My first warning should have been the fact that they don't have pictures of most of their vehicles. Received confirmation of everything 2 weeks in advance. Day of the pickup I started getting nervous as I had not heard anything else from them since. No text, no driver information. As it got closer to the scheduled pickup time I started calling. No answer. Phone goes to someone's cellphone vm. Decided to email. No answer. Ended up splitting my group into 4 separate Ubers/Lyft. Was not a fun way to start the vacation. Eventually they got back to me apologizing and said all of their fail-safes failed. Claimed it never happened before. They said they would offer to (if available) take us home from the airport for free. Naturally, they weren't available for our flight home, but said they were going to look into alternative arrangements for us and would get back to me shortly. Never did.
