Also, when I picked a color, a bright orange, the woman pulled down a polish she said was the color. I responded, no I don't think that is the same thing, the color she chose was pinker. To prove me wrong, she painted above the nail sample. I'm attaching a photo because how can you say these two are the same color? I kept saying I didn't want gel, I want dip powder and finally she agreed to it but was not happy about it. She moved so fast through the whole thing that she ended up cutting my cuticles multiple times so add some blood to this whole mess. On top of everything, they only accept cash for tips. No Venmos, no line to add for the credit card, only cash. Oh -- and the dip actually only lasted a few days before the first nail fell off. Not worth it to go here.

I called on the Monday before Thanksgiving and was able to get an appointment for 2 of us on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The woman explained that it would be one person working between the 2 of us. No problem. We arrived slightly early, which I recommend, because they have a couple of forms for each new customer to fill out. The front of the store isn't much to look at, but they do have magazines and coat hooks. As soon as we filled out our paperwork, which the receptionist managed, we were given a tour by our technician. They've just renovated the color area and the pedicure area, and you can tell by the more modern styling of those areas. As we sat in our massage chairs, Tamara brought us tea and gave us color samples to choose from. She said from the beginning that you actually get a better experience when 1 person is working between 2 people, and she was right. Not only did it give your feet more time to soak and absorb the lotions, not only did it allow the polish between coats, it also meant 2 hours in the massage chair. Talk about relaxing! I'll definitely make a habit of this when I visit my in-laws. They've also got all kinds of repeat customer and recommendation rewards, making it worthwhile if you're a local.
