Planning with them was easy and they give you a quick run down of how they operate and the costs. The one thing I really liked was that tip/gas/tolls/whatever else was all inclusive of your total cost. This was great for us so we didn't have to worry about tipping at the end of the night. As bride/groom, we had enough going on the whole night, so it was nice not to worry about this. Additionally, my other favorite thing about Spare Wheels was that they allow you to split up times. E.g. if you have a 4 hour shuttle, you can split pickup/dropoff times into 2 hours at the beginning of the evening, and 2 hours at the end of the night. No other vendor I talked to seemed to offer this, and it was great for us as both a cost saving and convenience factor. So even while though my wife and I didn't get to ride in the shuttle, they appeared to be on time per our given schedule and everyone said the driver was friendly and great. We have been in three different vehicles. ALL the drivers are on-time or early. They are neat, clean, polite and very professional. They are all good drivers.
