Really enjoyed my pedicure here. The staff were nice and did a great job. I especially enjoyed the massages (10 mins on your legs and then 2 mins on your back) as well as the hot stones after your pedicure. They have tons of choices for colors so you know you'll be happy. Felt like I was going to catch something being there. The guys had gloves on and didn't change them from the previous customer. Used community tools -didn't see anything come out of a sterile bag. Bathroom had no soap. Will not be going back there! read more

I called for a fill in, they said 5:30. Got there at that time and waited for about 45 mins. No biggie. Asked for what I thought was a simple french, he said $10 more for french tip. After I showed the inspo pic it was then $15 for french tip. No one in the spa had the skill capacity for a simple french tip. They did apologize, but I wouldn't recommend going for more intricate detailed nails. I literally left with the base acrylic and just a top coat. $45 in total. read more

Just got my nails done by a young Asian man and he was wonderful. He did a great job on my nails and then asked me if I wanted a massage and I said yes and the guy was unbelievable and gave me a great massage and actually made me feel better. All this for 18 bucks plus tip. read more

Came here for the first time yesterday and cannot recommend them enough. Messaged for an appointment yesterday for the UV Gel Set and was scheduled for the same day. I arrived a little early but was seated promptly. Everyone was so nice and I am obsessed with my nails; they take their time making sure they are perfect. The space is so open and clean. My daughter and I wanted to get pedicures done while we were in Batavia and decided to try out the Venetian. It is a lovely place. Very big and open inside, clean, and did not smell of chemicals like some places do. The foot soak basins had disposable liners, which made it more sanitary. The staff was very friendly. They had several associates to accommodate the numbers of seats, so we were lucky and didn't have to wait. We had the deluxe spa pedicure. They did a wonderful job. I was surprised to have a short neck massage when I sat to dry my nails. They seemed to do lots of little extras along the way as well. We will definitely go back. read more

I was here for a mani and pedi and my experience was horrible. Every single detail of what happened would be a novel so I'll give you some of the most outrageous stuff. When I first walk in I'm told to pick a color so I go over and look and none are really jumping out at me. After about 2 or 3 minutes a lady come over and asks if I've picked a color and I say no. Maybe 2 more minutes a guy comes over and asks if I picked a color. So I randomly pick and he sits me down at my pedicure station. the pedicure was fine except for the fact that I could tell every single one of them were talking about me because they would be in the middle of whatever they were doing and stare up at me. It got to the point where I just wanted to get up and leave but I really wanted to get my nails done. The manicure was the worst. My nails look like a dumpster fire. I dont know if they just didn't care about me at that point or what because I have seen pictures of other peoples nails and they look beautiful. She asked me what shape I wanted them and I said almond. She asked me if I wanted them more pointy or rounded and I said pointy. She said that would be an extra 5 dollars and I was like huh????? Never mind then. I've never been charged extra for getting my nails the shape that I want them at other places. $127 later I walk out with just an ok pedicure and a dumpster fire manicure. Moral of the story? Don't you dare take too long to pick out a color or they will treat you like crap. read more

Well, I've seen this before, but never thought I'd actually say it myself... If I could've given them zero stars, I would have. This was the worst experience I have ever had in 35+ years of having manis, pedis, etc. on a very regular basis. When I first got there, I was instructed to choose my color, as per usual, at just about any salon, you go to... I told the gentleman that I wanted gel color and he instructor directed me to the correct palette. After being seated for my pedicure, and letting them know I wanted the simplest pedicure (which was not even on the pedicure menu), I was told that gel color would be $20 extra... then I was told it would be five dollars extra for removing the gel color... I think it is awful when salons continue to add on charges for services that should be a part of the basic service (I understand that gel is often still charged for, but a lot of places have even stopped doing that.... With the extra $26, now I am up to $57 for a simple pedicure. Come on! I absolutely did not intend to pay that much for it , so I told them just to do regular color. The woman rushed through my pedicure, and then whisked me off to the chair for my acrylic fill. When I looked down at my toes, at that point, I noticed that all of them were crooked and very unevenly polished. Another woman then began working on my fingers, and I had told her initially that one nails had lifted, and that it was very painful... She started to file the nails and remove the gel color at which point she got to the damaged nail, and started filing and I about went through the roof... In pain... I again explained that I had hit that nail and that it was damaged and I needed it to be repaired. Following that, a five minute conversation ensued with multiple other techs, I finally interrupted and asked that they please explain to me what was going on... apparently they didn't know how to repair a broken nail. They told me that they needed to replace all of my nails and that was the only option for making the single nail that I had damaged better. I said no you can just cut this one off and fix it, but they disagreed. At that point I told them I would just pay for my pedicure and leave. They said OK and let me do so. I was extremely disappointed because I was overdue for getting my nails done because I had been traveling for a long time, and now I was walking out of the salon with one hand partially started and the other hand not done at all. Such a disappointing and unprofessional experience, I generally don't write reviews, but this one needed to be written... Do not waste your time, energy, or money, going to this salon! read more
