If you're looking for luxury and professionalism, this is the car service for you. We hired Xecutive Limo to take us from Midway airport to the hotel, with one stop in between. We were so impressed with Xavier that we hired him for the rest of the time that we were in Chicago. The car was very clean and ALWAYS there on time so we never had to wait. He was always looking out for us so that he could drive the car closer to where we were. It rained a couple of days but he made sure we did not get rained on. From the time we called to book the car service, the customer service that was provided was impeccable. The one day Xavier couldn't make it, due to a family commitment, he sent another driver, Stephanie, who was very impressive as well. She was very professional and patient. I used Executive Limo for the first time when arranging to get my daughter and her toddler picked up at Ohare ilast Monday evening after arriving from a California visit and brought back to their condo....they were travellng alone without her husband so there was a lot to maneuver ....I called Executive and they took care of it in the absolute best way ever. If you are ever in Chicago and need a ride these guys are great. The are right on time - even a little early. They confirm everything. The cars are super nice and the drivers are so pleasant. What can I say about Xavier? He was friendly, knowledgeable and it was a pleasure for my family and I to be driven by him to O'Hare. He was early for our pickup. And I have to confess when I first got the message that he was early I felt like I was being rushed and I wasn't keen on leaving Chicago any earlier than I had to. This car service was recommended by our hotel. Xavier, the owner of Xecutive Limo, was very professional. He picked us up at the airport at the right time. He texted me in advance so that we would come outside only once he had a curbside spot (it was chilly). He had 3 carseats correctly installed for my children. The vehicle, a Suburban, was nice and clean. He had snacks, bottled water, tissues, and hand sanitizer available for our use. He helped us load and unload our baggage. My family used Xecutive Limo to transports us to and from O'Hare for a family trip. It was very easy to make a reservation and the service was outstanding. The driver actually showed up a few minutes early and which is always a plus, and on the way home, when we called him ready with our luggage, he was there to pick us up within two minutes. An added bonus was that they were easily able to provide us with a car seat for our toddler, so we didn't have to worry about hauling ours around.
