I had to bring a dog with me and they allow as long as the dog doesn't run around. The dog has to be trained and stay next to you. I am grateful that they allowed because I don't want to leave the dog in a hot car. They did an amazing job with nails and my nails look so healthy. I had a pedicure gel done by the owner, and unfortunately, it was the worst service I've received…read morein years. The entire session took barely 30 minutes -- no soaking, minimal cuticle work, and zero nail clean-up. There was no massage, no hot towel -- nothing that would justify the price or even qualify as a proper pedicure. She clearly seemed rushed. In fact, the client who was there before me was still being helped when I left. The gel was applied sloppily, with polish all over the skin, and the overall result looked rushed and careless. I paid $51 and tipped $7 -- mostly because I didn't get a chance to inspect everything closely, and frankly felt pressured by the owner's impatient attitude and pointed looks. As expected, the gel started peeling off within 10 days. Gel polish is supposed to last at least three weeks, so this speaks for the quality (or lack thereof). Places like this feel more like assembly lines -- quick in, quick out, and zero attention to detail. Sadly, this wasn't even my first disappointment here. I came back out of desperation, but this was absolutely the last time.
