I love this place but I think it's closed. I go by every time I'm in Dillon, but they are never open

Lili's Bistro is a hidden gem in Dillon. They have a great happy hour with really good deals. Their simple tacos are good as well as the cocaine tacos. I love their skinny margarita. It's boozy and fun to get to go if you want to walk around Lake Dillon with a drink in hand. The downside: In the past month I've been multiple times and they weren't open yet but it said they were online. It'd be nice to have google hours updated so it's not a let down. The inside decor is a little stale and seems like it could use a good cleaning. read more

This Mexican restaurant was a fun surprise while staying in Dillon for a ski weekend. While the other restaurants had a 30-45 min wait, they were able to seat us at the bar right away. The meal comes with complimentary chips and salsa that were great. We also ordered the Horchata, steak tacos, Flan, and deep fried ice cream for which continued our trend of tasty food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our larger group. Definitely recommend! read more

Happy hour is a great deal. Four dollar margaritas eight dollar appetizers. The tacos are really taquitos and are quite good. You get four per order. The nachos were tasty. For what it was the enchiladas were overpriced and not near as good tasting as they look I do not recommend them. If you stick with the appetizers during happy hour between two and five, you won't go wrong. The presentation was very attractive on everything For a quick meal. That taste great. The food here was absolutely delish! Everyone in our group raved about the food they ordered. The dishes were well presented and worth the wait. There was a misunderstanding about the dishes one person in our group ordered but they remade it in record time, I was impressed by that! I have both dined in and done takeout from Lili's and have enjoyed everything I've had. I think they periodically update their menu but the camarones al diabla were a favorite. The sauce was addictive. The burrito is really big and filling. It's saucy which I like (something to eat with a fork and knife). The shrimp tacos are yummy too! An extra star for the kids menu, simply hysterical. I'd overheard the table behind us order shrimp tacos, they were told "it's the best thing we serve here". When we ordered the Lava Lava shrimp we were told the same thing. Of course I said, "but you told them the shrimp tacos were the best thing on the menu?". Raul laughed and proceeded to tell us that the shrimp in both dishes was cooked the same way. it was very tasty, but we enjoyed our burritos even more. We ordered the small Anaconda and Surf and Turf burrito, although many of the ingredients were similar, including the lava lava sauce from the shrimp each had a unique and delicious flavor. Shout to to Raul with the perfect teeth! Randomly rolled the dice on lunch here while staying at the Keystone lodge just up the road....what a lucky roll! 100% delicious and authentic Mexican across the entire menu, and I do mean Mexican; as opposed to Tex Mex. The worst food I've ever tried to eat, hands down. Meat was over cooked, dry and tasted like leftovers. Service was rude and snotty. There's literally another Mexican restaurant across the street. No need to go here ever!! Big mistake. read more

