We got some New Year's gifts on our way out including $10 off our next visit and moisturizer. I feel the pricing to be fair. Didn't quite understand the 6% cash discount as the posted price of $30 for a pedicure is what I paid in cash. No signs said that the posted price was the cash price, but it was so reasonable that I didn't mind. I'm a stickler when I see cash discounts at shops or gas stations - I just don't like it personally. But I understand why the business does it. I had cash so I paid cash. But in a world where convenience is key, blatantly asking for cash is something I find a bit tacky. Off my 'cash please' soapbox- this salon was fantastic. I will definitely be back.

I haven't had nails for about 20 years, and Cindy graciously and thoroughly explained gel and gel dips, versus the acrylic way for long nails that I remember. Cindy asked what I wanted and had tons of colors for me to choose from. I chose pink and I keep my nails short due to work & the need to be on a computer. For short nails she recommended the gel dip and glued on a couple tips so my nails would be the same length. My nails break, split, bend, etc, so the tips would also help protect my nails as they grow in. My appt took about an hour. Lots of regulars came in, everyone was friendly and chatted, and we watched AGT on YouTube TV (lots of golden buzzers). Time passed quickly, Cindy explained everything she was doing and said to come back in 3 - 4 weeks depending on how fast my nails grow. I love my new strong, pretty nails and will definitely be back.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by I believe the owner who is incredibly nice and even if you don't have an appointment, they are thoroughly staffed, so you get in basically right away, even on a Sunday! There is no smell of harsh chemicals like other salons, and my nails have never looked better in my entire life. I've gone to a few different people here, and they are all consistently amazing. This is also the first nail salon I have been to where my nails don't break! I'm not sure if it's because it's not acrylic? But either way, I seriously am so impressed. It's very relaxing environment with upbeat, but calming music and there are multiple TVs with different programs on! I have never had this particular nail tech until today. He was incredibly rough with the filing, buffing and cuticle cutter. I always feel relaxed when I go there but today the experience literally hurt. I see my toes when they are done and there's red polish all over my skin. Then I get the dip done and it again is all over my skin and looks so messy! I typically live all of the people who work here and find them very welcoming, I just feel like lately everything is rushed. They have no idea how to cut or style wavy hair. They damaged my daughter's hair by cutting it underneath to remove volume. What is achieved with this is shearing it. They did not know how to dry it, her hair was completely frizzy, there was no wave in her hair. It was horrible and sad what they did to her. Although, the owner was not in the salon and did not see my daughter's hair, she told me that she would not charge me, but not because of them having done a terrible job but because the work did not meet my expectations and she added that she did not want us to go back there never ever again. Obviously I never want to go back there. This is not about money, this is about a teenager's self esteem. I asked them before I started with my daughter if they were experts in curly hair and they said yes. Do not offer what you do not know and do not play to affect the presentation and self-esteem of a person
