Holly squeezed me in as a walk in between appointments for a mani-pedi and I am super happy with how everything came out. She helped me pick out colors and worked super quickly. My pedicure was relaxing and I love that there's dogs in the building. Turko is my new bestie and adorable. Make an appointment if you can! This place is wonderful, just got home from one of the regular pedicures i've been getting here. I do all of my beauty/self care needs by myself besides this, and it's SO worth it. I always ask for Lexi, she does an incredible job every time and is very knowledgeable, I find that she takes the time to perfect everything and she's always noticing the little details that i find many other places don't. The massage chairs are one of my favorite parts, it's seriously like having a full body massage if you keep it on throughout, and feels amazing. My boyfriend comes with me each time and gets a pedicure as well, and he loves the massage chairs as someone who landscapes he is always having pain in his back and feet. the both of us always leave here feeling so refreshed with fantastic smelling feet! read more

Unfortunately I will be contacting the better business bureau. Not only is she unfriendly, and ignores her customers, She does a terrible, rushed job on nails and picks and chooses who to be nice to. There was an incident over past Xmas where one girl was not possible to satisfy, in the end I gave her a full refund. She has a right to her opinion, and to post it. I am giving this salon a 1 as a result of a number of visits. I am always happy with the painting of my fingernails and toenails. However, when I get gel manicures the techs never allow my hand to sit under the lamp for the full time - I don't know if it matters... but I just feel rushed when they reach for my hand before the lamp timer has finished! A more serious reason for my low rating is because I made an appointment 2 days in advance to come in for a manicure and pedicure. The owner told me to come back in 45 minutes.... I am not sure why I even made an appointment then? Needless to say, I didn't go back, and I never will. read more

Mind you I only get pedicures but this place hands down(or feet) is the best place around. My daughter and I came in for a little pampering prior to a trip and were very satisfied with the results. Not only were they fast they took the time to give one of my toes a little extra TLC as I had banged it and split the nail. I only wish I had thought to get the names of the two nice young people who worked on us... a young man and woman...both had great customer friendly dispositions. Even the owner who came in to help as it was getting busy took the time to wish us a good trip while we were leaving. We got there early so it was not to long of a wait but I hear evenings and weekends tend to be busier so if you need to get something done you might have to wait. Price wise they are on par with other places but service wise they can't be beat. I definitely plan on coming back here for my next pedicure...it's worth driving 6 more min IMO. read more

My mom and i, super last minute needed our nails done for a wedding this weekend. When i called, they were closing in an hour and it takes us a half hour to get there.. they told us we could come in anyways. Both of us were planning on just manicures but Holly, who was doing my moms nails, told her she could do a pedicure as well. After my manicure was done, it was about a half hour after they were already supposed to be closed.. i told Holly i could come back tomorrow for my pedicure but she insisted she could do them still. Where do I even begin... first off, my girlfriend and I went in Friday as walk-ins. We only waited 20 mins which was great. We both wanted a full set, 2 gel colors. I had been talking to the nail tech holly about doing an ombre gel. She said nothing after I showed her the picture of what I wanted. So I picked out my colors and so did my girlfriend. I wanted super sharp stiletto acrylics and my girlfriend wanted almond. So we sit down and everything goes fine until the nail tech Tim cut my cuticle. Not only that but he kept telling me that he could not do the Ombre Nails because it was mood changing nail polish in the picture. He changed it from mood changing to actual ombre nail polish. Now I've taken cosmetology and I know for a fact that there is no such thing as ombre nail polish. There is mood changing nail polish but nothing of the sort of ombre. So at this point I am on a time crunch we had been there from 10:30 to 1:15 and I needed to pick up my son from school. So I wasn't about to nitpick every little detail at the shop when I had no time to have them fix my nails. But not only did they cut my cuticle but they painted my fingers the wrong color. I had wanted purple on my thumb and my ring finger but he had put the purple on my pinky and my thumb. Not only that but the gel nail polish is half ripped off of my nail and it's only been 5 days. So after all of this was said and done I handed the nail tech $5 as a tip he told me he would be able to check me out and that the total would be $42 even. I handed him 45 expecting to get my $3 back since I had already tipped, he looked at me and said okay thank you hope