They offer neck massages while your gel is setting and paraffin wax. My first two sets were hard gel over acrylic, and my most recent time, they removed the acrylic nail and did hard gel over my natural nails. I usually never write reviews, but every single time I come here it is the absolute most relaxing best experience! I have tried multiple nail salons and this is definitely one I am going to continue going to for a long time! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by I believe the owner who is incredibly nice and even if you don't have an appointment, they are thoroughly staffed, so you get in basically right away, even on a Sunday! There is no smell of harsh chemicals like other salons, and my nails have never looked better in my entire life. I've gone to a few different people here, and they are all consistently amazing. This is also the first nail salon I have been to where my nails don't break! I'm not sure if it's because it's not acrylic? But either way, I seriously am so impressed. It's very relaxing environment with upbeat, but calming music and there are multiple TVs with different programs on! I have received a pedicure here as well before, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had any nail salon! Always is accommodating when I call to make an appointment. My nails and pedicure, not only, look great every time but last. I work in the service industry & very rough on my hands. i had the worst service i've ever had in my life at indulge nails and spa, to start off, i go here all the time and get a gel fill, this time i had a different nail tech and told her how my nails were crooked and kindly asked if she could just file them to be straight, she was laughing and asked which ones and i stated all of them, she filed one of them. then she got angry, took off the pink ( i got french tip ) and started painting on the white. rushed and did a horrible job. she then hurried and finished them as fast as she could and then did my massage without asking me first as they normally do, i have an injured shoulder and now am in a lot of pain because of this. i politely asked for her to just file underneath as they normally do this with a fill, and she said no. i asked for her name twice and she responded with "i work here part time" she was so rude and to be honest i have never had a more awful nail experience in my life. i live in the area and will definitely have to find a different nail place and make sure my family and friends know not to come here! on top of this; my grandma was not happy about my service so she called the salon and they said i could come back in and get a refund, i drove all the way back, just for them to tell me no. This is one of those I almost don't want to review it because then other people will go and I won't be able to get in and have such a good experience kind of reviews. I had probably driven by this place tons of times and didn't even know it existed. I only ended up here after showing up for an appointment at another nail salon in Victor and having the whole place to be locked up and closed before their hours even said they were closed. Anyways excellent experience from beginning to finish. The place is totally immaculate and I saw them cleaning while I was getting my pedicure and they really seem like they were doing such a great job. I paid a little more than basic to get the callous pedicure and they really did take all the hardness off of my feet for once. Also I feel like so many places I request my nails be short and they rolled her eyes and don't really do it but here they did. The gentleman was super careful did an excellent job with my pedicure and gave a heck of a massage at the end. It was quiet and peaceful and being able to get a pedicure without having an appointment prior was much appreciated. There are tons of seats in here and many folks were working so it didn't seem like one of those places where you have to book a week out. read more

They take the time to really take care of you, they have great prices, and their quality of manicures and pedicures is truly phenomenal! I went in today for a ombré dip and a regular pedicure. I am so happy with how it turned out! I had a couple of broken nails and they took the time to fix my broken nails so that both my hands look even and beautiful! Also as for the pedicure, one of the best I have ever had! They really take care of you with the warm towels and the hot stone massage! It feels so luxury with such a great price! They even give coupons for paying cash! This is truly the only salon I will go to and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a high end look and experience for a great price! Sadly I can no longer recommend this nail salon. My daughter had a manicure and was charged $85! I called to obtain pricing on a dip, tips & design and was given a price of $70 (still crazy expensive). When I asked why my daughter was charged $85 she said well each one is different. What!? I asked to speak to the owner and was not allowed. There are many places to go in our area for nails, save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I am in town for a family matter and needed a gel mani and pedi. I have had my nails done in many places with most of the time in the Chicago area. I was so impressed with this salon. They are efficient I. taking you on time for your appointment. You receive wonderful extras including neck massages and hot wax when the gel mani is completed. They are very busy so an appointment is the best way to go there. I did notice that they were very honest with clients who came in as walk- ins as far as the expected wait times. Having recently moved to the area from Southern California, I never thought I'd find a place to get my nails done as much as I loved my nail salon in CA. I went to the same salon for 17 years!!!! Well, this place did it. I went in without an appointment only to learn they do not do acrylic nails. BUT, I desperately needed a fill and opted to get a gel manicure. I'd tried gel in the past only to have it peel off after a week or so. Well, Indulge has a MUCH better process. I have since returned three times and walked out with beautiful nails. I've seen a different person each time and they have ALL done an amazing job. More importantly, the place is immaculate. Their pedicures are also amazing. I typically get the spa pedicure but it think next time I may try a gel pedicure. As a bonus, they offer incentive to pay cash. Save those up and it's like getting a free visit!!!
