Jesse and Kathy are now at this location in Greece. The set up inside of the nail shop is standard. Customer service seems like it has marginally improved and on the few occasions that I have been here, business is slower than it was years ago in Webster. I'm not exactly sure what the story is behind Lili's, but I was told that this location is no longer affiliated with the original one in Webster. Appointments are still preferred prior to a visit, but there seems to be some level of flexibility since things are slower. Kathy does amazing nail art! Her designs are really superior to what you would typically find in most salons in Rochester. I think their prices are fairly reasonable, but I mainly get gel manicures. There are only three people working in the salon currently. I most recently went to the guy who sits next to Jesse. He did a good job, but my nail art barely lasted a two days. My gel polish also began to chip. I did not have this concern when Kathy did my nails. I would highly and solely recommend Kathy (can't vouch for anyone else). read more

I WAS a loyal customer of lili's nails Greece, I used to only see Kathy. Once Kathy and her husband moved to Florida the shop went down hill fast! I wanted so badly to keep giving them my business since once I find a place I like i tend to stay with what I know but the service and attitude went way down hill. I would go in for a fill about every 2 weeks and a pedicure about every 3 weeks. The pedicures are very subpar! They cut my feet multiple times, did not ask me what shape I wanted or if I wanted my toenails cut down, and since they ran out of the color I wanted they gave me a completely different color that looked nothing at all like the color I asked for. When I told them about the problem with the color, I received a very bad attitude and the lady continued to argue that that was the color I had asked for. The nail Designs used to be the best in Rochester! Now if you ask for a design you receive uneven shaky lines that look something like a child would draw, they cut cuticles very short to where they will bleed and then tell you how bad your nails are and that they need to cut them like that. When they use the power file on the acrylic they grind it for so long that your real nail starts to burn. They don't listen to what you want and I recommend no one give business to the establishment! I used to come here when Kathy worked here but this place has gone completely down hill since the new ownership. They are NEVER open on time according to the hours they have posted on social media and they don't stick to their appt times at all. My appts always start late and the last time it was almost an HOUR before I was seen, never again! That is completely unprofessional and disappointing. They're an unreliable shop period. read more

OK...once again, I tried this place because it seems that everybody in Rochester goes here and loves this place. I decided to give it another try. 1) business hours state Mon-Sat 9:30-7:30pm. I got here at 940...not open. They did open at 10am, so I didn't have to wait as long as last time. I will say that this experience was better than the last. I was the first one there. The staff were friendly and the nail tech caring for me took her time! I went basic as I still feared that they would mess up or not be able to do what I like, and just got pedi. Ok lemme tell ya'll a little story, I went into the salon today to get a gel manicure. I do my own gel nails at home, but I like to get a manicure every few months because it's difficult to clean up my own cuticles and such, plus treating myself is always nice. Anyway! I get there, tell her I want a gel manicure. She asks if I want to try the gel dip powder, I say sure why not (a friend of mine regularly gets the powder and they always look great). So I pick hot pink, and a little glittery action as well for my ring fingers. She gets started and it's already not looking promising..she did three layers of this powder, when two would have been more than enough. We both forgot all about the glittery powder, so she was like oh I'll put it over the pink. I said it's fine, we can skip it. She assured me it'll be fine. Ok. Nope. Not fine. I started asking if it'll look different once she's done, she said yes. It didn't look glittery at all, it was just a clump of silver and white. She's finishing up and it still looks like a HOT FREAKIN MESS. I tell her that I don't like it at all, she said 'oh that's an easy fix', and uses the drill to try and buzz the powder off (repeatedly cutting my finger in the process). She gets most of the white/silver nonsense off and puts literal GLOBS of glitter gel polish over it. By this point I'm over the whole ordeal. I want her to just stop touching my nails and leave it be. I shrug it off saying it's fine, pay, and high tail it outta there. Then spend over an hour at home filing, and melting this junk off with acetone. It was clear she didn't know much about using gel powder, and I will never return to that salon again for any services. The only reason I even went there is because I've heard that people love it there, and my regular place was crazy busy. Also I figured, how hard is a gel manicure? Any salon can handle that. They do good work.....but, even with an appointment every time I've gone (at least 5 times) I've had an appointment & have waited up to an hour. Then if that's not bad enough the owner plays on his tablet or phone while he's doing your nails! He will literally stop working on you to do whatever it is he's doing (I think playing a video game), this is also every time I've gone-so unless you have hours to waste waiting I would not recommend -also if you want to pay by credit or debit card they charge you an extra fee for doing so read more

I went to Lili nails as soon as they opened (10 am). All the lights were off and I asked if they had time for a gel manicure. There were two techs in there and I was the only customer so they said they would do my manicure and asked if I wanted my nails dipped. I agreed. They gave me a box of colors to choose from and didn't check back on me at all. Meanwhile, one tech is just walking around the salon (still in the dark) and the other got a special delivery from McDonalds. It used to be so good when Kathy was still here. Now I'm typing this review at 6:11 when my appointment was at 5, and the tech who started my nails "doesn't do" pink and white fills. What's the point of having an appointment if they can't take you at the time they scheduled for. The quality of my last two sets here has been decent, at best. It's not worth the money anymore, and definitely not worth the time. I won't be returning after this fill unless Kathy magically returns. read more

Staff is nice and courteous . However quality of nail set is inconsistent. Had my nail done here several times over the last 8 months quality is inconsistent every technician has a differently skill set. I recently had a basic square fill don and all the fingers were shaped different one even slanted. Paid extra for Gel polish and it always manages to chip off. I usually go to lili nail in Webster and they always do the best job. Making sure the customer is satisfied and communicating well. Well I got there and this lady was burping in her mask while do my nails, coughing, and constantly using her phone as she was doing my nails. They were coming out alright, then she has to file the thin eggshell nails to the side. So there's no nail basically. I'm so dissatisfied. Worst place I ever got my nails done. If you're thinking of going to lili nails in Greece, don't. The drive to Webster is better because they did a horrible job at the Greece one. read more