you have a great day and walked away. So my girlfriend and I are going to her car and I asked her to show me her nails. Her nails are completely messed up! It looks like somebody was on LSD trying to draw a circle. They were bumpy none of them are even whatsoever she only did one coat of gel when you're supposed to do three coats because gel is a lot thinner than regular polish. So the next day I called for me and my girlfriend and spoke to a very nice woman who told me that the nail tech Holly would be calling me back, and as she said Holly did call me back. I instantly told her about all of the problems that we had and told her i was lied to about the ombre nails. she told me that they dont do ombre and that Tim doesn't speak English that well. But his English seemed fine for me and she tried to tell me it's because he's Asian. Unbeknownst to them I am actually married to a man from South Korea as I told her that she instantly stopped talking and had no other excuses to give me other then come back we will give you your $3 and we will redo your friends Nails. Didn't even seem empathic about my cuticle being cut, which is a big No-No in the nail industry. So now I'm out $ 50 and was told that I needed to come back and so did my girlfriend. We will never be coming back to this establishment. I did not call to hear excuses there is no way that my friend should have left the nail salon with her nails looking as bad as they did mine aren't as horrible as hers but I definitely feel like I've been jipped. Totally unorganized with nail sample colors on plastic samples flailing around everywhere and confusing as to which colors are gel vs not; employee does not understand English well enough to answer you as to which samples are gel or not only owner can converse well enough to come over and answer that while working on another client!!Owner makes everyone wait for everything. Always on her cell phone will take numerous calls mid manicure on you. Yelling and yacking between workers constantly so no sense of peace there to get pampered. There are many negatives for this place. I for one went here a few years ago and I am reading newer posts and they still don't have their S..t together!! When I was there they gave me some poor young 18 year old girl that hadn't ever done a pedicure before and she tried but didn't have any direction from anyone and they just pointed out what she was doing wrong and not teaching her how to do what was right. Sooo, it's Labor Day and we looked for a nail salon that was open and Pro Nails could take us about an hour after we stopped in to check. The place gets two stars for being open and for being clean but the experience beyond that was "meh" at best. Almost no conversation (and the tech spoke English), weird policy where they made you wear their little land filling flip flops instead of your own sanders at the end and the quickest, most "assembly line" pedicure I've ever had. This was my go to shop before I moved out of state. I come back every year and have my nails done here and every time its a pleasant experience. My nail tech came out of the back room and looked like she just lost her best friend. I called to make an appointment a half hour in advance for my grandmother and myself. They told me over the phone they would have no trouble fitting us in for a pedicure. We got there early and were greeted by two barking dogs (the owner's pets) and were told to pick a color and that someone would be with us soon. There were only 3 people working and we ended up waiting a good hour to even be seated in the chair to soak! We were then done one at a time and were interrupted numerous times so the wonder could check her cell phone and take care of her dogs. What a joke of an experience there was absolutely no sense of urgency even though I warned them I had an appointment coming up. Only positive is the price was decent and my nails came out okay. Went too get my nails done with my sister for a Xmas party completely disappointed. Polish wipes right off after it was dried on the nail, the lady left the polish she got on my hand didn't even try too wipe it off. When I called too ask if they could take them off because I'm genuinely embarrassed too walk around with them on my hands I got a whole bunch of attitude and told I couldn't have my money back. I came in to get a pedicure and full set of nails. The pedicure was fast and sucked and the water was freezing cold!! The women did'nt speak a stitch of English which was super awkward. You are in in customer service duh! She proceeded to clean the tub with my feet in and I took out and she pushed my feet back in. The water was freezing!! Not a good pedicure at all!! Then it came time for my nails I wanted the same color as my toes and told them over and over. The Owner did my nails she spent more time looking around for everything it was nerve racking. I told her how I liked my nails and she made faces at me and kept pushing gel nails. I DONT want them just acrylic. She kept getting up from her chair to find the tips and a guy went and got them. Then she spent my precious time re- stocking the tips extremely slowly while I sat there. At this point the place was closed. she proceeded to call and face time 2 people