Jill was wonderful. I told her what I was looking for and she quickly understood. She asked me questions to clarify further and gave suggestions to better help me. We discussed changes I had noticed with my hair recently and her knowledge on the topic led to a productive conversation. I love the cut and style I left with. I'm tired of getting an ingrown toe nail every time I've gone for the last year in a half and being told "you're just prown to them" uhmmmmm, no I'm not, I've done my own or gone to salons for 30 years and have never had one! I've been to several places in the last year and finally was recommended to go here by a couple different people. My first appointment was with Kim. I hymned and hawed about getting a full set of nails because I'm picky and they always look so fake on me. Not here. I walked out with a smile on my face and beautiful nails! I felt so pretty again! ( I know, weird that something so little can complete you and have such an effect on your being but........ we all know it's true) She also accommodated the fact that I could not stay for my pedicure after because I was running behind and had to pick someone up. She nicely told me it was not a problem and scheduled me for the very next day. (A day before a holiday which is probably the busiest of all days) I came in with my son's girlfriend. She did not have an appointment but she had missed hers and her nails were so overgrown they hurt. They stayed an hour late just to get her in and her nails were even more beautiful than mine and I have no idea how that was possible!! The next day, Kay did my pedicure. WOW is all I can say. I told them why I was there, I could not walk without pain on both big toes because of the last pedicure. It had only been just under 3 weeks and I just couldn't see myself going back to that same place to deal with it again and again, Kay took one look and said, "they are cutting it wrong." That's exactly what I was thinking!!!!!! Well let me tell you, it's been 2 weeks and 2 days and guess what???? No pain! I don't feel like I have to rush in there so soon to relieve the pressure from nails being cut incorrectly. I will be scheduling my next appointment with Kay again next week and just want to thank her for knowing her shit and caring enough to listen to me, correct the damage from another salon and give me faith in knowing there are good salons and techs out there and I'm grateful!!! Kay also did my first nail fill last week and again, I was blown away. I guess it doesn't matter which tech you end up with, you just know they all take great pride in the work they do and the finished product you walk away with and what a comfort that is! Cindy asked what I wanted and had tons of colors for me to choose from. I chose pink and I keep my nails short due to work & the need to be on a computer. For short nails she recommended the gel dip and glued on a couple tips so my nails would be the same length. My nails break, split, bend, etc, so the tips would also help protect my nails as they grow in. My appt took about an hour. Lots of regulars came in, everyone was friendly and chatted, and we watched AGT on YouTube TV (lots of golden buzzers). Time passed quickly, Cindy explained everything she was doing and said to come back in 3 - 4 weeks depending on how fast my nails grow. I love my new strong, pretty nails and will definitely be back.

The individual who initially did my nails remembered me and he was amazed with how my nails had grown. Not very often that someone remembers a customer that hasn't been in for months.
