It might have been my Palindrome when he called to book or whomever took the booking... not a big deal, mistakes happen. We were expecting a golf club & ended up in a subdivision. My driver was cool about it & thankfully I had brought my destination address with & we got to my location easy peasy with the help of his GPS. My driver also insisted on making sure the venue was open as the parking lot was empty & it looked closed... I had planned on getting there early to help setup. All was well but what a sweet gesture as he was worried about my safety. My driver said I should call the dispatcher to let them know about the discrepancy & I did. The first thing out of the dispatchers mouth was "is this Leah?". The driver had already called & let them know. The dispatcher was super apologetic and really nice. I felt bad because I could tell she was expecting a complete temper tantrum. As I am not 3yrs old & if a simple mistake is the worst that is going to happen today... it makes for a funny story as far as I am concerned. I reassured her all was good, she was really nice. It's the first time I booked a car service without talking to a live person, but decided to pull the trigger. They send automated texts and emails, including the name and phone of your driver. I tried calling and texting them the day before just to be sure everything was set up, but they never called or texted me back. Of course, the next morning the driver is nowhere to be found, so I call him and he says "I told Grid yesterday I couldn't pick you up". I call the service and they start scrambling to figure out what went wrong. They call me frantically with some BS story that the driver went to the wrong address. The. They said they had someone on the way (20 mins away). I told them to cancel it and I just ordered an Uber, which arrived in 10 minutes so we could make our flight on time. I'm clearly in the minority here, given their ratings, but you don't get more than 1 chance to let me down for something like this. They still have not emailed or called to acknowledge cancellation of the return pickup or to apologize for totally screwing this up. No answer. Phone goes to someone's cellphone vm. Decided to email. No answer. Ended up splitting my group into 4 separate Ubers/Lyft. Was not a fun way to start the vacation. Eventually they got back to me apologizing and said all of their fail-safes failed. Claimed it never happened before. They said they would offer to (if available) take us home from the airport for free. Naturally, they weren't available for our flight home, but said they were going to look into alternative arrangements for us and would get back to me shortly. Never did. To be honest it was still a little expensive considering they were driving from Wilmette to Northfield to Glencoe, but less than the other: $840 for a 3 hour minimum for a party bus of 28. We also didn't need it for the entire 3 hours, but the options I found were either one way or 3-4 hour minimums so this was the best deal. I found their communication to be stellar both via email and text. The bus driver was on time and the kids had no trouble locating the party bus when they came out of the dance and I've heard it was one of many party busses. A few of my daughter's friends hopped on for the way home and commented that this bus was way nicer than the one they took to the dance from another company. Overall, it was a success. The parents could have easily driven these kids ourselves, but the party bus elevated the experience and the kids all seemed to enjoy the VIP treatment.

Drivers did not seem knowledgeable about the routes, and even went to the wrong location at one point, refusing to listen to the passengers who pointed out their error. Another bus dropped passengers off in the wrong location, though luckily only a few blocks away. Overall, 312 Limo was incredibly disorganized and unprofessional! Absolutely wild response from Dan! Yes, it was 312 Limo, and you personally spoke to people from my group when the wrong buses arrived and during the later mishaps.
