I initially had Farzin repair the screen of my iPhone XR due to cracks on 3/22/21. I requested quotes from many vendors and Farzin's price was the fairest. To add, Farzin is a mobile tech and comes to you! During the repair, he even went back to get an additional replacement part at no additional charge. Unfortunately, my screen had a problem yesterday. Not a problem since he offers a full warranty if problems happen afterward (not caused by you of course). I found this very reasonable since manufacturing is not 100% accurate defective products can happen. I notified Farzin and he came the next morning. Replaced the screen quickly (5-10 mins) and didn't charge me due to the warranty. Now my phone is back to full operation. I can understand the skepticism of a service when the price appears too good to be true. That couldn't be further from the truth with regards to Farzin. His price is fair, his service is quick, he comes to you, and he is the epitome of a professional. He is not someone that is going to nickel and dime you to inflate his profit. He genuinely cares about the customer and their satisfaction. He understands that when customers contact him, it is not due to great circumstances. Their phone is broken and they're upset. Why make their day worst by trying to screw them over? So Farzin doesn't. He only charges a fair market rate for the parts and labor.
