I love their work! But unfortunately their scheduling stinks! Everytime I go into my appointment that I book days in advance I have to wait at least 30 mins. Today I got to my appointment at 1:26 for a 1:30 appointment, they said hello, asked if I had an appointment and I said I did! So I signed in sat down. I waited 20 mins without anyone checking on me. At 30 minutes of waiting I asked and they told me 5 more minutes.. I waited for 10 more minutes, a total of 40 min past my appointment time, and I told them I had to leave. They then begged me to stay and said they're almost done, and also offered for me to come back at 4pm, I declined and left :( read more

Made appointment they had phone number went there they didn't have anything listed in their appointment book didn't know anything about it and it was the only time I could go so I would not recommend using them if you think you need to get something done. read more

I used to like coming to this place getting my nails done with Mimi, unfortunately I don't recommend it . Today I schedule an appointment for 3:30 with Mimi and the owner Yen decides to lie and say I never mention Mimi when it was scheduled. After waiting 30 minutes. Now it's 4 o'clock had no choice but to sit with a different tech , 5 min later they get a walk in and guess who they got yes Mimi. Smh! it's all about money here if you're not a regular . I've been coming here for last 6 months but apparently it's not enough to be a regular for the owner . They rush they are rude you show them what you want as in color and style and act like they don't know what you're talking about . I don't recommend them at all poor customer service. They talk about you in their language. Yen is money hungry and is very rude unless like I said you're her regular. read more

This place was ok. I had went in for a French manicure and had a 9:00 appointment. The place was very good with Covid, had us hand sanitizer etc. the woman asked if it was good early on, which I said yes, but then when she went back to clean up she took a little too much of the white off. I had her fix one of them and make it thicker but I wasn't expecting her to leave so much of the white part of my under nail showing, I wish she went a little thicker or to the edges of my nails a little better. It's hard to see your own hand when it's away from you and by the time I could really tell she had already done the top coat and all. Would probably try this place again but not completely happy. read more

the service I received was not good at all. i was pushed through for a manicure and pedicure in approximately 45 min and the gel chipped within 2 days and I was charged full price for the service. I brought this to their attention and nothing was done about it. I will not be going back there again. read more

They never fail to impress me with their service and skill! Also, there are so many loyal customers that always come back despite new salons opening. That says so much about the quality of work and environment there. It is a family-owned business which adds to the amount of dedication they have to their work. Absolutely love this place!!
