Was all set up to have a good weekend kick off with a sweet limo ride to a concert until the limo…read morearrived...1 hour late. That was only the beginning. When the driver arrived with the limo he was extremely demanding, under dressed (flip flops, jean shorts, t-shirt) and the car felt and looked like it was from the 80's. We had to bring our own cd's (no aux, no Bluetooth) and the sound system was average at best. We offered to pay the driver to stay at the concert so we could have a parking spot but he declined and said he had another job to get to in between dropping us off and picking us up. I found that hard to believe since he was an hour late for us and that would mean he is an hour late for his next ride. However, we went to the concert and had fun. After the concert, like any concert, it is hard to get out and find your ride. We called to try and coordinate with him and it was extremely frustrating. At one point he was yelling at my friend on the phone. At this point I wanted this nightmare to end, but I was too quick to think that. When we arrived home, the driver was extremely rude about a tip and the bag of garbage we had accumulated. We had bagged it up and had it in our hand to take with us while he was making comments under his breath about the car being a mess. At this point the night was pretty much ruined and I just wanted the driver to leave. I will never use this company again and recommend that anyone else stay away from them as well.

When I sent him a text to pick us up from dinner to go to the show, I got no reply. Five calls to his cell got no answer. I sent him a text that read "Taking a cab to the Symphony, where the hell are you?". While at the Symphony, I received a text that read "Sorry I fell asleep and didn't hear the phone ring. I will be there on time to pick you up from the Symphony." I said "ok". We did get picked up, on time from the show. Upon arrival at home, I paid the service, and even gave a moderate tip. The car itself was 'ok', I think I was in the same car twenty years ago for prom. The rear suspension was blown. That wasn't the end. They charged my card three times for the same amount. Bill, who I talked to on the phone wanted to wait a full day for George's plane to land at 6pm the next day. I told him I wanted it fixed immediately. And the saga continues......
