She acknowledged me and offered me something to drink. I waited about 15 minutes which was a little annoying but I could see she was really paying attention to her client and that's exactly what I wanted her to do with me. She finished with her client and called me up. We spoke a few minutes and then the magic started. 3 hours later, I had the most amazing haircut and color. I was really impressed, finally someone understood long, thick hair. It's been a love, love relationship ever since. Services I've had are eyebrow waxing and shaping..excellent job. They are offering new products and services all the time. It is not a great big spa with a hot tub...its a cozy house. The key here is that they do a great job on the services they offer and stay on top of the new trends. I am accustomed to sometimes waiting a few moments. I've never seen anyone leave there unhappy.
