I haven't had nails for about 20 years, and Cindy graciously and thoroughly explained gel and gel dips, versus the acrylic way for long nails that I remember. Cindy asked what I wanted and had tons of colors for me to choose from. I chose pink and I keep my nails short due to work & the need to be on a computer. For short nails she recommended the gel dip and glued on a couple tips so my nails would be the same length. My nails break, split, bend, etc, so the tips would also help protect my nails as they grow in. My appt took about an hour. Lots of regulars came in, everyone was friendly and chatted, and we watched AGT on YouTube TV (lots of golden buzzers). Time passed quickly, Cindy explained everything she was doing and said to come back in 3 - 4 weeks depending on how fast my nails grow. I love my new strong, pretty nails and will definitely be back.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by I believe the owner who is incredibly nice and even if you don't have an appointment, they are thoroughly staffed, so you get in basically right away, even on a Sunday! There is no smell of harsh chemicals like other salons, and my nails have never looked better in my entire life. I've gone to a few different people here, and they are all consistently amazing. This is also the first nail salon I have been to where my nails don't break! I'm not sure if it's because it's not acrylic? But either way, I seriously am so impressed. It's very relaxing environment with upbeat, but calming music and there are multiple TVs with different programs on! I have received a pedicure here as well before, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had any nail salon! I have never had this particular nail tech until today. He was incredibly rough with the filing, buffing and cuticle cutter. I always feel relaxed when I go there but today the experience literally hurt. I see my toes when they are done and there's red polish all over my skin. Then I get the dip done and it again is all over my skin and looks so messy! I typically live all of the people who work here and find them very welcoming, I just feel like lately everything is rushed. I do recommend this place, however I only now trust a few of the nail techs now to do a really good job. My whole bill was $120, so this was incredibly disappointing.

My feet looked like they had barely been scrubbed. Part of this is due to the fact that they don't soak your feet for long enough to really remove dead skin. On the most recent pedicure, the polish came off after 3 days. I can't afford $60 for a pedicure that doesn't last a full week. I sadly won't be going back. It's too bad because I really wanted to love this place.
