In my infinite wisdom, I managed to leave my wallet behind in the car and didn't realize it until getting all the way to security. Of course I panicked, who wouldn't! I shouldn't have worried at all though, Ginger had my back all the way. A quick call to their phone and they had our driver back at Departures dropping my essentials off safe n sound in my welcoming arms. Did he pull ill-advised u-ies across multiple lanes of traffic putting multiple people lives in danger all for my convenience? I don't know that, but I do know: he is my hero! I would not have been comfortable driving in Chicago. Yes-I gripped my seat a couple times when other drivers seemed to be dive bombing into our car to get into our lane. We arrived at the Embassy Suites whole and intact and the cost without tip was about $40 . Our driver had been with the company for over 20 years. The drive back to midway. The following Monday was also in a yellow cab, and with the driver who had more than 15 years experience. I was not as happy with his driving he sped the entire time. And would just honk his horn. Every time he was passing someone to make sure they didn't venture out. I've never had that kind of experience again we did get there in one piece. Cost was the same. Might sound high for a taxi, but frankly to rent a car would've been much more money and to have to drive in that traffic might've caused me to have a stroke !!! These two cab rides were the first ones I've ever taken in my life !!! if I ever make it to New York, I'll be walking!!! We would use this service again.

This service was reliable and took the guess work out of whether Uber or Lyft was going to show up with the appropriate amount of space. Our SUV was substantially nicer with free waters and fit our 5 suitcases plus carryons.

Pick up was curbside and was so much easier than waiting for an uber taxi or shuttle. they were there prior to deplaning and we let them know as soon as we were ready with baggage. similarly we used Balck car for our return which was a 3:30am pickup. same driver very nice. reservations were easy to make there were 12 hour reminders and status updates when the driver was on the way and arrived. will use again when in chicago. thank you !
