Outstanding service! I accidentally booked my pickup for 11:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM and didn't realize it until an hour before landing. I messaged Dan from the flight, and he managed to have a car waiting for us as soon as we stepped out--zero wait time. Huge thanks to Dan and the team for saving the day!" read more

The service was exceptional from when we called to book our trip until we were dropped off back home. Really great service. Cars were on time, cleaned spacious with super nice drivers! We really enjoyed both rides and will use them again

During the pandemic, I had Dan as my driver to and from work each day as our company required us to keep working from the office. Both of his cars were always kept in an utmost pristine state. They always had a brand new car smell and the seats, handles, etc were spotless. Dan is the most skilled and safe driver I've ever seen, especially in extreme weather that we see in Chicago. He is ALWAYS 15-30 min early even if there's a blizzard outside and he's traveling an hour into the city. With respect to covid, Dan takes social distancing / safety very seriously. The car is always fully disinfected before and after each ride. The seats are fully wiped down and he always wears a mask / requires his passengers to do so. It really is the best driving experience in the city. read more

Genuinely can't say enough about this company. I hired them for an hourly service (~8 hrs total) to make an engagement evening even more special, and they did not disappoint. Alex was our driver and he is AMAZING. So very courteous, professional, friendly, excellent driver. He was always early, exactly where he needed to be, always got the door and got us everywhere we needed to be. Handling Chicago traffic on a busy Saturday night is not an easy feat, but he did so seamlessly. He was always prepared with umbrellas, water, chargers - really anything we needed. He was flexible when plans changed and my fiancee and I talked about him for the rest of our trip! The company itself was fantastic too. Super competitive rates, clean top-of-the-line vehicles, and fantastic communication. They were always responsive to texts, emails, making sure everything was in order before and after the service. Would absolutely use them again whenever the need arises. Can't recommend them enough! read more

We hired Black Car Transportation to drive one of our special guests from the airport for a work group reunion. Driver was on time for the early landing flight, met our guest inside the terminal, walked him to the car and drove him to the place where we were all meeting. Becuse the flight was early, they arrived early to the destination and the driver waited until some of us got there, just so our guest wouldn't be left alone. Thank you for the professional way you handled the whole matter! We are very grateful for the impeccable service and for going the extra mile! read more

Another wonderful experience with Dan! Dan was, as always, professional and helpful with his transportation services to and from O'Hare for our travels. Flight times and days changed twice, and Dan was able to accommodate without delay. We arrived to the airport on time, and were picked up promptly upon arrival home. The luxury sedan was immaculate, masks were worn, and hand sanitizer was provided. The above and beyond service Dan provides once again affirms why I will never use another transportation company for my needs. read more

So fortunate and pleased to have had the pleasure of working with this absolutely wonderful crew, headed up by Mr. Daniel Susa. From the initial booking to come from O'Hare into downtown Chicago, it was readily apparent that we were in the right/expert hands. Professionalism, courtesy, polish, efficiency, cleanliness, friendliness, affordability, flexibility, veteran experience, kindness, warmth, humor, guidance, and attention detail are all areas where Black Car Transportation not only meets, but exceeds expectations. Spotless luxury vehicles, drivers who not only know the streets/routes like the back of their hand, but act as a friendly tour guide as well--it completely took the edge off of any transportation uncertainty and worries. Once you go with these guys, you'll want to stick with them. Dan is very accessible, and his calm, cool, cordial approach makes you know with certainty that you'll be taken care of like a king. The answer is always yes, or he works his plan to accommodate things to make it so. In the end, the customer feels valued, pampered, protected and all stress of buzzing about in unfamiliar territory is put to rest. A special thank you to drivers Mario and Alex, as Mario surprised us one morning upon pickup with authentic donuts(!) and Pierogi from his native Poland; and Alex supplied deft restaurant suggestions about where to find "the best _____" in CHI). We can't thank Owner Dan and the whole crew at Black Car Transportation enough for making our first-time Chicago adventure a memorable and pleasant one. Highly and unequivocally recommended! Simply the best!! read more

Have used Black Car Transportation in the past and was so impressed, I used them again during my visit this past weekend to Chicago. They are very kind, priced very fairly and I was so impressed that the minute I turned my phone on when I arrived at the airport in Chicago, I received a text from the driver that he is there waiting for me. On return today, our driver was kind with an immaculate vehicle and again the drivers are extremely professional. Cant wait to use them again read more

Black Car Transportation is simply the best Chicago has to offer. My family and I, and all of our friends, have been working with their CEO Dan Susa for over 10 years. The drivers are reliable and professional, arriving early for pick-up each time. The cars are also very clean and comfortable. I usually have to change my flight multiple times as well, and they are always there without fail. In sum, they are incredibly reliable, clean, professional, and safe. Black Car Transportation is amazing! We were recommended by a hotel and I am so happy we used this company. They transported us to a wedding in Wisconsin and returned us later in the evening to Chicago. Dan, our driver receives all superlatives!! He was early and awaiting our exiting the hotel. He treated all of us with the highest of respect! He offered bottled or sparkling water throughout the trip. He opened doors whenever we entered or exited the car and made sure we got out of the car safely. The Lincoln was immaculate and his driving skills were excellent. I have used many transportation services and Dan and his company rank as one of the best!!!! read more
