I ordered a limo for my birthday to take me and my group of 9 from Chicago Amtrak Union Station to NW Indiana where i was hosting a party for another 25 people. I set up a plan to have it come around 3 with a contingency to come closer to 4:30 if the train was late. I was assured that they will be ready and I can communicate the morning of when my train has a better estimate of when it was due in Chicago. I paid for 2 extra stops while in transit-1 to drop off a friend who was taking an Uber to a downtown home, and one to pick up catering for our traveling group of Chicago-based food. Originally I was arranging delivery but figured it may be hard for a delivery driver to meet the limo driver if they arent able to be parked at Union Station for long. Turns out my driver claims he never got any of those details, but to pick me up at the latest time (4:30). When we arrived at the station we were waitong around for an hour. When i did finally contact someone live (they have an Ai person who kept telling my driver willmeet me at some unknown main street) he said that not only was he going to meet me at the latest possible time, but twenty-minutes after that (4:50). We told him to instead meet us at Willis Tower and we would walk over to pick up our catering order-cancelling that extra stop. It was not reimbursed by the company. Then, he did not arrive until 5:37 so we spent 2 hours standing around protecting our luggage when we could have been sightseeing so everyone missed seeing Chicago. As we loaded our bags he kept telling people to keep their backpacks and duffle bags with us. But getting in the limo the floor was wet. Really wet. We couldn't put our stuff down. So now we are packed in, with stuff on our lap, still unable to eat our catered food, no cups/ice/drinks/napkins at all for the one hour ride. Our party was to start at 6, now we are furiously texting people to come after 7 because we won't even be home and now have NO time to cook. I called to let them know of their experience and to try to get 1 of the extra stops to be refunded but they said they already paid their driver. This was not a great service at all. They have my money because what is done is done, but hopefully others who need something special can read this and know this has NOTHING special, no benefits, and no communication. It is solely a car. Dont pay for extra adjustments, they arent responsive to them.

Hired for my wedding (June 6, 2026) for three distinct buses/rides. Each trip had a significant failure: - I Paid upcharge for a trolley - a party bus showed up instead, no notice given and no refund offered. The driver tried to cut short our contracted photo stop at wedding photos and leave us there. As the bride, I had to argue to be taken to my own wedding. - Family shuttle was 30+ minutes late and/or driver parked across the street and never called my planner, as discussed. My planner had to track them down through a centralized phone number. Our photos had to be moved from before the wedding to during cocktail hour and we had guests arriving for the ceremony before my family even arrived almost 45 minutes late. - Final round trip shuttle contracted 9:30-11:30pm bus never returned to do a final pick up at the end of the wedding at 11pm. He left at 10:50pm and never returned. Bride, groom, and guests were stranded and had to Uber home. Trust me that I was incredibly clear with Royal Carriage about the time sensitive nature of the request as my one and only wedding day and made all of these items above clear, in writing, with them as we were working through the details of the contract. I have been seeking a restitution since June 8th. They made an inadequate partial offer and have not responded to my follow-up sent via email on June 23rd. I am awaiting their response as of today, July 2, and am open to continuing to work through this. This is not only an issue in the quality of their product delivered, but also in their customer service. I would not recommend this company at all.
