Pleasantly surprised by the food here. Have been twice and both times the meals have been great. My friends also enjoyed their meals. I've tried the torta and the enchiladas. Friends have tried the Mexican burger, and the burrito. Also have tried the huuugeee cookies and cream milkshake. They also offer Mexican bakery items. So far the only thing I have been disappointed with with is the fried ice cream. The style they used to make it was just not my favorite.. wish it was really fried! I also have to say the salsa was nothing special but I know there are many styles for that.. just wasn't my favorite. All in all this little spot is a great addition to Dillon. read more

The was our first time visiting. The food was so fresh. I had the barbacoa tacos. The only thing I would change is to double up the corn shells as they broke easily due to the sheer amount of deliciousness stuffed into them. My son had the barbacoa quesadilla. We decided to get a take out from Lily's Bistro because our baby had cold and we wanted to stay in. We felt quite disappointed with the quantity and quality of the food. Seemed very experimental and out of flavor. The breads (tortillas/ Burrito etc) tasted a day old. The appetizer was good. We had the Lava Lava Shrimp which is crispy spiced shrimp over a bed of romaine and topped with lava lava sauce for $12. For main course we had Small Anaconda Burrito which has carne asada, pastor, caramelized onion, rice, beans, guac, lava lava sauce and spiced tomato sauce for $16, the guacamole was good, rest not so much. Our 2nd main course was Shrimp Tacos which is buttermilk fried shrimp, red cabbage, pico, lava lava sauce and lime wedge for $14. Again Shrimp tasted very good but the rest didn't. Loved Lili's. Once seated chips and salsa was delivered to the table and we ordered the nachos. They were delicious! Their salsa is very good. Usually there is always more chips than toppings, but there were plenty of toppings to go with the chips. Our meals were delicious. The chipotle chicken was excellent and had a creamy, not too spicy sauce. Hubby got a bowl of mixed meat and fish and loved it. Son got the spicy chicken sandwich which he said was very good. Loved the street tacos, service, and Horchata! My husband and I stopped by for a quick lunch ordered a variety of street tacos, he had 4 I was stuffed with 3. We also ordered tamales which were also delicious. Along with our tacos and tamales we ordered sides of beans a rice for sides. We could have easily shared one side. While we waited for our lunch we enjoyed our hot cocoa and hortcha which was amazing! Emily our server was so sweet and attentive. She brought us chips and salsa to snack on while we waited for our lunch. I was very pleased with this restaurant for its pricing, authentic delicious food, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff. A hidden gem in north-county! I had heard about Lili's for over a year and finally made a point to check it out. Super-impressed! The staff is wonderful and the food is outstanding. I had the Surf-n-Turf Burrito and a Mango Mojito to accompany it. Both were fantastic! Even the chips and salsa were wonderful. Honestly, if this place was in Frisco, Breck, or Silverthorne, it would be all the rage. It's no wonder Lili's is one of the highest rated restaurants in Summit County. read more

Served up warm chips and tasty salsa right away. Lots of variety on the menu. All Mexican dishes, but many original variations. Not typical Mexican diner/bar, but several steps up in quality and class. Bistro fits. Rich, complex flavors in every dish. We got a perfect relleno, carne asada, rolled tacos, and something called alambra de steak, which included carne, bacon and other meats piled high and blended with sautéed veggies and topped with cheese. Homemade house tortillas the best I've ever had anywhere. And two kinds of salsas, a green and red, that we're sublime. I'm not really doing justice to how impressive each dish was.
