Great customer service once again by Farzin. He replaced the cracked screen on my iPhone XR back on 09/25, and I asked him if he could restore the True Tone feature. He was not able to do it at that time because he needed to buy the machine that can transfer all of the firmware data from the cracked screen to the new/replacement screen. Two weeks later he called me up, and he got the True Tone feature to work on the replacement screen. He didn't have to purchase that machine in order to get the feature I wanted, but he did anyway (he didn't even want to get paid). Just amazing customer service.
