I usually look at reviews on yelp to decide where to get spa services done. This place had good reviews, too. Let me tell you, don't go here! I was charged $81 for the worst mani/pedi combo I've ever had. The man who did my nails destroyed them. He's seen in the picture attached. Do not go to him! He thinned my nails so much that I felt the heat from the tool he was using on my nail bed. And not only that, I've had to cut and file 4 nails immediately AFTER leaving this place AND the gel paint is already coming off of my nails, 2 DAYS LATER!!! 2 DAYS! If you look at the pictures you can tell that this man didn't even take care of my cuticles. I walked out of this place, worse than when I walked in. He also did a horrible job on my feet. Painting was alright. For a deluxe pedi, you shouldn't have to go home and fix your pedicure when you're finished. He barely cleaned my feet up, barely took the dead skin off my feet. If I'm paying $81, I shouldn't have to go to another nail salon and spend more money to get them fixed. Luckily, they gave me half of my money back. Save your money, do not go here! read more

I thought they did pretty good. I saw Helen and got sat down fairly quickly on a Saturday. She was very gentile and I appreciated that. I did think some of the pricing was odd and could see how getting a full set here could get expensive pretty easily so I just opted for no designs or add ons. I really do like my nails though, my thumbs may be a tad big but overall I'd come back and try them again. read more

It is my 2nd time going here and I love their service. They did a Fantastic Job on nails and massage. I love their way how to massage on my legs. It helped my legs and feet feeling so relax. However, I have to give them 4 stars because they made us wait for almost 45 mins after our appointment at 11:30am. Not sure why this place doesn't have a higher rating but it was my first time in and I was very satisfied with my gel manicure. They have their gel colors arranged out and by color family, different than most nail salons and it makes picking out a color a lot easier for someone as indecisive as me! I'm growing out my natural nails and the tech, Kenny was very gentle and soaked off my old polish. He did a great job with applying the polish as well. Price was very reasonable- $37 for gel mani. Pretty much a standard nail salon. There was no wait on a Monday afternoon; I picked out a color and sat right down. They offered me coffee, tea or water, which isn't standard, so I appreciated that. They offered to do my mani and pedi at the same time, which might be nice for someone who wants to get in and out. However I came to relax so didn't want to rush the experience and politely declined. The price is a little higher than average for a pedi, by maybe $5 dollars, because they automatically include all those things that are optional elsewhere such as the foot scrub, leg exfoliation, and hot stones. The massage part was great, lengthy and firm. The mani was as was expected. All in all, a good experience and definitely worth a trip back. read more

Just walked in to this place as my usual nail salon was closed today and I would definitely return here! Service was beyond wonderful, I was greeted by a guy there who was busily cleaning windows and everything else, and the place was very clean, nicely decorated. Walked in on a Friday afternoon with my mom for regular manicures, and from the moment we requested regular manicures, we were being badgered into gel manicures, then pedicures, then facial waxing, and at one point halfway through my manicure she told me she wanted to do acrylics. I had to repeatedly say no, and it was awful. Once she realized I was only getting a regular manicure, she spent no time on my nails at all. She didn't trim any nails, they were all different lengths, and used tools that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks to trim my cuticles. I would not return here again, mostly because I felty bullied into upgrading my service, and the actual manicure was horrible. It started chipping within 24 hours. read more

Well the hunt for a good salon did NOT end here. Pedi wasn't too bad. The guy doing it was very quiet and didn't ask me any questions. What I didn't like was I picked a color and he insisted on using another -- I picked a subtle gray and he put it back and used a very ghastly silver. This place is legit! A clean and friendly environment was provided and possibly the best gel mani I've gotten, yet. Two coats of primer, gel polish and top coat means no chipping on my nails. I'll be making this my regular stop. Parking kind of blows, might be best to go at an off time. read more

I went here for a mani pedi 2 weeks ago and had a great experience when I was assisted by HELEN. I go back yesterday for a refill and was first helped by Helen, then my things were moved to Amy's chair. I like manis to treat myself and relax, this woman was pushy, tried to up sell me multiple times, and rushed me. They're advertised as being open til 7:30, but rushed to get me out by 7, after she said that's when they actually close? FINALLY, as I was leaving she says "go go, I have better things to do than see you." Who in the right mind would ever say that?? I'm never going back. This place is crap. Every time I come here they say it's a wait, which is fine. Today they said can you come in at 11 or just wait in a chair until 11. There were three people getting a pedicure at that time, two of which needed their nails done after. Fine. All fine. I sit down and wait. 2 ladies come in 25 mins after me (still waiting) and said they wanted two pedicures and didn't have appointments. Another worker comes in and sits down and does one right away and the other guy working there sits down and does the other. No one acknowledges me. Then two other people come in and they do theirs. Then the lady who I was told was doing mine says sorry 10 more minutes she has another appointment for 11. So now I've waited over an hour and just left because they're rude and inconsiderate and for whatever reason (probably because I'm younger) waiting on me is the last priority. Rude.
