Andre picked us up at 4:30 in the morning and arrived early, which immediately helped make a stressful travel morning so much easier. He had already installed both a booster seat and a car seat, making the process completely seamless for our family. He communicated clearly, was incredibly friendly, and was so kind and patient with our children. He was also an excellent driver and made us feel safe and taken care of the entire ride.
For our return trip, Ramon was our airport pickup driver. He contacted us the moment our plane landed, welcomed us back to Chicago, and gave us very clear instructions on exactly where to meet him. He also had all of the necessary car seats ready for our children, which was such a huge help after a long day of travel. Traveling with kids can be stressful, and the pickup at O'Hare can be one of the most chaotic parts of the entire trip with the crowds, traffic, and figuring out logistics with luggage and tired children. Ramon made the entire process calm, organized, and easy. His communication was excellent, and he made us feel relaxed from the moment we landed.
