I'm not someone who gets their nails done but wanted to have them professionally done for my engagement pictures. There was one woman working when I went, I believe it was the owner but I'm not sure because she never gave me her name. She spent most of the time she was working on my nails on a video call with her son. That made me feel a little weird, but she did get my nails done quickly. I was in and out in about 30 minutes for a regular painted french manicure. She charged $45. Not sure if that is a good price or not because I don't have anything to compare it to. They do a very good job as long as you tip them excessively I had an appointment at 2 o'clock and when I walked in there was someone in her chair and she spent 3/4 of an hour on them and then took a little break before she took me I looked at her book, and my name was definitely there and she never even apologized. I went for my first pedicure at my wife's urging. I can no longer reach all of my toenails and she can't cut my thick toenails. As noted in previous reviews the pedicure area is a spa and the hour went by conversing with the technician. Others enjoyed their quiet time. There's a TV, wireless Headphones etc. The only thing missing was pain and possible bleeding by doing it yourself! LOL. To all the men out there who are hesitant, like I was, try it. Hit up this store because Is aw their works were nice lalo na very picky ako, asked availability, they said 3PM. Arrived at around 2:30PM and saw my friend pa who wasn't finished when they started at 11AM dahil di daw magawa ng nail tech yung design when umoo na in the first place na kaya. By 3PM, I went back and asked if pwede na, sabi hindi pa dahil iisa lang yung gumagawa tapos may isa pang pending. I wouldn't wait 2 or 3 more hours for that plus the only nail tech na gumagawa ng designs was the one who was doing my friend's. Nanisi pa nga't sya pa galit dahil di nya magawa yung design eh umoo na tapos friend ko pa nagadjust sa design jusko. Nakakstress sa Divimall branch. Receptionist waasn't even apologetic! That was the best pedicure ive ever had. Angela was very thorough and included some massage. Another lady (the mom?) did my gel manicure, also very good. I dont know if they use a different polish, but the polish seems extra shiny and glossy. I'll be back! read more

She always shapes them perfectly and picks a great color or does whatever design I need!. I do not recommend here, especially for a dip manicure. My nails chipped like crazy and the lady didn't seem like she knew what she was doing with the dip and was treating it more like acrylic. She filed the crap down out of my nails so now when I get them redone they'll be so brittle. My pedicure was also atrocious and didn't even last the week. She cut my nails all crooked and different lengths and applied the top coat to only half my big toenail. There has to be much better places to get your nails done in the area. read more

Price was reasonable - only $25 for a gel manicure. The quality of it, though, was not good. The gel didn't cure correctly, which I've never had happen anywhere. The coats are not even (darker, see through blotches) and the thickness isn't even (almost bumpy nails!). They didn't seem so bad when I was there but the more I look at them, the more disappointed I am. I do not plan to go back here. read more

NEVER EVER GO HERE. I got a gel manicure from quick nails and when I got home they ALL PEELED OFF!!! Not to mention my nails were all uneven. I also got a pedicure and when I got home my big toe on my left foot was all smudged. I called to complain and they offered to fix them which I appreciated but I like 30 minutes away from the salon and it was my only day off so I had a lot to do. When I asked to just be refunded the owner flipped out and was yelling and telling me they weren't able to refund anyone because they don't have the technology, in the end I finally got her to refund me $30 for the nails but she refused to refund me for the pedicure. I had a terrible experience at this salon. My sister and I went thinking we would be in and out. It was really annoying that we had to keep moving from tech to tech because they are understaffed. Then when I finally sat down the lady was hurting me and I expressed that to her and all she had to say was "I know, sorry" and continued to do the same thing and kept hurting me. I can't believe how I was treated I use to be a Loyal customer went every two weeks but once I had a baby I stop going. Saturday August 13,2016 was my first time back in awhile and couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional this place has become. I will never go back after how uncomfortable they made me feel if I don't have a gift card I had to use I would of got up and left. Also the pedicure I got the polish chipped within hours of leaving. Going to get a pedicure is supposed to be calming and peaceful. My experience was not and I will not go back to this salon or recommend this salon to anyone. Had an appointment scheduled for a pedicure at 4pm and did not leave the salon until 545pm. Did it take an hour and 45 min for the pedicure? No, the owner completed it within 15 min and I am far from satisfied. After telling her twice we did not have time and had to be somewhere she continued to say she would get us done and out in time. But after saying this went over to two other clients who were waiting for manicures and came into the salon after our already scheduled time to begin prepping them for their manicures. When the owner finally sat down she was done with us in 15 min. Here's a suggestion, instead of trying to multitask and please all your customers work on one client at a time or hire more employees. There was only the owner and one other employee working on a Friday. No massage was provided or even asked if we wanted something to drink while we waited this ridiculous amount of time. After all was said and done I paid full price for our pedicures and was told the next time we came in she would give us wine. The next time? There will be no next time. For two basic pedicures and have two little girls nails painted it cost us $105.00. $105! For rushed service and not being caring of our time. That is absolutely absurd and I should have protested the price but was already late to a birthday dinner planned for my sister who was with me during this awful event and didn't want to upset her on her birthday. A calming experience turned into a stressful experience for all parties involved and Quick Nails will not see us again! read more

I used to love this salon... All the girls are friendly and are good at what they do... but lately I've had a problem getting in. The last few times I have made an appointment I have either gotten there and had to wait almost an hour past my appointment or been asked to come back in a few hours or reschedule completely for another day. The manager has told me it has been due to problems with being understaffed... which is understandable and the first two times I was more than understanding but after the fourth time now I have just unfortunately lost my patience. Especially since this past time I drove there with an appointment for 4:00 p.m. and was asked to wait till or come back at 5:30 or reschedule for another day. Unfortunately it is hard to find good help these days but I don't think I will being going back to Quick Nails until I know they have enough nail technicians to satisfy customer demands :( read more
