It seems when you request black car service, the drivers know you're not in it for a conversation, and honestly that was nice. I've taken lots of limos in the past and it's usually a gab fest. We enjoyed the silence. My one suggestion would be that they send you a text, or call you, the night before to confirm your ride. I didn't receive either and ended up calling at 9pm the night before just to make sure all was good. The driver did text me exactly at our pickup time the next morning and arrived promptly for pickup at my house.

And No one available nor follow up with me until 1 hour later. And when they did Call back they said, they would have to get me someone and it could take another hour. Well, at last Ken came to my ade. And came promptly and kindly and happy and I was even more blessed because they didn't charge me due to my mistake of a deposit to my account that I hadn't done yet! I was so Appreciated and Humble and Blessed. I will use them regularly, until I get another car. Oh, and they both had very nice clean good looking cars too.