Have been driving by this place almost daily on my way to work and finally decided to stop in and so glad I did. Surprised there are not many reviews yet! The margaritas were pretty good, wish they had a few more flavors to choose from though like "jalapeño margarita"??? I had the burrito Suezo and it was great, and very large. I got just the burrito and passed on the beans and rice, and it was HUGE, and still had half of it left over. My husband got the 4 tacos and tried the Mexican sausage, coca-cola chicken, and rib eye. Felt the coca-cola was by far the best, I've heard a lot about coca-cola chicken but never tried it, definitely had a depth of flavor! The service was great, staff were at our table often asking if we needed anything. Ambiance was also nice, I look forward to visiting when it's warmer so we can sit outside on the patio! This little hole in the wall is in a funny spot but has plenty of parking and serves up absolutely incredible Mexican/American food. I was craving a fried chicken sandwich and was recommend by a local to try the spicy chicken sandwich, they insisted it was the best fried chicken sandwich they had ever had and boy were they right! It comes out on a fluffy fresh piece of bread and is topped with bacon, pepper jack, lava sauce , lettuce, and some of the best damn guacamole I've ever had. Served with crispy, salty shoe string style fries, my mouth is watering thinking about it. On top of all that the service was super speedy and the restaurant couldn't have been cleaner. Without a doubt the best mountain food I've ever had, and a restaurant that is so creative, innovative and high-quality that it could hold it's own in any major city. The service is amazing and the drinks just as good--strongly recommend the jalapeno margarita (fresh jalapenos!). I ordered the shrimp tacos, which is not normally a go to menu item for me but I couldn't ignore them after the many recommendations...could not have been happier with this order. The breading on the shrimp is and the corn tortillas are homemade. The dessert we got was a bit of a custom situation, and perhaps the most indulgent food item I've ordered in awhile. Such a small place but filled with HUGE flavor! So good we forget to take pictures of our meal but we got dessert covered for you! Our meal, ever bite was so full with flavor. Fantastic fajitas with the best tasting homemade tortillas, delicious enchiladas and mole. Definitely get the chips and guac - the chips have just the right amount of salt and spice, so good! We wanted to eat before hitting the Brothers Osborne show. We walked by this place first and didn't feel a 'concert vibe' so we walked to two other places. Both offered large patios; one was completely disorganized and had a 25 min wait and the other was organized with a 45 min wait. I decided to head back to Lili's and there was no wait. Really wish we would have just stopped here initially. The food and margaritas were great! We were in from out of town and decided to try this new place based on other reviews. The steak tacos were excellent and my husband ordered the chicken burrito. The meal started with chips and a really creamy, delicious salsa. The chips were warm and the salsa was addicting. The burrito was huge and filled with great flavor. The tortillas were homemade still warm as if they were just cooked for our order and a fresh flavor of onion and cilantro that highlighted the steak. I've been told to try several places up here for Mexican food and was seriously disappointed. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was I was the only white person in there at the time-- the best way to know it's going to be good in my opinion. The chips and salsa were perfect which was the second sign it would be good. We tried cocaine tacos, veggie burrito and beef tacos-- all flavorful. The place didn't look like much from the outside, it's in a strip with a hair salon/spa and other restaurants. The inside is clean and nicely decorated with flowers on each table. We came on a Saturday evening, and were seated immediately upon entering. The server immediately brought out the best chips and salsa (we even asked for some extra to-go). We were very excited to try this place out based on all the great reviews. We got there and got seated outside. We ordered our drinks and got chips and salsa quickly. When our server came back with our drinks I had a long black hair in my drink. The server apologized and took back the drink. While I was waiting for my new drink, we heard somebody violently throwing up in the bathroom which is right next to the outdoor seating area. The server came back with my new drink and told me that the second drink he got ALSO HAD A LONG BLACK HAIR IN IT, so this was the third drink. He also stated that "perhaps it's the ice machine" which made the rest of our party examine their drinks....We left before ordering food. Came across this place on our way out of town. It was breakfast time and it was empty. The place was clean and updated! Not what we expected. Then came the food!! My husband had a breakfast burrito with out of this world red sauce! They could package the sauce up and sell it by itself, it's that good. I had tacos with homemade red corn tortillas. I was telling a friend that I was craving Tlayudas from Oaxaca and he said well you know LiLi's has them....and there good! Skeptical I went in and as the other reviewer stated "Don't judge a book by its cover". Its nice inside but the location has you guessing about whats inside. So we went in and found this very nice family running the place. Lets just get to the food....THE BEST! Tlayudas just like Oaxaca, and the Pupusas to die for. The tamales were amazing.....and well, I'm 100% in love with this little restaurant. The serving sizes are big so don't let your eyes over order. On the way out they have baked pan dulces to go. You will not be disappointed by the food or the awesome family running the place, especially the little cutie pie (little girl) who delivered to our table the eating utensils. :) read more

Simple exterior, but after many restaurants in the area had an hour+ wait, we decided to give it a try. From the minute we got our appetizers, we couldn't stop saying "WOW" at every dish. The pepper raviolis were my personal favorite and my husband got a carne asada that was excellent. Perfectly cooked food in a simple environment. Then ... dessert ... huge helpings and yummy. Visited the ice castles and chose Lili's because of its reviews. I had the steak tacos and I have to say they were exceptionally good. I'm Mexican and am picky when it comes to these restaurants. My wife had the Mole--also very authentic. Be sure to have some gold flake donuts. I can truly say that Lili's Bistro out weighs many restaurants in Denver and can complete with those in my hometown, Chicago. I will definitely be coming back. read more

Ok so at first glance we weren't even sure it was a restaurant or that it was open, but we chalked that up to the covid-19 situation and decided to go in. The waitress was so nice and after she greeted us at the table and explained the barcode menu we started perusing. Every option looked amazing. We munched on really tasty chips and salsa and landed on ordering the cocaine tacos and the Tlayuda Oaxaca. Holy smokes both dishes were as delicious as they were enormous!
