10/10 do not recommend. The man doing my nails seemed to have anger issues.. I made a comment about their technique to paint the dip powder, I've never seen it done that way. He storms off saying you no make me happy!! I won't do your nails I've done nails 20+ years and you tell me what I do and how I do it. UM no sir I was not. And also you cut my finger and then poured some fluid on it that burned. He continued to complain in his language the rest of the hour I was there. I can only assume it was about me. The absolutely worst experience and service I have ever received. I waited over 50 minutes past my appointment time, then the man rushed through filling my nails. He cut my cuticles twice with dremmel and burnt the top of my nails when doing the prep. I have red stripes and very sore fingers. Supposed to be gel. Never cured it under the light. I asked for pink gel, he used clear. He threw on one coat of clear polish and cured it for a few minutes. He did not clean under my nails or dremmel under. My nails were different lengths and shaped. After a week, they are breaking and have high ridges of fill around edges. Horrible. read more

My cousin and I both went here for pedicures.... The woman seemed very nice, my cousin had her. I had the man. He seemed a little rude, but I can definitely say I am NOT happy with the way my nails turned out. They are very sloppy and some of my nails don't even have polish on the whole nail. Horrible horrible horrible !! Will NEVER go back!! Tried this place because it was close to a meeting I had in Batavia. The man cut my cuticle did not even acknowledge it or apologize. Nails hurt afterward quite a bit. Dip nails were done all sorts of crooked and horrible! Left very unhappy and went to my regular salon to fix them!! I am from out of town. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. My friend booked an appointment for about 4-6 people. They told her that they were going to have at least four nail techs and we arrived and they only had two. I got the typically wedding nails and I wanted to have the glitter as the top on top. He then went to tell me that after a couple days using the glitter would become yellow and that my nails look more natural without the glitter. I had to ask for him to do it although I already told him what I wanted. I have never in my life when getting the pink & white ombré set have ever seen my nails turn yellow after a few days. Goes to tell me what type of nail products they're using. To top it off I have small particles of hair under my nails. I didn't see that until after I left the salon. You would have to take the whole nail off just to fix it. More than two of my nails have small hair particles under the finished nail. Please don't go here. They're unprofessional and don't not do as promised. I don't have time to go back & have them fix this because I'm on a tight schedule due to a wedding. So, yea don't use this place for weddings either because the bride complained they were too rough on her hands but what to shy to say anything. read more

Came in here the other day since there was no other place available, decided why not since I know other people come here and haven't had a bad experience. Though I read the reviews on yelp I decided to try it out for myself. They were able to take both me and my friend in at the same time which was convenient. Few minutes pass I see my friend looking over crying. The gentleman ended up slicing her fingers 3 times! The woman doing mine did a very nice job, and I had no complaints from her. But fast forward to the next day, my friends nail ended up breaking and it was the one that was sliced during the process! We go back to fix it and boom he still makes us pay for that even though he caused injuries. It's fine I guess just won't come back here ever again. read more

I used to be a fan of the weekly mani/pedis here until their 5 year old starting taking the place over by storm. I watched as he crawled on customers, took his socks and shoes off and put his feet on people, threw a bouncy ball carelessly narrowly missing hitting every customer, and tried to get a glimpse of your phone. I didn't like feeling like I had to entertain him or watch out for him. Also one of the techs cut my skin and instead of putting a bandaid on or attempting to stop the bleeding she just dipped nail polish on it and now that nail polish has my blood in it which really grossed me out. read more

I went there about 45minutes before they were closing and the staff was not happy! The gentleman working rushed through my pedicure and manicure. Both were done i such a haste that my toes look like they were only polished. He used the electric nail file on my nail beds which ruin natural nails! Out of all the choices for nails salons in Batavia do NOT go here!!! read more

First, I love to give great reviews,but I cannot with this place. Second, I've been an early childhood professional for 20+ years and I lost patience within minutes of entering this place of "business"! We walked in and a little boy runs up to us which we later realized he was the son of one or both nail techs. He did the usual kid stuff which we tolerated good naturedly until he told me he was going to shoot me dead if I touched the spinner he continuously shoved in our faces. No one said anything, but me, I told him that was a nice thing to say to someone and he continued to berate me about how I would die. My daughter and I continue our color choosing and she's talking to him kindly and making oohs and aahs over his toys. We sit down and he sits with us and starts to scratch me on the legs with his, ironically, long sharp nails over and over until I say to stop in a louder, commanding teacher voice. He then sits next my daughter who tells him she doesn't want to play hide and seek while she still is kindly answering him or making small kid talk. I then hear her say "Oh my goodness! You don't spit on people!" Because he has spit all over her face for pretty much no reason. I take her with me to work and the kiddos love her because she can charm them, listens to them and plays so sweetly with them ( she's 14 and has been watching me teach her whole life) that I say she's a better teacher than I am. That was it for me. She felt bad leaving, but the spitting in her face and mouth without any say from the parents was it. I was trying to relax and be understanding about their childcare situation, but I hit my wall. We put our polish back and walked out. Not sure the policy yelp! has on sending you elsewhere so just look for the place in Batavia we need up in as it was fabulous!! read more

need clarification on prices and they're VERY rude, very rough on a full set burnt my finger a couple times with the electric file nails aren't filed evenly and was very pressuring to spend more money. all around not a nice experience. read more