while she was doing my nails it literally took her 20 minutes to glue the tips on when DJ-nails is done and polishing in that time frame. She asked me the same question 3 times and was so incredibly slow. She wiped the dust off my hands with her hands it was so gross. I had dust everywhere!!! I wanted to scream. I was there so long that my phone died!!!! While I was dying inside!! So when it came time to paint my nails, the lady who did my toes put the polish back so I couldnt find it, plus I was going to have a nervous breakdown at that point!! It took close to an hour and a half to do my nails.I ended up with a color that was much brighter than I wanted. Then I gave her my card and told her the tip for both the pedicure and nails and she shut down. I'm sorry this was the worst experience I ever had!! I will never ever ever!! go to this salon. Word of advise take care of the client, have all your supplies ready and dont keep leaving the customer to order supplies or socialize with other co workers. Have been going to Pronails for a few years for gel nails and pedicures . I noticed "dirt" under my nails and when I asked Holly, the owner what it was she told me to soak them in Peroxide When I found one of nails was lifting I researched nail fungus and realized that's what I had. I went to Larijames Salon to have gel taken off the technician confirmed I had fungus and I needed to see my doctor My doctor again confirmed a bad fungus infection in all of my nails and put me in an oral anti fungal medication. I have to take this for at least 6 months - a year. I cannot drink any alcohol,take Tylenol or go out in the sun while taking this because it can affect the liver I know you can develop fungus from any salon but these people need to know what fungus looks like and alert people when they see it. I believe I got it from there because they never take all the gel off they just gel over gel. My nails are so bad this had to have taken a year to grow Lesson to be learned Don't Go to Pro Nails!!!! read more

The worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. I would give this no stars if that was a option. First I walked in with my sister and sat on the couch, no one greeted me for atleast 20 minutes. When I finally got my nails done they were so short they looked like mens nails. I also asked for stiletto nails that were 3 dollars extra which would have been no big deal if they were actually pointy like stilleto nails are supposed to be. None of the sizes matched and when I went to show her they were wrong she was very rude and "fixed" them ( they were still incorrect) she made me stand while attempted to fix them. She could clearly tell how unhappy I was and did nothing to fix it. She told me my nails were 30 dollars, ridiculous for how horrible they looked but whatever already done so I gave her my card and she charges my card 40 dollars by "accident" she then had to run my card again for the correct price. This place is a joke! The owner, Holly, is such a phony and a cheapskate that it's ridiculous! Everytime I came in, which was usually on time, Holly was busy with another client. I usually would wait up to 20 to 25 minutes to be seen by her. It was OK if she made me wait for her but OMG if I was late for even 5 minutes, she would complain! Wow! Not a great experience. I am visiting from out of town. I just needed a polish change this morning. Nothing more. I happened to be in the plaza where this salon is located so I stopped in. I should have read the reviews first. I showed the tech the color I wanted (an off white) which she did not have, but assured me she could create with a bright white and a sheer white. Then she passed me off to someone else. That should have been my first clue. No plastic bags in the tubs. Big turn off. Second clue. I didn't need anything more than a polish change so I didn't sweat that too much. In retrospect I should have. Long story longer it took a full polish, then removal, and a full polish again and it still looks horrible. Chalky, lumpy, and sloppy. The tech also polished my flip flop and I had to show her the spots she missed on my toes. I don't polish well. That's why I pay for it. If I walk into any nail salon I expect that polishing is what they do best because no matter the nail service polish is generally involved and that's what people see! I was hesitant to visit after reading the reviews but decided to give it a shot and I am glad I did!! Holly was amazing! I explained to her that I have weak nails and gel usually peels off of them after a week. Holly told me not to worry and hers would last at least 3 weeks and she was correct! 3 weeks later and my nails are still looking great, if they weren't grown out I could probably go another week. I have been a loyal customer of Pro Nails for over 15 years. Holly, the owner is excellent. I am unsure why there are ANY bad reviews of this salon. All employees are friendly and their work is excellent. I, along with everyone in my social circle goes to Pro Nails. I would not even consider going elsewhere. The staff goes out of their way to fit me in whenever I need my nails done. Yes, sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but that would be the case with any type of walk-in salon.
