son's school about how he left my son ALONE in the car with the door open AFTER going LATE to the location he was told TWICE not to go to. I am attaching the email. Here is the email: 6. I spoke with Janeth expressing my anger, disgust and fear after receiving the email. She was VERY defensive and said that the driver had been with her for over a year. She proceeded to say I have been nothing but a problem and that this not going to work out. She said she does not have anyone else and that she cannot do it. I attempt to appeal to her sense as a mother, but she rushes me off the phone and says that needs to talk to the driver. I told her that I was sending her the email I received and that the school will no longer recommend her service because she allows negligent drivers like that to work for her. NEVER once does she apologize the unprofessional, shoddy and unorganized customer service I have received since I started with Kidcare Transportation, Instead, she is rude because she cuts me off, is very defensive about the driver's behavior without once again offering an apology. In my almost 40 years, I have never had a company that I PAY for say that I am the one with the problem without offering a solution. She even had the nerve to send the driver back to my house on Wednesday 9/13/17. I am no longer accepting her calls because despite my illness, the safety and security of my son comes first and it is clear that Janeth from Kidscare does NOT put kids safety first. I told her that I do not want the driver being alone with my kid because I do not know what happened while he was alone with my three year old
