I have been here twice -- once for gel polish on my toes and gel nail removal that was done at a different salon. Heaven nails smells of stale smoke, has many space heaters during winter, and feels like you're in the aisle of a grocery store as it's so plain and unwelcoming. Friday I had an appointment with Daniel the owner for a 2nd time. When I got there, he had another employee do my fill. The new man cut my nails in half, burned my skin many times with the electric file, laughed at me when I asked for my nails to be all the same length (they were extremely uneven), one nail is completely crooked... they were not the shape I asked for, ect. I was cashing out and Daniel asked if I liked my nails. I said no and showed him why. He said everyone has a different style. I politely told him I just wanted them even and the shape I asked for. He had me sit and wait for him to fix them for 45 minutes. Then he told me he didn't have time and made an appt for today (Tuesday) at which appointment he said I would not be charged, and he would completely start over and replace and straighten the sideways nail. Today I go to my correctional appointment and he tells me that he is only going to remove the color and reshape them. I said ok I would just like them the same length and the shape I asked for. He told me to wait until he was done to decide if I liked my nails. He did a great job the first time and I thought he would fix them. I was very apologetic. He blamed me for my nails growing crooked, blamed me for not specifically asking for him for my original appt (which I did because he answers the phone), and said he would not be fixing the crooked nail. He filed them into a better shape and started to paint them and I asked if we were still going to fix the crooked nail. He said "no and after this you can go somewhere else. I've never dealt with anyone like you in 15 years..." and he just continued to tell me I'm the problem and my nails were fine. I barely spoke to him, he just blamed me and degraded me the entire time I was there. I was very uncomfortable and left with 2 wet nails, nail dust everywhere and unfinished hands. I had to go somewhere else and pay someone to even the lengths and paint them. Do not waste your time or money with this company. I left in tears and it cost me double and 3 appointments to just have my nails filled. read more

Let's start with the pros: -Very clean looking interior -Lots of tables and chair stations -Well staffed -Many options for colors -The pedicure I got was pretty decent, she did a good job. The cons and what I think you should be weary of... - I came in at 5:30pm on a Saturday, I had called ahead and they said they were available.. and to my surprise it was pretty empty, as in...I was the only one there and there were 5 people at their stations on their phones, one of them even did another techs gel nails- that's fine it was a slow time for them you do what you want... When I came in, I told them what I wanted and tried to ask questions about getting dip powder nails but I think the language barrier was difficult on us. I hadn't done dip nails before and was hesitant as I didn't know the process but she said it was good, so i went for it. I chose multiple colors (4) because that's the style I wanted. After my pedicure I was transferred to a male tech and he just seemed so rushed. It was my first time doing dip powder and to be quite honest I don't think it was a good job. I didn't even realize that when you do dip powder you don't get a manicure prior. Like I have to ask for that beforehand?? Good to know.. Anyway, I look at the pictures online of dip nails and mine look clunky, why do mine look like Chiclets??the colors are nice but damn... mine do not look like all the ones I've seen online. While he was doing them he was going so fast not cleaning up around the nail beds, and then I had residue under my nails. At around 6:30 all the staff started cleaning all over the place (they close at 7) and I just felt like I was being kicked out meanwhile the guy was just rushing to get my nails done. I feel like I paid for this art/service to be done and I'm not getting proper service. So now my nails don't look or feel nice. It's only Day 3 since I've had them and I want them off, they feel awful around my skin because they are so fat i feel like the dip is adhered to my skin on the sides of my nails. Overall, being generous giving them 3 stars. It's mostly because it was a clean place and the pedicure the young lady gave me wasn't bad, she was nice. read more

I came in and wanted a acrylic full set, i sat down in the chair and the guy who started my nails was very werid and judgey twoards my nails given my nails were short. then he got up and another girl started my nails. she then began giving me hard gel instead of acrylic. the hard gel felt like it was burning my nails. and she cut me mutiple times with a file. overall my nails looked ok, but not what i wanted with the hard gel instead of acrylic. Then i went to go check out and the cost was 65 for the hard gel and then another 10 for french tip design but i was charged 80 which i was not looking to spend. im very disappointed with what i got and how they were not able to do what i wanted as far as the acrylic. i would not recommend this place. it is very overpriced and the staff feel very judgey read more

I drove by Heaven nails and spa yesterday on my way to The AMC movie theater where my daughter was attending a birthday party. I haven't had a manicure in over a year and decided to treat myself while I waited for her to be done. I've never been here before so I called to see if they could fit me in. I spoke to a man on the phone who was very polite and told me to come by in a half hour. When I arrived, I was greeted by the same man I spoke to on the phone who asked me to have a seat and wait a few minutes. It's a very bright, open and clean space with neat racks of colorful nail polish. I was not in a hurry and I did not mind waiting the 7 to 10 minutes for him to finish up with his customer. I got a gel manicure with French tips and have to say it is one of the best I've ever gotten. This place is FABULOUS! I usually go to another place in webster but tried Heaven and it's my new place to go! The place is VERY clean and tidy, they have the TVs at a super low volume, play relaxing music, the technicians don't shout to one another. While my gel polish was soaking off they gave me a SHOULDER MASSAGE! My nails look perfect and once they were done polishing the tech actually went back with a different nail file and smoothed the edges and made sure the clear coat wasn't on any of my cuticle. Very clean and nice when I was there but got a dip manicure and the quality is poor. Within one day nails were cracking and within 3 days chipped. Only put on 2 coats and you can see inconsistencies in color. This is my second time here and I had the same experience the first time. I have been going to this nail salon for two years but after my last visit I will never go back. As always, I scheduled my appointment in advance. When I arrived, the only female that works there that I always go to was working on my nails at triple the pace she normally does. I know they must have sandwiched me in and she was rushing. She jabbed at my cuticles, cut one and when I winced she just looked at me and said "you dry." No apologies were given. She proceeded to file and dig away with almost anger for the rest of the manicure. I was practically in tears from it and since there is a language barrier, I told her husband on the way out "she hurt me today." He offered no apology either-just repeated what I said and that was it. I really thought it was a one off so I decided to give them another chance. I called to book with her again and once I gave my name today, he said "she's no longer free" after I was just told she was free. I wanted them to succeed but this is an awful way to treat a repeating, loyal customer. Done, done, done and I'll tell all of my friends that go there the same thing. read more

I'm a guy, upper 70s. Been thinking about getting my toe nails cut at a nail place for some time. Getting hard to do a proper job. Today I bit the bullet and went to this place for just my toe nails. I called and made an appointment. Everything was bright and clean. There were 3 employees there, one other customer. Everyone was wearing a mask. A guy did my nails. The clippers and emery board and small pumice foam were sealed in plastic. It all went smoothly and I was done in 10 minutes. Cost was $10. Don't know what I didn't do this before. I have been going to Heaven Nails for the past three months with my sisters. On our last visit, we had scheduled appointments, they were very busy. Tony, whom I had my appointment with is no longer there.They kept leaving the person they were working on to start another one.The lady next to me left because she was sitting there with an unfinished manicure for at least 20 minutes because they left her to start a pedicure. I was there for over 2 hrs just getting a dip manicure. That's not even the worst of it.The man who was working on my nails was going very fast and missed the side of the nail on at least four, I asked him if he could either file that part or cover them. He became angry yelling at me, "If I don't like them leave and have someone else fix them!" I was shocked. I tried telling him I did like them but he continued to yell and then got up and went to work on another customer leaving me with unfinished nails. Finally one of the other girls came and finished the nails but not the full manicure. I was so embarrassed that he behaved that way for no reason. My sisters and I will never go there again. read more
