They make it SO EASY to enter in the type of vehicle you need, the service you want (point to point, airport, or by the hour), and when you need it, to find out ALL IN pricing (tax and tip included). There is nothing I hate more than having to call a company to get a quote or send a request form which just leads to a ton of spam. The drivers were polite, drove safely, and arrived on time; the vehicles were clean and stocked with water. We also got an upgraded vehicle for one of our trips which was a nice perk. After doing research I narrowed it down to 3 companies who were all within $10-$20 price of each other and the other two had about 4X the reviews mostly positive but EJ took the time out to answer a lot of my questions in detail and put me at ease with my concerns where the other guys gave me one word answers and made it seem like they were out just to make a quick buck. EJ was very easy to communicate with and gave me some pointers about the city. I hired EJ to pick me up at the airport with a meet and greet and then also pick me up at my hotel to take me back to O'Hare. He even texted me the morning of my departure to ask me if I wanted to be picked up a little bit earlier then what we discussed when booking due to traffic being a little heavier than normal. EJ goes out of the way to make sure their customers are satisfied next time i am back in Chicago I will definitely use EJ and I have saved their number in my contact list. I had no reason to worry, however. I could feel that an actual person had verified our reservation. The site kept in touch with us up till the time of our pickup. We messaged our driver Wabi arrived until we were ready; he also advised us on the most convenient place to meet. The car was clean and comfortable! He was misinformed that the car seat we needed for our 4-year-old would be rear-facing, so he expertly re-installed it. It was a safe, enjoyable ride from the airport with pleasant conversation. We enjoyed our experience very much! I'm sure we'll be asking for Wabi through Chauffeurly in the future. Thank you! The booking process is easy, I immediately receive e-mail confirmation of the reservation, the confirmation makes it very clear where to call if you need customer service, the vehicles have always been very nice and well-maintained (the car from this weekend was a 2019 SUV), the amenities are nice, the drivers have been friendly, courteous, concerned, flexible and just all-around efficient and professional. While there is a central customer service number that works extremely well, the drivers have always offered their cell phone numbers to get in touch with them. A 50 passenger and 24 passenger vehicle was required at each hotel, arriving at 3:30 PM and departing at 3:45 PM. On the Wednesday before the wedding M&M called and confirmed. However, the next day they called to tell us both 24 passenger vehicles were unavailable due to maintenance. By Friday morning they had no solution, so we had to scramble and pay a local shuttle $1,000 for an 18 passenger van and ask some guests to drive or Uber. Two hours before the scheduled pickup we were told a 50 passenger bus wouldn't arrive. Now we were in panic mode! After we demanded a solution, they were able to substitute another 50 passenger bus that had to leave 15 minutes earlier, forcing us to notify guests and adjust plans. The stress and last minute chaos ruined what should have been a celebratory day. If M&M can't reliably staff events in Champaign, they shouldn't accept work there. Return service in the evening after the wedding was also subpar. We expected professional contingency planning and timely communication -- neither was delivered. 2 days after the wedding, I emailed their owner Mike and have not received a response. We did get a call from their account manager Freddie. He assured us that a customer service member would be in contact. That never happened. It was a very disappointing experience!

We had no choice but to take it and the driver said to talk to the owner after the wedding. The A/C on the bus was not working. It was 90 degrees outside on that day and inside the bus felt like it was 110 degrees. 2 members of the wedding party fainted. I asked for a partial refund and he did not honor it. He was rude and lacked courtesy, understanding and professionalism. They did the classic bait and switch and got away with it. Go with a different company. *Note that the company immediately responded to this Yelp review in a rude, aggressive and characteristically unprofessional way and when I called them out on it, they went back and changed the review to sound better but they still didn't do a very good job just like their limo service. My friends and I felt like rock stars as we piled in and pulled away while most everyone else were waiting around for their Uber...if they were able to find one.
