They have a lot of deals since almost every time I visit there is a trio pack basically giving me a hair product free with purchase of shampoo & conditioner. I use either Rich or Extra Rich for color treated hair. Love that my color doesn't fade. Even better that there is a no paraben no chemical option ... The "green" shampoos and conditioners... Your color will last even longer and each and every shampoo smells amazing. This store offers other lines as well as nail supplies and Footlogix, which is great for people with specific foot needs ( love the stuff) Customer service is excellent, atleast in my experiences everyone is always willing to help if you have questions and find you the perfect item if you are unsure of what you're looking for. Of the beauty supply stores in Buffalo, this one is the best one for my needs so far. I've been to A&A Beauty Supply, Sally Beauty Supply and now CosmoProf. CosmoProf has the most to offer for Esthetician's. They have waxing supplies, silicone bowls, silicone spatulas (not the size I was looking for), head wraps both single use and reusable, cotton and gauze, towels, even towels specifically for men, lash applicators for the purpose of applying individual lash extensions and much more. All this in store! They also have a lot of other items in store for all beauty professions. I listed the ones I would need as an Esthetician, because they're apparently hard to find in one place in Buffalo. They also have a catalog and website with even more to offer. Glad I found most of what I needed in store so I didn't have to order everything from Amazon. Sometimes I prefer to touch and physically see things for specific items. The prices are also pretty decent. I was torn between 4 and 5 stars so I gave it 5 since the employee was helpful and I didn't have a bad experience. But I wish they had just a little more in store for Esthetician's.

A lady was really helpful at helping me find the right foundation (the full size choice options were pretty limited, so I was choosing from Clinique foundations which I haven't used in years). She tested some different ones on me until we found the perfect one. Next, I had $25 off a service for reaching diamond. Yes, they have a salon in the back. I've never used their salon but I was not going to let that discount go to waste. So I went in to color my roots (regrowth) and trim my bangs. You can make an appointment online and the cool thing is they are open Sundays and Mondays unlike most salons. I made an appointment with Candace (Candi). Candi was super welcoming and friendly. It was as if I had been her client all along. She matched my hair color PERFECTLY to what my usual hairdresser does. She did a pretty good job on my bangs too which are kind of new and I am verrrryyyyy particular about! Oh, I want to mention my hair is about half white already so it is not the easiest to color at all (I gave up doing it on my own). Despite being nervous about going somewhere different, I enjoyed my visit here with Candi! We had a great time chatting openly about everything and anything! She ended my visit with her Ulta Beauty card and hours she works on it if I want to come back to her. There was no pressure or assumption, just an open invitation. Thank you, Candi!

When I finally got to the front of the line to pay today, I said to the cashier, Paying for merchandise shouldn't take this long, to which she replied, Well, that's not my fault. So in addition to having no sense of urgency, the staff also has no sense of accountability. An excellent store to avoid.
