The man I spoke with on the phone was friendly and said they could take a walk in pedicure. I walked in and there's 4 employees, not a single customer and it's about 90 degrees. SO hot and uncomfortable in there. They weren't closing anytime soon as it felt like I walked in to a closed salon. The staff laughed at how small my toe nails were? Odd, unprofessional behavior. I asked for a regular old fashioned pedicure when I first walked in. Then while seated handed a sheet of $50+ spa pedicures. No regular in site. I had to ask to have a basic pedicure again and confirmed the price because it was already feeling like a poor experience. ($35 and an additional $5 for the gel removal) Total time was maybe 20 minutes, and that included my time sitting and letting the polish dry. Rude, unprofessional, uncomfortable environment with the extreme heat and the glaring overhead lights. Cozy is the last word I'd use to describe this establishment. When I paid in cash while I was sitting at the drying station, the tech just assumed the change was her tip. Very bold to assume. She didn't even bring my change back to me. Just walked away with it. I'll stick to my usual spot who has the kindest owner and a really great staff.
